Nice terrace, delicious food, delicious drinks. Generally great atmosphere in the store. Was served very nicely by my waitress Reka, very attentive! I can only recommend it.

We were really excited! From very tasty vegan burgers and much more from the staff. Very friendly and attentive. Our request for a burger bun for our three-year-old child was promptly fulfilled. When we got back to the hotel, we realized we forgot our reusable straw in the glass. A very attentive employee put it aside. Thank you very much again for that. We will come back on our next stay in Heilbronn.

However, the food is nothing special... we would have expected a huge burger, especially for the price, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The burgers and fries taste just like anywhere else. Except that the fries are anything but crispy... we got them soft and limp.

I've been coming here with my wife and friends for years. The waitresses are always friendly, even when things are busy. The food is always very tasty. The atmosphere is very modern and chic. Ideal for all ages.

Super tasty citizens in many variations, we tested the veggie burgers and they were very tasty, once the Cheese Christ and once the Sweet Home Avocado both with Volkorn buns and each with original Burgerheart fries and sweet potato fries. The food was prepared very quickly because we were there before the big crowd. Cocktails are also mixed really well here, you can have a blast here. The staff were very friendly and immediately assigned us to a free table. Always delicious here.

I just saw that I gave 5 out of 5 stars a few years ago and again I'm wondering what's going on at Burgerheart Heilbronn?! Since the restaurant manager left in July, I have found the restaurant to be a service desert. Somehow someone seems to be missing to take care of the whole thing! We have been coming to Burgerheart Heilbronn 1-3 times a month for many years and the service is now more than underground! On the one hand, you have staff who constantly give the impression that they don't want to be there and, above all, don't want to be seen (very bad if you want to order or reorder or just pay)! No more goodies for the children that have always been there before. Unfortunately, our visits to Burgerheart have really decreased, even though it is a nice shop. We wanted to come for dinner on December 30th, 2024. We were left at the door for almost 20 minutes, along with others who had also been waiting for a long time. The staff was constantly in visual contact with the door and yet they practically tried to look through all of us! After almost 20 minutes, a waitress came and told us, completely annoyed, that it was now too full and that we couldn't get a table with them so quickly. The area at the front was really packed, but none of us could see whether it was open at the back. Well, we wouldn't have had to wait 20 minutes or more if you had the situation under control and especially your staff! You once had really great staff and, above all, they enjoyed working!

Some of the employees are very unfriendly and unmotivated. Food looks good visually. That's it. Everything doesn't taste fresh at all, the sauces aren't edible at all. And the store is also extremely overpriced. I don't recommend it and won't come back again. The best thing I ordered was the RedBull.

Very good and juicy meat, everything about these burgers is good! Service was always top for me. Even with larger groups, things always went very quickly. UPDATE: Still a great shop, very good service, delicious burgers, consistently good for years. I enjoy going here regularly.

For me, Burgerheart is the best burger shop in terms of taste - and I have already tried many variants and shops. The food is really great and I'm with you at least once a week. However, I noticed that the homemade iced tea sometimes just tastes like water. A small point of criticism concerns the noise level in the restaurant when it is full. I know you can't help the noise itself, but turning up the music at times like this often makes it difficult to have a conversation with others. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that for me the food is absolutely top class! Should there ever be something to complain about, it is always dealt with immediately - I really appreciate that. A suggestion for improvement would be to speed up the payment process a little, as the wait sometimes takes quite a long time. Thank you for the great work you do and I look forward to my next visit!

Die Burger waren wirklich lecker. Egal ob vegetarisch/vegan oder mit Fleischpatty. Das Essen kam sehr zügig, die Bedienung war freundlich. Für Burger, Fritten und Getränk zahlt man pro Person zwischen 20-25 Euro, ohne Dessert.

I'm actually a big fan of Burgerheart, which is why this review isn't easy for me. However, I have had less than entirely satisfactory experiences twice in a row. Food: The food (especially the burgers) is super tasty. But when I ordered sweet potato fries as a side dish, there were several cheese cubes (?) in the fries, which were not only dry and hard but also simply didn't correspond to what I ordered. Service: Yes, the Burgerheart is often busy. As a person who once worked in the restaurant industry myself, I understand that some things can get lost. However, we had reserved a table and had to wait in the aisle for a few minutes, while people without reservations were assigned a seat straight away. When we wanted to pay, it took a long time until we even found someone we could tell. He wanted to tell our waitress in charge of this, but she didn't, whereupon she processed all the tables in our area until we drew our attention again and she finally brought us the bill. Atmosphere: This is just my personal opinion, but in a crowded bar where the noise level from conversations is already high, I don't understand why you have to play loud music with deep bass, which makes entertaining even more difficult. Because of me you could turn off the music or at least turn it down a lot.

