Service was extremely friendly, even on a Thursday at 10 p.m. Top service

I placed an order through Lieferando 1.5 hours ago, and the driver apparently had arrived. After he said he called and read out the correct number, they simply canceled the order.

Exceptional food, fast delivery!

The pizza was very tasty and sufficiently warm. The driver Arif was particularly nice, as he tried to reach me by phone after dropping off the pizza and also sent me photos of the pizza that was dropped off. A very nice voice message also followed, which is a great service for us 👌

Extremely dirty instead of fried noodles and crispy chicken there was spaghetti with disgusting sauce and the “chicken” was so crispy that you couldn't even take a bite. Complete filth

Unfortunately the meat was dry and the duck wasn't crispy. The worst thing was the driver - he couldn't find the address and called me. I told him the address again, then he said it was at the side entrance. He hung up with the words “Come down now.” When I got downstairs he shouted at me that he had been looking for half an hour. Then he took the food out of the box, put it on the outside mailboxes and said "it's hot" and ran away. I could then see myself getting the hot aluminum containers up and I burned my hands in the process. NEVER AGAIN ROYAL!!! One star is too much for this non-service! Update: I just called there and the man on the phone was just as rude.

The worst salad in a long time, peppers are completely missing, I found 6 kernels of corn, freshness so-so, turkey dead, dressing from the bag. For €7.90 it's a disgrace. Picked up my food, the place looks shabby, like a back yard in the Bronx, don't want to see what the kitchen looks like. Absolutely NOT recommended!

We drove here specially, there is no more sushi at 7 p.m. So maybe adjust opening times? Another woman felt the same way, we were both standing there...

We got there to eat, the woman behind the counter who took the order was very unfriendly and rude to me!! When she told them to choose the filling, she yelled at them to choose faster. It's just terrible!! We won't go there again.

Order placed with immediate delivery, after 1.5 hours of waiting the shop was closed and the order was still not delivered, even though it had already been paid for via Paypal. NEVER AGAIN!!

A totally incompetent, bad and arogantly miserable manner. In my opinion this location should be closed or boycotted. The food is unreasonable and not edible.
