I've rarely experienced such poor and inattentive service. Long waits for service. The food is quick, as it's a chain restaurant, but the taste is very bland. The burgers weren't visually impressive, and the lava cake was very dry. The prices are reasonable, but I won't be going back because of the above-mentioned reasons.

We ate at Burgerheart last Friday evening and both had the Chuck Norris with sweet potato fries, along with delicious chicken fingers and truffle mayo. The food was really very good and we enjoyed it immensely. We've had experiences at other Burgerheart locations, but we felt by far the most comfortable in Heilbronn. We got a great table for the whole family, and even though the restaurant was busy, we were very well looked after. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out goes to the young man with brown hair in the waiting area, who was attentive and friendly to our needs. Thank you for a great evening – we'll be back!

It's way too expensive and one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Why should you always pay a premium price for frozen meat? You can't even expect fresh beef in German "burger" shops...

Food used to be better. Nowadays, you only get overpriced food, whereas McDonald's is almost fresher.

Once again, a super delicious meal. Friendly and attentive service. Something for everyone. Great lemonade and a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options. And my daughter says they have the best sweet potato fries in the world.

For the price quoted, the selection, quality, and quantity are inadequate (-1 point). In my opinion, the all-digital menu is simply a cost-cutting exercise at the expense of convenience and thus a hidden price increase (-1 point). If you think that's great, you can offer it as an optional second option, but please not exclusively. There are also (older) guests who travel without cell phones. It's unacceptable that side dishes aren't served with the main course (-1 point). It's completely unacceptable that the side dish is only served upon further request, after the main course has been consumed (-1 point). That would give us -4 points and therefore not much positive left. I'm sorry about that, but that's the way it is.

We actually like going to Burger Heart; the food is usually good quality and the service is friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case the last two times. I ordered a Double Smash Burger from the menu (without pickles). The food arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't hot, but it did have pickles. And the most worrying thing: the patties were neither smashed nor properly fried. They were thin and seemed more like 'cooked'. The taste was unfortunately disappointing. The fries weren't salted or fresh, but rather soft and mushy. The service didn't arrive until after I'd finished eating. When I explained the above to the lady, she was uncomfortable and wanted to discuss it with the kitchen. Unfortunately, there was no feedback or any other form of apology... but she did make an inappropriate comment when I ordered a burger menu to go. That was very unfortunate. We'll be avoiding Burger Heart for now. What a shame...

Unfortunately, it wasn't anything special. We ate at Smashburger – the burger and fries tasted okay, but nothing memorable. The price was still reasonable. What bothered us, however, was that the server asked for a dip when ordering without mentioning that it was extra. We assumed it was included, since no information was provided – but in the end, we were charged for it anyway. We don't think that's fair, and it should have been communicated clearly. Transparency in service is important.

We were there with colleagues for our annual dinner. The food was good, the waiters and waitresses were polite, engaging, relaxed, and they cracked a few jokes with us. It was a bit flirtatious, but we had a good laugh.

I went there with my family. The food was very bad and the fries were cold. Never again.

Very fine place near water.. Huge varieties of burgers, not the “golden” star ones but really worth of trying! Very polite staff! Each day from 21:30 there’s a coctail tour, you should go for it! 🙃

It was okay. The food was good, but the service was generally a bit unfriendly. Also, the guy who was apparently supposed to be the boss was running around behind the bar and came across as very unpleasant. We were a group of 15+ people, and we won't be coming back for dinner because of it. We don't want to support a manager who treats his employees so badly and stresses them out. The waitress then loudly complained to a colleague that a €1-2 tip per person was a disgrace. There would have been more if the service had been decent and friendly.

Ordered via Uber Eat, but the quantity is very cheeky, very small and expensive.... Never again

I love their food and selection, especially vegetarian, but it is quite expensive (for example: 3€ for each sauce - sauces are not included with the fries).