It gave the impression that management had already said goodbye to the new year. The staff did what they could, but we still waited 20 minutes before we could order. The food came suspiciously quickly after just 5 minutes. But the Coke Zero took significantly longer than the whiskey sour? For a place that names itself after a specific dish, the eponymous burger was the worst thing on the table: the Bangover's chicken was barely done and tasted like nothing. The sauce was standard. The cole slaw was way too sweet, I couldn't eat it all. The loaded Fryan Reynolds were OK, but very soupy and soon turned into mashed potatoes.

We were there in a group of 5 adults last weekend. In itself a beautifully designed room, if you don't get the table directly at the kitchen/counter. However, this also means you get a better sense of the “service”. Even though it's December and it's really icy at the moment, you get 5-6 huge ice cubes in the glass with your drink, so you reach 0.5l. At this time of year, a cold refrigerator is sufficient, but definitely not 5-6 huge ice cubes to simulate the amount of drink in the glass. The juice spritzers were all non-carbonated. When I complained about this and immediately asked for the ice cubes, they were simply taken out and "sparkling water", which still had no carbon dioxide, was poured in. Watered down juice just doesn't taste good. There's something wrong with their tap system. The burgers tasted good. I had the Chris-Mas, a pulled pork burger with red cabbage and hash browns. I ordered a fried egg for an extra 1.90 euros, but it was missing and was delivered later. The size of the fried egg suggests that egg size S was used. Our orders were delivered a bit mixed up, what one ordered, the other got or something was missing. However, what clearly detracted from the taste was that all the burgers were basically at room temperature, and the side dishes weren't hot either. And that even though the route from the kitchen to us was the shortest. The food is delivered on a rectangular silver thin plate with a kind of printed baking paper on top. This was disastrous for my burger. It was so wet that you couldn't eat the burger with your hand, otherwise it would all run down your hand. The pretzel roll was so soggy, as was the rösti, which should have had a certain crunch. So I had to eat with cutlery and the paper basically tore, so you were never sure whether you had also eaten paper when you made the mess. When it comes to prices, you have to say that it's starting to get ridiculous if you charge extra money for ketchup; in other burger restaurants there are bottles right at the table. And I'm really pinching myself that we didn't read the reviews first, because the "lukewarm food" is mentioned again and again. The restaurant's comments are always that they take it to heart. BUT “taking it to heart” also means ACT and CHANGE. This obviously doesn't really seem to be in the chain's best interest.

Früher waren wir gerne hier, jetzt war es der letzte Besuch. Absolut nicht mehr empfehlenswert! Preis-Leistung für's Essen passt gar nicht mehr und der Service war unterirdisch. Nachdem beim Essen fast alles anders gebracht wurde als bestellt, wurde das ganze getoppt von einer Bestellung, die fast eine Stunde später immer noch nicht da war und dann auch wieder völlig falsch war. Fast schon comedy...

Yesterday, 6 of us had dinner with advance notice. Never again. The burgers were served so carelessly and were also lukewarm. The service was subpar. I was really looking forward to this evening and actually like burgers when they are well made. Not there.

The food is actually quite solid, but not always warm. Unfortunately, the last three times we were always forgotten and we waited more than 90 minutes for our food, even though there wasn't much going on... This time we were moved because the area we were sitting in was unavailable and no one was serving there. After we waited half an hour for a colleague, she came and told us that unfortunately we couldn't order because the people who didn't reserve couldn't get a seat. We then wanted to explain to her that we had been waiting for over 30 minutes. However, she didn't show any interest, didn't turn around, ran away and ignored us. When I wanted to complain to the staff about my colleague's behavior, it turned out that she was the "boss" or manager. Not a professional way in my opinion! And unfortunately no longer recommended...

