Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen kommt schnell und schmeckt sehr gut. Die Pizzen sind einfach lecker.

Wenn ich eine Sardellen-Pizza haben möchte, bestelle ich eine. Wenn ich eine Sardellen-Pizza bekomme, obwohl ich eine andere Pizza haben möchte, dann bitte ich darum, dass ich die bestellte Pizza bekomme. Was GAR NICHT geht ist, dass ich dieselbe Pizza erneut überreicht bekomme. Die meisten, aber nicht alle Sardellen waren heruntergekratzt. Die Pizza wurde dann noch einmal ein paar Minuten in den Backofen geschoben, so dass sie jetzt überdurchschnittlich kross war. Ich mag Sardellen, der Rest meiner Familie mag die nicht! Leute, wir waren Stammkunden bei Euch. Jetzt nicht mehr!

Sehr lecker gegessen, Preis/Leistung ist top. Der Service ist gut organisiert, schnell und sehr freundlich . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren kürzlich dort, um den Geburtstag unseres Sohnes zu feiern! Der Barkeeper war super, ein sehr fröhlicher und sympathischer Mann. Er hat uns mit ungewöhnlichen Geburtstagsgrüßen überrascht, was wir auch toll fanden 👍 Das Essen hat uns nicht so gut geschmeckt, oder besser gesagt, nicht alles davon, aber die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Cocktails sind ausgezeichnet! Alle Getränke sind im Preis inbegriffen; einfach an die Bar gehen und bestellen, was man möchte!

Essen ist gut gewesen. Abzug gibts dafür dass Vorspeisen wie Hauptspeisen auf einmal serviert wurden. Bis man zum Hauptgericht kommt ist es kalt, und man durch zuviel Essen auf einmal bereits satt.

Essen wurde ziemlich schnell geliefert, jedoch war es geschmacklich weit weg von italienischem Genuss. Ich frage mich wirklich, wie man ein Antipasti so schlecht zubereiten kann, in jedem italienischen Schullandheim wäre die Speise besser. Dass man auch noch die billigen Grana Padano Scheiben, die auf der Pizza waren, einfach ins Antipasti packt, ist eine bodenlose Frechheit! Artischocken aus dem Glas, Oliven jenseits von italienischer Spitzenqualität und dann noch unreife Tomaten. Jeglicher Respekt und sowie Wertschätzung am Gast ist hier verlorengegangen. Dann stellt sich noch die ultimative Frage: Wer in aller Welt verkauft denn bitte Carbonara mit Sahne? Das ist, als würde man jedem Italiener mit vollem Karacho ins Gesicht spucken und schiebt es jetzt nicht auf den deutschen Gaumen. Diese Ausrede ist genauso ausgelutscht wie die Speisekarte. Jetzt wird natürlich gesagt, unsere Gäste lieben unser Essen und kommen gerne zu uns. Aber jetzt mal ehrlich: Wie viele Leute sind schon ehrlich beim Restaurantbesuch? Diese Leute sind wahrscheinlich genauso ehrlich wie die Küche, die hier angeboten wird.

Der Pizzateig war halb roh so wie das Gemüse Nicht zu empfehlen

Ich war mit dem Gutscheinbuch dort. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass man damit nicht sehr willkommen ist. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Portionen (Rigatoni al forno) waren etwas klein. Kann man einmal machen.

Einfach ein schöner Aufenthalt bei dem Alles stimmte. Nette Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse, gutes Essen , netter Service. Danke wir kommen wieder wenn wir mal wieder in Heilbronn sind.

Wir waren gestern als Familie in diesem Lokal essen und sind eigentlich gelegentlich gern hier zu Gast. Leider war unser letzter Besuch jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Besonders das Essen konnte diesmal überhaupt nicht überzeugen, und auch die überhöhten Getränkepreise sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Vor allem die Gnocchi Caprese waren eine absolute Katastrophe und sind uns negativ in Erinnerung geblieben. Insgesamt war dieses Erlebnis für uns ausschlaggebend, künftig auf einen weiteren Besuch zu verzichten.

Essen ist übersichtlich, aber sehr lecker. Jedoch bei entsprechender Anzahl an Gästen sehr laut.

Mein Salat ist erst mal bei einer anderen Person am großen Tisch gelandet. Als dann ihr Salat kam, ist es erst aufgefallen. Ich bekam daraufhin meinen, ein Stück Fleisch war schon gegessen, das war mir dann aber egal, kann vorkommen. Der Salat war mini zu einem großen Preis, ich war enttäuscht.

Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar und das Personal sehr aufmerksam insbesondere Kellner Aksoy der sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und professionell war. Ich kann dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Ein Angenehmer Ort um sich zu treffen und italienische Pasta zu genießen.

Ich war mit einer Freundin in diesem Lokal und kann die eher mittelmäßigen bis schlechten Bewertungen (auch wenn sie schon etwas älter sind) absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Trotz eines hohen Besucheraufkommens kamen unsere Getränke überraschend schnell, und auch auf das Essen mussten wir nicht lange warten. Die Preise sind vollkommen fair, und das Essen hat uns überzeugt: alles war frisch, warm und sehr lecker. Die Portionen waren genau richtig – weder zu viel noch zu wenig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Nachtisch: Das Schokoladen-Soufflé war einfach hervorragend! Auch das Ambiente hat uns sehr gefallen – eine gemütliche Atmosphäre mit angenehmem Licht, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können das Lokal nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren dieser Tage zum Abendessen dort. Die Speisen auf den umliegenden Tischen (Pizza, Pasta) sahen wirklich gut aus (und es war der Teufel los). Wie hatten Tomatensuppe (sehr harmlos abgeschmeckt), Spaghetti, ordentlich und einen Antipastiteller, nur punktuell gut: Oliven gut, Prosciutto zu dick geschnitten (>1mm) und kein Burner, Tomaten mit Mozzarella, nur mit ein paar Tropfen Balsamico gewürzt, ohne Salz, ohne Pfeffer), die gegrillte Paprikascheibe mit Haut (no-go!), Käse mit Salami gut.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Habe dort zweimal gegessen, aber bin mit diesem Restaurant nicht zufrieden. - Kleine Portionen (z. B. Tortellini -Teller) - Pizza unterdurchschnittlich - teuer

Wenn man Italienisch essen möchte echt einen Besuch wert …. Ich hatte die Spaghetti frutti di Mare sehr sehr lecker.

Gute Pizza, war schnell abholbereit

Tolle Menschen, tolles Lokal!!! Wir haben am Sonntag spontan mit einer größeren Gruppe zum 66. Geburtstag im La Toscana platz finden können nachdem unser ursprüngliches Restaurant am morgen einen Wasserschaden erlitten hat. Egal ob mit Kind, Hund oder eben 18 Gästen wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, der Service war durchweg vorbildlich, das essen sehr lecker, die Antipasti waren gefühlt sofort am Tisch für alle so das wir kurz durchatmen konnten nach dem kurzen schrecken. Der Hauptgang war vielseitig und frisch ohne zu lange Wartezeiten in kauf nehmen zu müssen. Ganz arg herzlichen Dank an das ganze La Toscana Team, immer gerne wieder!!! 6 Sterne wenn es möglich wäre!!!

Nach dem Neuereröffnung ist nicht mehr zu erkennen.. Positiv überrascht mit neuem Einrichtung und tollem Personal... essen ist wieder Top was man ehe von dem Ambiente a zu erwarten ist... immer wieder mein lieblings Restaurant...

We ordered pizzas. They were delivered within a reasonable timeframe. The pizzas were at the perfect temperature. We all thought they were delicious. The price was fair: 5 pizzas for 74 euros.

I've been ordering from La Toscana for over 10 years. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but lately the pizzas have gotten so bad that I just have to write one. The family pizzas are always extremely thick on the outside and extremely thin in the middle, with soggy, wet dough. We called and complained once and received a replacement, but this pizza had the exact same problem. I just ordered a large Margherita pizza. We thought it must be the family pizza because we've had problems with them for the past year—it's pure luck what you get. So, the large pizza arrived, and I thought I'd get another great, perfect pizza like usual... unfortunately not. The pizza looks quite unappetizing, very red and hardly any cheese, and pretty tasteless. I've always enjoyed ordering and eating here, but today was my last time.

We ordered, ate, and paid within 25 minutes. A top restaurant for lunch and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

The delivery was on time… but it's been years since I last ate there, and it's still bad, or even worse than before. The pizza wasn't warm and tasted like it smelled so bad. I didn't eat a single piece. Absolutely not recommended.

We order often and are usually satisfied. This time, however, we have a small but significant complaint: We ordered roast beef with onions and fries and specifically requested that the fries be served separately so they wouldn't get soggy in the sauce. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. A shame and quite annoying. The pizza was very good, as was the rice with prawns. The spaghetti aglio e olio with prawns, however, unfortunately only had two prawns in the spaghetti! This is unacceptable at these prices, and when the request to change the fries is repeated and still doesn't work, it's particularly frustrating with four expensive dishes.

