The best Italian restaurant in the Bernhausen and Echterdingen area! It is with great pleasure that I come to The Flying Ship restaurant every time to enjoy authentic Italian food - prepared by Italians who truly love and respect their cuisine. The service is warm, fast and always ready to answer questions about the menu in a friendly manner. The pizza is exceptionally good, Spaghetti Frutti di Mare is my favorite - but today I had Sepia alla Griglia... I can hardly put into words how incredibly delicious it was! I can highly recommend this restaurant - anyone who appreciates good quality food and service will definitely not be disappointed here. Keep it up – you're great!

An unforgettable day in the Walschänke Distelklinge We celebrated our wedding on April 17th, 2025 in the Walschänke Distelklinge - and it was simply fantastic! We received a warm welcome and professional advice right from the planning stage. The team was there for us at all times, thought along, implemented our wishes and put a lot of passion into making sure that our big day was perfect. The location itself is an absolute insider tip: surrounded by greenery, idyllic and with a very special charm. Our guests were thrilled by the rustic-elegant ambience – a wonderful mix of comfort and style. The food was a real highlight! Fresh, regional, lovingly prepared and tasted at the highest level. Special requests were also implemented without any problems. It was brilliant that the boss conjured up such a delicious wedding cake for us. We would particularly like to emphasize the service: friendly, attentive and pleasantly unobtrusive - simply completely professional. We felt comfortable and welcome from the first moment. Our wedding in the Distelklinge was exactly as we dreamed it would be - maybe even a little more beautiful. Thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable experience! The sushi is so delicious that it even overshadows the main courses. It could be a euro or two cheaper, but the prices aren't completely through the roof.

Rustic atmosphere, delicious food, service unfortunately not really there. Paying by card is only possible if the entire amount is paid by one person and even with a group turnover of €200, individual payments are not made either in cash or by card. A bit disappointing these days!

Went to dinner at Edelweiss with my girlfriend! The restaurant is clean, tables, chairs and place mats are very tastefully decorated! However, the breaded schnitzel could have been crispy, which is what you expect from a good schnitzel. The side order of fries was scarce, a few more fries wouldn't have hurt! The potato salad came “out of the bucket.” However, the staff was very friendly, there's nothing to complain about!

The food was really, really tasty and delivery was much quicker than the Lieferando app said. The driver was 25 minutes earlier, so there was no problem. I'd be happy to come back

We always get their white rice and a side of crispy chicken and it’s always delicious! Simple but delicious and fast service!

We had sea bass with fried potatoes and hollandaise sauce. It was deliciously grilled and tender. I had actually ordered roast beef with onions and fried potatoes, medium rare. But it came only slightly pink in the center, which is completely unacceptable for me as a steak/meat gourmet. (I ate it because an animal died for it.) I also told the waiter. That can happen, but it shouldn't. The fried potatoes weren't cooked enough for our taste. 🤔 But you'll get another chance, and then I'll change this review as well.

Good, typical Greek food with very good value for money.

We (8 people) had dinner here today after making a reservation in advance. However, our expectations were not even remotely met. Unfortunately, the food only came after almost 2 hours and was then only lukewarm. The starter salad wasn't fresh, the onion roast wasn't medium rare (as it was ordered), the fries were almost cold and unfortunately the spaetzle as well, the meat was very dry. In addition, guests who came after us were served long before us. Unfortunately the acoustics were also very bad. I don't recommend this restaurant.

For me the best kebab in Filderstadt! The meat is of high quality and the remaining ingredients are always fresh.

Monday evening and not a single table available speaks for itself. We ordered a meat platter for 20 people, and it was excellent. The sauerkraut was delicious, the meat was tender, and the sausages were just right.
