Brauart im Parkhotel Heilbronn in Heilbronn

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal mit einer großen Gruppe da, alle waren sehr begeistert vom Essen. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen, die Bedienungen sind alle sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut 👍 die Portionen sind ausreichend. Die Speisekarte hat für jeden was dabei. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle sehr gerne wieder ❤️

Keine Ahnung wie es hier schmeckt. Laut Karte hat die Küche bis 22:30 Uhr geöffnet. Um 22:15 Uhr hatte die Küche bereits zu… Als Hotel Restaurant weird.. Dann gib halt keine Uhrzeit an um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden…

Wir hatten etwas aus der Mittagskarte gewählt. Es hat ganz vorzüglich geschmeckt, wir waren begeistert! Das Rindfleisch ganz zart, die Sauce wohlschmeckend und die grünen Bohnen perfekt zubereitet. Dazu noch alles schön angerichtet. Auch das Dessert war köstlich. Der Service war sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Auch das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Sanitärräume sind sauber und schön gestaltet.

Schönes Ambiente, modern und rustikal. Die Portionen sind riesig, auch was ich auf anderen Tischen gesehen habe, das Personal durchweg freundlich. Es gab eine Saisonkarte, die „normalen“ Gerichte und sogar eine ganze Seite voller Vegan/Vegetarischer Gerichte. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen. Komme gerne wieder.

Leckere schwäbisch-fränkische Küche

Da passt alles. Leckerer, besonderer Mittagstisch. Sitzen im Freien möglich. Charmanter Service. Ah ja, also nochmal, es war lecker ;-)

Tolle vegane Auswahl und freundliches Personal! Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren hier zu zweit im Biergarten. Das Essen war gut aber auch teuer. Leider wird hier kein Bier selber gebraut. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, weil im Internetauftritt mit Kupferkesseln im Restaurant geworben wird. Statt dessen wird Palmbräu ausgeschänkt. Wirklich nichts besonderes.

Ein absolut toller Abend mit sehr zuvorkommenden und freundlichen Bedienungen. Zum Geburtstag meiner Verlobten wurden alle meine Überraschungswünsche umgesetzt. Das Essen war fantastisch, der Preis absolut angemessen und das Ambiente sehr schön. Herzensempfehlung für alle Gäste in Heilbronn.

Nachdem wir im Februar bei einem Abendessen durchaus angenehm überrascht waren, sind wir gestern mit unserem Sohn und Freundin dort eingekehrt. Das Tonkatsu hatte nach dem anschneiden mehr Ähnlichkeit mit einem fetten Schweinebauch als mit einem Schweinerücken wie beschrieben! Außerdem war das Dressing sehr sparsam dosiert! Die Käsespätzle unserer Schwiegertochter in spe waren abgesehen von den Röstzwiebeln nahezu ohne Geschmack!

Beautiful location with a mix of industrial and rustic charm. The service was very friendly and prompt, even though they were literally sweating. The food, German/Swabian, is very good, as is the beer (it's also called a brewing style). Despite the size and the large number of guests, the volume was okay. Only the benches get a bit sweaty after a while. Overall, highly recommended.

Wir waren heute Abend im BrauArt essen – und es war rundum gelungen. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war sehr lecker, die Bedienung freundlich und flott. Obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war, war der Geräuschpegel angenehm niedrig, sodass wir uns ungestört unterhalten konnten. Ein wirklich schöner Abend in entspannter Atmosphäre.

Ein schönes Lokal mit freundlichem Service, aber auch mit kleinen Defiziten. So hätte ich es für angebracht gehalten, den Tisch abzuwischen, ehe er erneut vergeben wird, und das Besteck kam auf Erinnerung nach dem Essen. Das hat ein wenig verwundert, zumal die Personalausstattung recht gut zu sein, jedenfalls waren die Wartezeiten trotz voller Belegung am Samstag Abend recht kurz. Das Essen selbst war gut, wenn auch nicht überragend, und die Preise waren zwar nicht überhöht, aber insgesamt doch recht "stramm". In Verbindung mit den vorgenannten Mängeln ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis deshalb letztlich nur durchschnittlich.