We visited Burgerheart in Heilbronn for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The food, including the drinks, was very good for the price, and we didn't really have any complaints. We sat in the back of the restaurant because it was much quieter at first. The server who served us was very nice and friendly. Everyone else was very nice too, and I can't say anything negative. Okay, the QR code menu takes some getting used to, but it's okay. The dips for the fries could be a bit bigger for the pound portion. Yes, there are burger joints that are perhaps a bit better, even purely in terms of the burger, but these days you pay between €12 and €20 for a burger that isn't much bigger or better. All in all, though, we were very satisfied.

This was my first time at this chain and I was pleasantly surprised. At first, it was a bit surprising because there was no menu, just a lunch menu with a drink, a burger (vegetarian options available), and fries for around €12. The burger was smashed, and everything was really delicious. To be honest, the portion was a bit too small for me. The service was also very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I definitely recommend it!

Were there on Easter Saturday, booking via the homepage wasn't possible, so we reserved it by phone. On site the surprise was completely empty. Service was very friendly and ordering was quick, food was top.

ATTENTION about the specials! Dear Burgerheart Heilbronn, Guests who feel “outwitted” are bad for business! The waiter says "we're having happy hour right now if you want a cocktail" and puts down the card with the offer (from 9:30 p.m.). We ordered jumbos and the waiter gave a short, “inexplicable” laugh. When asked what was funny, there was no answer, just a short "Nothing." The surprise comes later with the bill: the full price of the cocktails has been paid. The waiter was informed of this and said he hadn't noticed and that the whole thing was happening automatically in the cash register system. A note as a person with experience in the catering industry: when entering the drinks/food, the price is displayed directly, but the waiter probably already knew that... :) Anyone who “outsmarts” others is only “outwitting” themselves. ;)

The food is really tasty. Everything was superbly prepared and treated hygienically. The service is very nice and friendly. :) It's also pretty nicely decorated. It's clean too! Really fun and good names for the dishes on the menu and the prices are good too. 10/10 🔥🍔

We were really excited! From very tasty vegan burgers and much more from the staff. Very friendly and attentive. Our request for a burger bun for our three-year-old child was promptly fulfilled. When we got back to the hotel, we realized we forgot our reusable straw in the glass. A very attentive employee put it aside. Thank you very much again for that. We will come back on our next stay in Heilbronn.

However, the food is nothing special... we would have expected a huge burger, especially for the price, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The burgers and fries taste just like anywhere else. Except that the fries are anything but crispy... we got them soft and limp.

Super tasty citizens in many variations, we tested the veggie burgers and they were very tasty, once the Cheese Christ and once the Sweet Home Avocado both with Volkorn buns and each with original Burgerheart fries and sweet potato fries. The food was prepared very quickly because we were there before the big crowd. Cocktails are also mixed really well here, you can have a blast here. The staff were very friendly and immediately assigned us to a free table. Always delicious here.

I just saw that I gave 5 out of 5 stars a few years ago and again I'm wondering what's going on at Burgerheart Heilbronn?! Since the restaurant manager left in July, I have found the restaurant to be a service desert. Somehow someone seems to be missing to take care of the whole thing! We have been coming to Burgerheart Heilbronn 1-3 times a month for many years and the service is now more than underground! On the one hand, you have staff who constantly give the impression that they don't want to be there and, above all, don't want to be seen (very bad if you want to order or reorder or just pay)! No more goodies for the children that have always been there before. Unfortunately, our visits to Burgerheart have really decreased, even though it is a nice shop. We wanted to come for dinner on December 30th, 2024. We were left at the door for almost 20 minutes, along with others who had also been waiting for a long time. The staff was constantly in visual contact with the door and yet they practically tried to look through all of us! After almost 20 minutes, a waitress came and told us, completely annoyed, that it was now too full and that we couldn't get a table with them so quickly. The area at the front was really packed, but none of us could see whether it was open at the back. Well, we wouldn't have had to wait 20 minutes or more if you had the situation under control and especially your staff! You once had really great staff and, above all, they enjoyed working!

Some of the employees are very unfriendly and unmotivated. Food looks good visually. That's it. Everything doesn't taste fresh at all, the sauces aren't edible at all. And the store is also extremely overpriced. I don't recommend it and won't come back again. The best thing I ordered was the RedBull.

