Absolutely rude, I waited over 50 minutes for my food! Other people who arrived significantly later got their food a good 25 minutes before me. Even after I mentioned it several times, nothing arrived. This place is extremely understaffed; management should definitely pay more and hire more people!

I've been ordering from La Toscana for over 10 years. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but lately the pizzas have gotten so bad that I just have to write one. The family pizzas are always extremely thick on the outside and extremely thin in the middle, with soggy, wet dough. We called and complained once and received a replacement, but this pizza had the exact same problem. I just ordered a large Margherita pizza. We thought it must be the family pizza because we've had problems with them for the past year—it's pure luck what you get. So, the large pizza arrived, and I thought I'd get another great, perfect pizza like usual... unfortunately not. The pizza looks quite unappetizing, very red and hardly any cheese, and pretty tasteless. I've always enjoyed ordering and eating here, but today was my last time.

Poor value for money. Service is okay, wines are good. But sorry, €65 per person for a cafeteria meal isn't worth it! The decor was nice, but the music didn't fit the theme.