Unfortunately, the food is only average, and the drinks are ridiculously expensive. I won't be dining here again, and I can't recommend it either.

We were there on a Saturday and had reserved a table. First of all, we were immediately given a rude rant, saying we were 10 minutes late and therefore certainly wouldn't be ready by the time the next reservation was made. We should have left right then. Unfortunately, we didn't like the food at all. The pizza had a thicker crust, which isn't a problem in itself, but it wasn't cooked enough. The dough wasn't cooked through, there was too much sauce, and too little cheese. A Margherita pizza shouldn't be predominantly red... The salad wasn't to our taste either. Pizza cheese on salad isn't really our thing, and the dressing was quite sour. The tiramisu was too creamy for us. Overall, we were disappointed with the food and the service.

This weekend, I went to La Toscana with friends. The restaurant offers a typical Italian selection, so there's something for every taste. The food itself is of good quality and taste, but the presentation could definitely be improved. However, this minor flaw is easily overlooked, as the prices are more than fair.

The staff is ok, but a bit friendlier, maybe even a smile would be nice.

Delicious pasta, delicious pizza, very attentive and friendly service, and good prices. We'll definitely be back. The only annoying thing here is the outside customers who park their cars with their engines running in the disabled parking space next to the terrace while they wait at the counter for their food.

The food was delicious and tasted great. The service was good, but the acoustics were very loud, so you had to speak loudly.

I was very satisfied. The waiter, Ferhat, was very friendly and a good guy. More of such loving people.

I really considered whether to write a review about this, but yes, and it's purely because of the staff. My child's food was completely oversalted, and what was the staff's reaction? "Right away, chill out." A server should always be polite to the customer, no matter how stressful it is, because I pointed this out to them politely and kindly. I confronted the employee, and his incompetent response was "I don't care what you say," "what should he do now, he doesn't care." I then told him I wanted to speak to the manager, and he wasn't particularly interested in that either. The manager, of course, wasn't impressed by his attitude. The restaurant should consider whether such an employee is suitable; in my opinion, this person is absolutely incompetent. The service gets one star, but only because the manager was very, very great. La Toscana was once known for its politeness, but with an employee like that, it definitely won't last. Sorry for the harsh words, but it's simply not possible.

We specifically ordered gluten-free pasta, pointed this out twice over the phone, and then received regular pasta anyway, even though the packaging had "gluten-free" written on it. When we subsequently called to point out the error, we were treated rudely on the phone.

Our regular Italian restaurant is always a delight! ❤️ The food is fantastic – fresh, authentic, and prepared with love. The entire team is super friendly, and we'd especially like to highlight Fero: always attentive, warm, and with a smile. You simply feel welcome and in good hands here. Today we ate at La Toscana Restaurant with friends for the first time. The food was delicious, and the waitresses were very attentive and friendly. The waitress with the curly black hair was especially kind and hospitable. Many thanks to the entire La Toscana team.

Unfortunately, I've had rather negative experiences recently. I visited with my family during the day, and even though the garden was almost empty, we weren't given a particularly friendly welcome. When I asked for a high chair for my child, I was told, "Yes, here in the hallway, you can get one." Since I was in a good mood that day, I didn't say anything. Later, we ordered a pizza, which was unfortunately completely burnt, and the dough had a rubbery texture. Three different waiters served us. Unfortunately, both the service and the food didn't impress us that day.

My review refers to the delivery service. It's possible that the quality of the food at the restaurant is better. The food arrived barely lukewarm. The crust was totally bland and (for my taste) too thick. Lots of cheese, which unfortunately had already solidified. Worst of all: The Parma ham on the pizza was completely dried out and hard, because it was baked with the pizza. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I've never experienced anything like this before. What a shame about the great food.

My first time at La Toscana was amazing. The portions were huge and delicious. On top of that, the service was fantastic. I lost my parking ticket, and the lady at the front desk gave me hers. I'd even give it 10 stars. Thanks again 🥰

A wonderful Italian restaurant with excellent cuisine and very friendly staff. Especially in summer, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the weather. Prices are a bit higher than at other restaurants, but the excellent food is worth it.

The Parmesan schnitzel was very tasteless and only served with a watery tomato sauce instead of bolognese.

We received a €90 voucher last year and decided to redeem it yesterday. The food was okay. The surprise came at the end. We couldn't pay for the €65 meal with the voucher, they said, because they had different cards and wouldn't recognize the voucher. La Toscana was printed on the front and stamped on the inside. But if we had parked outside, they would have refunded us the parking fee. Great deal. For €155, you can get a better, more comfortable meal elsewhere. It's a disgrace.