Very good and juicy meat, everything about these burgers is good! Service was always top for me. Even with larger groups, things always went very quickly. UPDATE: Still a great shop, very good service, delicious burgers, consistently good for years. I enjoy going here regularly.

For me, Burgerheart is the best burger shop in terms of taste - and I have already tried many variants and shops. The food is really great and I'm with you at least once a week. However, I noticed that the homemade iced tea sometimes just tastes like water. A small point of criticism concerns the noise level in the restaurant when it is full. I know you can't help the noise itself, but turning up the music at times like this often makes it difficult to have a conversation with others. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that for me the food is absolutely top class! Should there ever be something to complain about, it is always dealt with immediately - I really appreciate that. A suggestion for improvement would be to speed up the payment process a little, as the wait sometimes takes quite a long time. Thank you for the great work you do and I look forward to my next visit!

Die Burger waren wirklich lecker. Egal ob vegetarisch/vegan oder mit Fleischpatty. Das Essen kam sehr zügig, die Bedienung war freundlich. Für Burger, Fritten und Getränk zahlt man pro Person zwischen 20-25 Euro, ohne Dessert.

I'm actually a big fan of Burgerheart, which is why this review isn't easy for me. However, I have had less than entirely satisfactory experiences twice in a row. Food: The food (especially the burgers) is super tasty. But when I ordered sweet potato fries as a side dish, there were several cheese cubes (?) in the fries, which were not only dry and hard but also simply didn't correspond to what I ordered. Service: Yes, the Burgerheart is often busy. As a person who once worked in the restaurant industry myself, I understand that some things can get lost. However, we had reserved a table and had to wait in the aisle for a few minutes, while people without reservations were assigned a seat straight away. When we wanted to pay, it took a long time until we even found someone we could tell. He wanted to tell our waitress in charge of this, but she didn't, whereupon she processed all the tables in our area until we drew our attention again and she finally brought us the bill. Atmosphere: This is just my personal opinion, but in a crowded bar where the noise level from conversations is already high, I don't understand why you have to play loud music with deep bass, which makes entertaining even more difficult. Because of me you could turn off the music or at least turn it down a lot.

It gave the impression that management had already said goodbye to the new year. The staff did what they could, but we still waited 20 minutes before we could order. The food came suspiciously quickly after just 5 minutes. But the Coke Zero took significantly longer than the whiskey sour? For a place that names itself after a specific dish, the eponymous burger was the worst thing on the table: the Bangover's chicken was barely done and tasted like nothing. The sauce was standard. The cole slaw was way too sweet, I couldn't eat it all. The loaded Fryan Reynolds were OK, but very soupy and soon turned into mashed potatoes.

We were there in a group of 5 adults last weekend. In itself a beautifully designed room, if you don't get the table directly at the kitchen/counter. However, this also means you get a better sense of the “service”. Even though it's December and it's really icy at the moment, you get 5-6 huge ice cubes in the glass with your drink, so you reach 0.5l. At this time of year, a cold refrigerator is sufficient, but definitely not 5-6 huge ice cubes to simulate the amount of drink in the glass. The juice spritzers were all non-carbonated. When I complained about this and immediately asked for the ice cubes, they were simply taken out and "sparkling water", which still had no carbon dioxide, was poured in. Watered down juice just doesn't taste good. There's something wrong with their tap system. The burgers tasted good. I had the Chris-Mas, a pulled pork burger with red cabbage and hash browns. I ordered a fried egg for an extra 1.90 euros, but it was missing and was delivered later. The size of the fried egg suggests that egg size S was used. Our orders were delivered a bit mixed up, what one ordered, the other got or something was missing. However, what clearly detracted from the taste was that all the burgers were basically at room temperature, and the side dishes weren't hot either. And that even though the route from the kitchen to us was the shortest. The food is delivered on a rectangular silver thin plate with a kind of printed baking paper on top. This was disastrous for my burger. It was so wet that you couldn't eat the burger with your hand, otherwise it would all run down your hand. The pretzel roll was so soggy, as was the rösti, which should have had a certain crunch. So I had to eat with cutlery and the paper basically tore, so you were never sure whether you had also eaten paper when you made the mess. When it comes to prices, you have to say that it's starting to get ridiculous if you charge extra money for ketchup; in other burger restaurants there are bottles right at the table. And I'm really pinching myself that we didn't read the reviews first, because the "lukewarm food" is mentioned again and again. The restaurant's comments are always that they take it to heart. BUT “taking it to heart” also means ACT and CHANGE. This obviously doesn't really seem to be in the chain's best interest.