Wir waren spontan zu 2. an einem Samstag Abend da und hatten Glück den letzten freien Platz zu bekommen. Die Atmosphäre war Brauhaustypisch Modern/Rustikal. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und sehr schnell, trotz vollem Haus standen die Getränke nach 3 Minuten auf dem Tisch und auch die Speisen wurden in unter 15 Minuten serviert. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war so ziemlich der Beste wenn nicht sogar der Beste dem ich jemals essen durfte. Auch die Zitronen Ricotta Ravioli waren sehr gut. Wir waren rundherum glücklich und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Sehr gute Erfahrung im Brauart Parkhotel. Der Service war hervorragend – aufmerksam, herzlich und sehr professionell. Besonders Janett war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat dafür gesorgt, dass man sich von Anfang an willkommen fühlt. Das gesamte Team ist engagiert, die Atmosphäre angenehm und Essen sowie Getränke waren top. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Brauart absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren 32 Personen und haben unsere Weihnachtsfeier in dem schönen Nebenzimmer verbracht. Es war sehr gemütlich und der Service war hervorragend. Das Essen und die Getränke wurden schnell gebracht und es war sehr lecker. Wir waren schon das Jahr davor dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Obwohl so viele Gäste dort waren wurden wir zügig bedient 😊

Delicious roast beef with onions, cooked medium. Unfortunately, the spaetzle and gravy were only lukewarm. The restaurant was busy, resulting in a correspondingly high noise level. The beer was okay.

We were there during Oktoberfest. It was beautifully decorated with pennants and flags. The service was very friendly and created a great atmosphere. The food was really good and the beer was delicious! You feel at home in this atmosphere!

Only the salad was okay here, the rest was fantastic. Roast beef with onions, medium rare, truly medium rare and tender as butter. The knife just slipped through it. One of the top three I've eaten so far. Service top-notch Desert is outrageous. Unrivaled Atmosphere in true brewery style. It's fun here.

Brauart offers a lovely ambiance and friendly staff. The portions could have been a bit larger, but they serve fantastic draft beer.

Last week, five of us ate at Brauart. From the reception to the table service – everything was top-notch. They also serve excellent German cuisine. Everyone at the table was very satisfied with their various dishes. The food was delicious and the portions were more than adequate. The only thing I found was the music a bit too loud. There are great vegetarian and vegan options – I'm not used to such a selection at other restaurants! The food came quickly, tasted great, the service was good, and the ambiance was very pleasant and appealing. The plant-based roast beef with onions even impressed the dedicated meat-eaters at the table!

We were a large group of about 20 people. I have a healthy lifestyle and avoid gluten-containing foods and lactose-containing products. I ordered the vegetable broth, which is served with sauerkraut strips, so I skipped the sauerkraut. I found it a bit unprofessional that the waiter had no knowledge of the kitchen's dishes and initially couldn't really tell me why the soup contained gluten and dairy products. He then questioned the kitchen, and they prepared it without sauerkraut. The soup itself was very delicious and flavorful. What bothered me, however, was that the vegetable strips were longer than the spoon, and they kept falling off, which is exactly what spoiled the soup experience. For my main course, I ordered the trout without potato salad and green sauce, as they contain dairy products. I had asked for simply salted potatoes or steamed vegetables. No, we can't offer that; we don't have them. Just a little information: this is a restaurant located in a four-star hotel. I was offered a larger salad. I agreed and specifically asked for no dressing at all, just a lemon wedge. The salad came with dressing, and I sent it back. They even asked if I didn't want to accept it as it was, and I said that even though I was the very first to order before everyone else had arrived so that he could ask about my intolerances in peace, he had not only forgotten my starter but also my additional requests for the main course. In my opinion, there is a clear need for training here, both in dealing with customers and with this statement from the waiter. I specifically asked that the dressing for the salad be gluten-free and lactose-free, but that wasn't the point; I wanted the salad completely without dressing, and my lemon wedge got lost as well. The restaurant is definitely good for people who like hearty food and don't have any intolerances, as it was also busy. Unfortunately, it is not for people with a healthy lifestyle who value good service. And I don't mean that anyone was rude or anything like that. I just don't want to be left standing while I'm talking, and then the waiter just goes to the other table without saying, "Just a minute, I'll be right with you, I'm just taking an order." This exact thing happened several times in our group, and it was a very bad experience. Last but not least, the ambiance: it's a brewery and industrial style, meaning you can see all the pipes and cables on the ceiling. For those who like that, I'm not a big fan of it.

A stylish restaurant in the heart of Heilbronn. We spent a wonderful evening at Brauart. The service was very attentive and was able to accommodate us with a food intolerance. We also enjoyed the food very much. The prices are a bit higher, but you get good quality for that.