After 45 minutes of waiting we were told that we had to leave after waiting to order, saying we hadn't made a reservation. Very unfriendly and disrespectful

Das Essen war wie immer sehr lecker. Der Service war leider recht schwach. Man musste sehr aktiv nach einem Kellner suchen, um etwas (nach)bestellen zu können und eine bestellte Beilage kam erst als wir bereits komplett aufgegessen hatten.

Food was good as usual, service was a disaster. Waited about 20 minutes for each order before someone came.

Food was delicious, digital menu on cell phone - waitress also provides a tray - super nice waitress - responds to complaints about loud music and reduces the volume - toilets please wipe the walls and doors and the gentlemen had a broken light.

What a difference! Today was my first visit to Burgerheart and I was pleasantly surprised. The lunch menu is not much more expensive than at the two all-powerful quick-service restaurant chains but is better in many ways. Here you sit down at the table and there the order is taken and the service brings the food to the table and in my case later asked twice if everything was OK and would taste good. At this point I would like to praise the service at Burgerheart extremely. Everything in the restaurant was spotlessly clean and tidy. Of course I was also very happy with the hamburger and fries.

On my birthday, after a long day full of activities, we wanted to treat ourselves to a burger in the evening and try out the Heilbronner Burgerheart. Ambiance is okay, a bit too "used" for my taste. Toilets should be cleaned more often, unfortunately not clean. The burgers aren't particularly big and you can't estimate in advance what you're getting because there's no indication of the quantity of the patty on the menu. The food itself wasn't that bad, but it wasn't particularly good either. Unfortunately, the disgust factor was high when I discovered a thick dark hair in my loaded fries. The service force was visibly uncomfortable with this and wanted to offer me an espresso on the house. I politely declined because we just wanted to go home. No discount was offered. Unfortunately not highly recommended.

Delicious burgers in many variations. The free choice drinking is also very good. In addition, the look of the restaurant is very stylish and adds a very appropriate atmosphere.

The meat was way too dry. Drinks only came with the food, so after half an hour. For 2 people (2 burgers + 1 side dish + 2 drinks) we paid over 50 euros. Far too expensive for the quality and quantity. I ordered a burger that can be directly compared to Hans im Glück. The one from Hans im Glück is significantly better and cheaper too.

Very attentive staff. Large selection of burger variants. Veggie and vegan are not neglected either. I ate the Easy Cheesy Vegetarian and it was just really good. Plus the side salad. The dressing is also vegan. Recommended.

Usually 5 starts are not my thing but this place deserves it. It’s huge, it’s well maintained, it has great vibe. The food is amazing here. I strongly recommend the double smash burgers, onion rings and sweet potato fries. Very delicious. You get alcohol here as well so it adds up. The people who work here are very sweet too. The lady who served us for Natasha and she was amazingly good. Very sweet and humble. Overall an amazing place to have dinner with your friends or family.

Visited for lunch on September 1st, 2024, 4 adults. The staff was friendly, the location is pleasant. City salad was very good, fries too. The burgers are good and tastefully topped. Ketchup and mayo cost extra. The "problem" is the burger patty. People don't ask about the degree of doneness because they are so thin that they are always cooked through. So they are not juicy in any way. Probably frozen patties. This may be possible in the outdoor pool, but not in a designated burger restaurant. So only one star for the meat quality. Burger with side dish and a drink including ketchup and mayo, easily 25 euros per person! VG JM P.S.: Question for the operator: Do you press the patties yourself from fresh, high-quality beef or are they frozen goods? -> On your answer: They don't deny that it's frozen goods, so we can assume so, albeit from their "own" butcher shop. The parry is simply far too thin (max. approx. 1.5 cm) to make a juicy "medium burger" out of it. If you want to be transparent, please post pictures of meat processing. For the asking price of the burger, this should be the least you could do here. Thank you!

Very tasty burgers. Admittedly not cheap, but versatile and very good in taste. Great dips. The service was absolutely excellent. Super friendly staff.

We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. The burger tasted amazing, well the whole dish with fries and dip tasted amazing. Compliments to the cooks. The restaurant was full, and even then, the dishes didn't take long. The homemade lemonade or ice tea is also a nice treat. The price performance could be better, in my opinion. Because I'm a very good eater and I was lucky I got half a burger from a friend of mine. It took quite some time until we could order but the rest went smoothly. We liked the happy hour for the cocktails. All in all we had a good time.