Yesterday, 6 of us had dinner with advance notice. Never again. The burgers were served so carelessly and were also lukewarm. The service was subpar. I was really looking forward to this evening and actually like burgers when they are well made. Not there.

Früher waren wir gerne hier, jetzt war es der letzte Besuch. Absolut nicht mehr empfehlenswert! Preis-Leistung für's Essen passt gar nicht mehr und der Service war unterirdisch. Nachdem beim Essen fast alles anders gebracht wurde als bestellt, wurde das ganze getoppt von einer Bestellung, die fast eine Stunde später immer noch nicht da war und dann auch wieder völlig falsch war. Fast schon comedy...

Sehr voll zu wenig Personal. Getränke kamen nach dem Essen, 45 min. Burger zunächst ohne Besteck und Servietten. Bedienung gestresst. Wartezeit zum Bezahlen lange. Nichts für den eiligen Besucher.

Das Essen war wie immer sehr lecker. Der Service war leider recht schwach. Man musste sehr aktiv nach einem Kellner suchen, um etwas (nach)bestellen zu können und eine bestellte Beilage kam erst als wir bereits komplett aufgegessen hatten.

Unfortunately, the last three times we were always forgotten and we waited more than 90 minutes for our food, even though there wasn't much going on... This time we were moved because the area we were sitting in was unavailable and no one was serving there. After we waited half an hour for a colleague, she came and told us that unfortunately we couldn't order because the people who didn't reserve couldn't get a seat. We then wanted to explain to her that we had been waiting for over 30 minutes. However, she didn't show any interest, didn't turn around, ran away and ignored us. When I wanted to complain to the staff about my colleague's behavior, it turned out that she was the "boss" or manager. Not a professional way in my opinion! And unfortunately no longer recommended...

Simply great burgers, salad and fries

Food was delicious, digital menu on cell phone - waitress also provides a tray - super nice waitress - responds to complaints about loud music and reduces the volume - toilets please wipe the walls and doors and the gentlemen had a broken light.

What a difference! Today was my first visit to Burgerheart and I was pleasantly surprised. The lunch menu is not much more expensive than at the two all-powerful quick-service restaurant chains but is better in many ways. Here you sit down at the table and there the order is taken and the service brings the food to the table and in my case later asked twice if everything was OK and would taste good. At this point I would like to praise the service at Burgerheart extremely. Everything in the restaurant was spotlessly clean and tidy. Of course I was also very happy with the hamburger and fries.

On my birthday, after a long day full of activities, we wanted to treat ourselves to a burger in the evening and try out the Heilbronner Burgerheart. Ambiance is okay, a bit too "used" for my taste. Toilets should be cleaned more often, unfortunately not clean. The burgers aren't particularly big and you can't estimate in advance what you're getting because there's no indication of the quantity of the patty on the menu. The food itself wasn't that bad, but it wasn't particularly good either. Unfortunately, the disgust factor was high when I discovered a thick dark hair in my loaded fries. The service force was visibly uncomfortable with this and wanted to offer me an espresso on the house. I politely declined because we just wanted to go home. No discount was offered. Unfortunately not highly recommended.

The meat was way too dry. Drinks only came with the food, so after half an hour. For 2 people (2 burgers + 1 side dish + 2 drinks) we paid over 50 euros. Far too expensive for the quality and quantity. I ordered a burger that can be directly compared to Hans im Glück. The one from Hans im Glück is significantly better and cheaper too.