NO RECOMMENDATION!! The food is average, nothing more - Salads are very oily - not particularly digestible! The service is abysmal! However, there are too many employees - yet no one really feels the need to make guests feel welcome. The female employees in particular (both have been working there for a long time) have been noticed negatively on several occasions! Very unfriendly! They prefer to chat among themselves rather than serve the guests! We have been there several times, including with several people, for dinner. But we will now choose a different location - also for our guests' overnight stays! Prices in the higher segment - the attempt to appeal to the appropriate clientele is hardly achievable with this poor service - the quality of the food is also not up to scratch!

This is a German Cuisine restaurant with great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is modern and clean. The food prices are high and some of the portions were rather small. Also the Maultaschen were cold and were not flavorfull. Other menu items were very delicious though. All in all we can recommend this place!

I ate an incredibly good Angus fillet with truffles. The service was very good. The ambiance is a bit sterile, but it fits the overall concept.

Danke, wir haben hier gut gegessen und auch nett gesessen bis recht früh die letzte Runde eingeläutet wurde. Das selbst gebraute Bier war auch gut, nur bissle peinlich, wenn gerade dieses Herzstück der BRAUART dann ausgeht. Ansonsten durchaus eine Empfehlung.

Der Salat mit Hähnchen war in Ordnung. Dressing war langweilig. Alles in allem nicht mehr als Standard. Ich wünsche mir zu diesem Preis mehr Kreativität und Ideen.

Such a shame... After a long day at work in the current heat, you really want to enjoy a nice evening... and maybe have a bite to eat... Unfortunately, after 30 minutes of waiting in vain, we left without having accomplished anything... It's a shame that we couldn't even order a drink, let alone something to eat, in that 30-minute wait... That's just not how it works!! I guess that's the end of the matter for me. Too bad... and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten. De varkensmedaillons waren heel lekker en het rostbraten was ook heel goed. De bediening was vriendelijk en goed.

Auf der Suche nach gutem Bier aus dem Hahn in Heilbronn, war ich dann auch zu einem Kurzbesuch im Brauart, da diese eigenes Bier brauen. Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an Bieren, die üblichen Verdächtigen, und zwei Sonderbiere/saisonale Biere. Ich habe je ein kleines Weizen und ein sog. „Spring Ale“ probiert. Beides war lecker. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, das Ambiente eher gediegen-modern. Mir hat es dort insgesamt gefallen, würde dort definitiv wieder einkehren, auch wenn die Preise einen Hauch höher sind, also in Lokalitäten, wo Industriebier ausgeschenkt wird.

From Saturday to Sunday, I was able to spend an overnight stay at the Parkhotel Heilbronn with my friends from Würzburg – and we are absolutely thrilled! From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel at home: spacious, modern rooms – stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and with great attention to detail. The entire hotel exudes an elegant, relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space and light – simply perfect for breathing deeply and enjoying yourself. A real highlight was the incredibly extensive breakfast buffet, which truly leaves nothing to be desired. Whether sweet or savory, healthy or hearty – there's something for every taste. The central location with direct underground parking beneath the hotel was also super convenient. And the warm, friendly service staff made our stay absolutely perfect. A huge thank you for this wonderful stay – we would love to come back! We wholeheartedly recommend the Parkhotel Heilbronn.

Highly recommended. The service is top-notch. The food is perfect. The price/performance ratio is right. Plenty of parking is available in the Harmonie parking garage. It's best to reserve in advance; it's easy to do online. Be sure to stop by the bar on the 10th floor.

We've eaten at Brauart several times and have always been satisfied. Typical brewery food with a more upscale touch. The service is always friendly, although you definitely have to be prepared for a busy night.

We are very pleased with the selected menus, they were very delicious. Service was very professional, the ambient was clean, quiet with some good music in the background (not loud at all, and the music did not affect our dinner talk). The restaurant is very central located and has a good terrace outside.

We were there for dinner today, the food was quite good, the atmosphere was also very good. The waitress (Asian woman) was very unfriendly. When she left the restaurant she didn't even say goodbye. We said goodbye loud and clear, she saw/heard us and ignored us.

Wrong beer was delivered. It seems that not everyone knows about types of beer. It's a shame when you call yourself a type of building. There's no brewing here either and it's all just decoration!