If you order online, the preparation will only begin when the order arrives to be picked up. This means that for larger orders you can easily wait half an hour. Although you e.g. ordered an hour in advance.

The visit to you was a birthday present from my son and his girlfriend. I have to say that it was very tasty and the food came relatively quickly. Your team is extremely friendly and accommodating. The anteroom in the toilet area should be observed and checked more often because the wastebasket was overflowing. I had the burger with jalaphenos, but it was 0 spicy in my opinion, but that didn't diminish the taste of the burger. Would love to come back.

Great location right on the river. Clean and beautiful. Service was very friendly and polite and quick. Had the double smash burger with Colw Slow. Great. Downer and therefore one star less, the patty was soft and unpleasant. If a grilled or roasted patty is used here, 5 stars. Thank you very much

Leider kostet alles Extra. Ist bei der Konkurrenz nicht so🤷🏽‍♀️ Es war zwar viel los, jedoch wurde man sehr spät von der Bedienung wahrgenommen. Der Burger war für sein Preis leider auch sehr klein. Schade, dass nächste mal gehe ich lieber wieder zum Hans im Glück.

Good food, great service - it's perfect!!

Very briefly: 2 burgers, one fries, 2 drinks 42 euros. Caramelized onions on the burgers, raw and not caramelized, sauce hardly present, the salar a leaf lobed and with black edges, the whole thing in lukewarm to cold. In terms of taste, even Burger King and McDonald's are better and significantly cheaper. Things used to be different. To friendly criticism - no response. Unfortunately, it wasn't a model restaurant in terms of hygiene either. Too expensive and really bad, things used to be different.

Tasty but not cheap, very "hip"... Wouldn't have needed the relatively loud music or the smoke from the table of those sitting outside... But the restaurant can't do much about the smoke.

The burger was lukewarm and the fries needed another 2 minutes, the hash browns were as if they had been thawed and warmed in the microwave. A handle is missing in the women's toilet and there are cobwebs hanging in the anteroom with the sinks. Service was also not attentive even though only a few tables were occupied. Everything was much better in Stuttgart! It's a shame, because we were actually looking forward to it...

Burgers and iced tea are really homemade and taste very good. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes good citizens.

Had lunch there as part of a bike tour. Service quick and very friendly. Salad was delicious, burgers and fries as a menu were also very good.

Price/performance is not right here! _______________ Old review: The last visit here for now! We came in and were immediately greeted warmly. The lady only wanted to offer us the two worst tables at the entrance, even though everything at the back was free. As she walked away and we looked at each other disoriented, another waiter came who said there were only tables available in the back area (which was probably his serving area). So it was clear to us that the waiters were lying to you and only assigned tables in their own serving area. Pretty uncoordinated! You can only order if you have a cell phone. Because there are no cards, but there are great barcodes. So you have to look at the map on the smallest smartphone. We were able to place the order fairly quickly. After less than 5 minutes we had our burger on the table. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. I want to enjoy the atmosphere and have a conversation. The food doesn't have to be there 5 minutes after ordering. The burger was below average, the bread was cold, the meat was dry and small. The sweet potato fries for just under 6 euros (!!!) were flaky, soft and convenient. Plus, ridiculously small dips cost extra. Not even ketchup is free here. And that for a burger for 16 euros that isn't even mediocre. For this quality I definitely don't need to eat out at such prices. You should also explain to the waiter what the difference is between a Bavarian light beer and a Pilsner. A pilsner is not a “light beer”. All in all, it wasn't a nice visit. The atmosphere is dark and uncomfortable, loud and hectic. We won't be coming back. It's simply a typical system restaurant on the “food mile” and has nothing to do with relaxed dining.

Leider muss ich sagen das sich das Restaurant sowohl im Service als auch in der Preis- und Qualitätsgestaltung negativ verändert hat. War bereits vor knapp 6 Jahren schon dort und kann das daher sehr gut beurteilen. Habe bislang nur den New York Chili Cheese Burger gegessen der mit satten 11,40€ ist der einfach zu teuer zumal er nicht der größte Burger ist. Der Burger darf, auch wenn man die Inflation und Lage des Restaurants berücksichtigt, maximal 10€ kosten. Der Service ist leider auch nicht immer zuverlässig und wenn man mit 4 Personen dahin geht ist es leider die letzten male immer wieder passiert das etwas fehlt und erst nach 5 Minuten kam.