We often order delivery from there during our lunch break. With very few exceptions, the delivery times are always kept on time. The pizza tastes good, and the lasagna is also very tasty. But at €11 for the lasagna, I expect a full aluminum tray, not one that's only 60% full. It can happen, I thought, but unfortunately, it's happened twice already. So it wasn't an accident, it was intentional. Not good!!!

Delicious food, friendly service. It's a great place to eat with children, too. Delicious cocktails. I'd gladly go again.

Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied with the food! Gnocci & Carbonara were a disaster! Service was very lackluster. For an old established Italian restaurant it was really disappointing!

I had "Rigatoni with salmon in lemon sauce" delivered from the restaurant La Toscana for lunch. Delivery took a little longer, but the taste was delicious... well worth the wait. I also had the grilled salmon once, and it was a bit too dry for my taste. Overall, it was okay. Price-performance ratio was OK, but for a lunch menu, it shouldn't be too expensive.

You can still order something warm to eat after 9:30 p.m. even during the week. This is not a given. Bravo!

Wir hatten Muscheln mit Pizzabrot. Ich Halle noch einen großen Salat mit Lach und Champions. Vorspeise vor allem das Pizzabrot schmeckte nach nichts. Salat ich betone GROSSER Salat bestand aus 3 Ecken Tomate, 3 Scheiben Gurke, höchstens 2 Champions, bisschen grünem Salat und zwei kleinen Ecken Lachs für 19 Euro 😭. Schade so macht man sich keine Stammkundschaft.

So the pizza arrived on time and exactly as ordered, which was really great! The pizza has a somewhat thick base, but well, that's just the style of pizza. There were also the ingredients that were added except for the garlic. It's just a shame that I chose the ham and salami pizza as the "basic pizza" and there was neither ham nor salami on it... This shouldn't actually happen :-(

Bisher hatte ich noch nie was zu beanstanden, aber heute muss ich schreiben. Auf dem Plan stand Lachs in Zitronen-Sahne-Soße mit Salzkartoffeln. Weil der Lachs immer gut schmeckt, habe ich mich sehr darauf gefreut. Beim Öffnen war ich reichlich verwundert, weil statt Salzkartoffeln Kartoffelsalat (fraglich selbstgemacht) drin war. Und das passt leider so gar nicht zu der leckeren Zitronen-Sahne-Soße. Sehr schade....

Great food with a delicious atmosphere. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time for the food to arrive. Also, the pasta was somehow cut and short (even though I ordered tagliatelle). In my opinion the pizzas were a bit small, but still very tasty. The service and ambience were also good.

Three days ago the four of us had dinner at La Toscana. We are glad that we had reserved a table in advance. We came across the restaurant through a recommendation from a friend. - very good recommendation. The service staff were very friendly and personable. They also did a great job. The food was served quickly and was very tasty and we were full at the end. As for the ambience. 1A class. You feel very much in this restaurant. We would have liked to stay for a few more hours, but we had a long drive at times. La Toscana is definitely recommended and I look forward to eating there again. I can imagine that it will also be very nice on the terrace in summer. 😊

Very nice, cozy restaurant, conveniently located between a few shops. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and not only serves pizza and pasta, but also very tasty fish dishes and excellent meat dishes. The service is attentive and friendly, the prices are reasonable.

Ordered lasagne via delivery service for a company Christmas party with 2 layers of lasagne sheets for €8.50. The lasagne was at most 2cm thick. For evidence reasons, I wanted to take a photo with a tape measure. There will be no next time. Total failure!

Very good food and friendly and attentive service. The restaurant was very busy and the orders for pickup were numerous. Nevertheless, everything went smoothly and quickly. Great logistical performance in service and in the kitchen. Gladly again.

The two of us ate there and weren't very impressed with the pizzas 🍕🍕. The bottom of both was doughy. It was also surprising that the food was served after less than five minutes. The drinks also seemed a bit expensive to me, as a small beer 0.3 l 🍺 cost €4 and a glass of wine 🍷 with 0.2 l cost €7.50. I think that's a bit overpriced for urban prices. The ambience seemed too bright, sterile and uncomfortable for an Italian restaurant. Especially the cold white ceiling light. The acoustics were just as annoying as the smell of cigarettes wafting in from outside. The staff was always courteous, friendly and attentive. On our next visit we will be surprised by the pasta dishes.