A very nice brewery inn. We were there with customers in the evening. The menu contains a nice selection of home-style and typical Swabian dishes. We had Obazda as a starter, which was pretty good! The beef fillet medallions afterwards were a poem. Unfortunately the service was relatively inattentive. One half of the table was asked, the other half could only order dessert after repeated requests. It's a shame, unfortunately that somewhat tarnished the very positive overall impression.

This afternoon we wanted to enjoy coffee and cake on the terrace, nice location, we thought. We asked if there was cake..., unfortunately we each ordered a piece of cheesecake and apple pie, which was offered. After a long time the pieces of cake arrived, but it was no fun, they tasted artificial and nothing like what they were supposed to be...Probably the Coppenrath&Wiese brand is even better...So it was quite a failure. Not recommended!

BrauArt Heilbronn – Perfect mix of brewery and industrial style The BrauArt Heilbronn impresses with great German food. The atmosphere is a successful mix of traditional brewery and modern industrial design - rustic but stylish at the same time. The food was excellent, from hearty classics to creative new interpretations. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the evening even more enjoyable. An absolutely recommended place for everyone who appreciates good food, excellent beer and a special ambience!

Food expensive, poor quality, we've had everything from bland roast veal, cold onion cake, Maultaschen and potato salad with no taste, a questionable cinnamon roll probably without cinnamon with a hint of vanilla sauce. Quality service poor. Staff inattentive, preferring to chat instead of serving, long waiting times, unattended guests leave and leave again. Staff totally wrong. Attempts to discuss his mistakes with guests get loud. Then it's probably better to have currywurst at the horse market...thanks, never again...

I was there for the first time a while ago. The service was very friendly. The Brauhaus Schnitzel with fries was great and the cranberries with it were really amazing! The price for this portion is definitely justified. I would definitely come here again.

Very good roast roast. However, the sauce was a bit sparing... In contrast, with the roast beef, an extra jug of sauce was served. But as I said, everything is very tasty and the beer tastes good too.

Francamente, no acaba de convencerme. Pocos platos, pero faltan sobretodo platos esenciales propios de la zona como el codillo, postres tradicionales. El servicio está muy bien. Pero a este restaurante le falta ‘brillo’. Y es bastante caro.

Been there for the first time and you have to say that straight away! Definitely not for the last time 😊 Ambiance, service, food all very well done and we were lucky enough to have a lunch menu on Saturday that was very well stocked and the price was very reasonable. A menu consisting of a starter and a main course for €19.90 is also of very good quality, RESPECT! We will definitely visit the restaurant again soon and recommend it.

On Christmas Day we enjoyed a very tasty, rich lunch buffet with our family at the Parkhotel. A big compliment to the chefs, who prepared the food excellently and arranged it well, and to the friendly, attentive service staff. We'll definitely be back!

I liked it there, the food was delicious and worth a visit at any time. Since it was very busy, the staff had to do a lot, it could take longer, but what the heck, there should be a little understanding. The food we ordered came quite quickly and was delicious. Will come again...

You feel very lost in such a huge restaurant, as the only guest with all the seats supposedly reserved. Guests without a reservation will obviously not be accepted. Food is good, a lot of staff just stood at the counter, the atmosphere has something like a canteen.

Wir hatten diese Location für ein Treffen alter Schulfreunde gewählt und waren am Ende sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war gut und wurde trotz starkem Besuch auch zügig geliefert. Bei den Getränken hatte der Service aber so seine Probleme: bestimmt sechs, sieben Mal stand ein Kellner mit Getränken eines anderen Tisches bei uns und wollte diese bei uns bedienen. Wurde mit der Zeit peinlich. Trotz allem sehr schöner Abend!

On November 14th, 2024 I was at the pub singing in the Parkhotel. The service was completely overwhelmed by the number of guests, so I got the menu myself. Since I just wanted to eat "a little something" and couldn't find anything, when I asked I was told that I would get soup. I was then told by another service person that I couldn't get them in that part of the restaurant and that I could only get what was on the menu. I wanted a soup and not an elaborate dish and I wasn't prepared to put in the effort to eat. SERVICE EQUALS 0. Paid for the drink and ate somewhere else.

A place to feel comfortable with your friends

Although the location was practically fully booked, we were able to reserve places for three people at short notice. Thank you very much for this. Personally, the sausage salad was a bit too sour for me. But fortunately tastes are different. The Brauart flatbread was very tasty, as was the schnitzel with spaetzle. Great respect for the staff. Despite the full house, the service staff were very attentive, friendly and quick. We would love to come back.
