Dr. WOK Bistro im Marktkauf in Filderstadt

I don't eat there often, but so far it's always been tasty and the price-performance ratio is good. Of course, there are better Asian restaurants, but for a snack bar, it's really good.

So, this was my first time trying this place, and I have to say it didn't impress me at all. The noodles were very tasteless and dry. Yes, you can add sauce, but you should be able to eat noodles like that without any sauce. The duck was quite good. The lady at the register seemed really annoyed, or at least that's how she appeared. I would recommend any other Asian restaurant, but only this one as a last resort. You can go there, but you don't have to!

I had a takeaway box. The noodles were mushy and tasted bad, basically tasteless. The peanut sauce was just sweet, nothing to do with peanut sauce. The chicken had too much breading. I might give a proper meal another try, but I wouldn't recommend it.

What was particularly good: • The food is freshly prepared, the ingredients seem to be of good quality, and overall, the price/performance ratio is good. • The selection is solid for a snack bar: You'll find classic wok dishes, curries, and sometimes specialties like dim sum or similar delicacies. • The staff is friendly and attentive, and you can tell that cleanliness and a pleasant environment are important. The tables were clean, and the atmosphere was well-maintained. What could be improved, but is neither necessary nor possible here: • The atmosphere is more functional than cozy—you sit between checkouts and the people, which doesn't make for a particularly relaxing experience.  • For very specific tastes or gourmets, a trip to a proper restaurant is worthwhile; here, the focus is clearly on quick, good everyday cooking 🤗 Conclusion: Dr. WOK at Marktkauf Filderstadt is a very good choice if you're hungry, short on time, and looking for a solid Asian snack. I'm giving it four stars because the overall offering is good value for money for a bistro. I would definitely get something again 😉

I've had Box No. 5 with spicy sauce twice now. It was delicious, the portion was large, the price was perfectly reasonable (€6.60), and it arrived very quickly on a Friday at 11:30 a.m. The food was wholesome; I'd gladly order again.

A really bad box. Greasy, tasteless, never again. I could puke. What a waste of money and my poor stomach 😑 The sauce was a cream sauce, nothing to do with Thai curry. Not recommended!

I've gotten takeout from here many times and have been very satisfied every time. The food is freshly prepared and ready in less than five minutes (off-peak, of course). The portions are huge, and the price is absolutely unbeatable. In my opinion, this is the best Asian takeaway in the area.

An Asian snack bar at the Marktkauf. Very tasty, friendly, and fast. The price is good for the portion and the taste. Whether you order to go or sit down, both options work well.

I had the 8d rice noodles there. The flat rice noodles are delicious. There are a few tables right next to the counter where you can eat. However, it's right inside the supermarket, so it's loud and hectic.

We always get their white rice and a side of crispy chicken and it’s always delicious! Simple but delicious and fast service!

Ordered “fried noodles” at 11:40 a.m. The dish would have been better described as “Lukewarm spaghetti with vegetable strips”. Disaster! Would have been much better off in the Madame Phong restaurant on the 1st floor. And hardly more expensive. Was a try - never again! 1 star is still too much.

Food arrives half an hour after ordering, cold and tasteless. The service leaves a lot to be desired, it couldn't be more unfriendly. The ambience is acceptable. Not recommended. It's better to go one floor up to the other Asian restaurant. No but no thanks.

We were at the airport to mock then a short break at the Dr. Wok, food there to strengthen us was very, very tasty, it was really good and the lady was very nice and friendly, thank you very much 🥰

I ate the classic box of sweet and sour sauce. My wife had a plate with a different sauce. We liked it and the price was reasonable. The ambience with the small table next to the stall does not correspond to a gourmet restaurant, but it is a fast food restaurant so ok. We would eat there again.

We picked up 2 boxes there to take away last night. Very tasty and freshly prepared. The gentleman at the checkout is very child-friendly. Always happy 👍 Kind regards

Super quick delicious food But attention is often wrong Instead of noodles 🍜 rice 🍚

Eigentlich nur ein Imbiss im Markkauf, aber wir essen gerne vor dem Einkaufen dort oder nehmen es mit nach Hause. Das Essen ist gut und wird frisch fertiggestellt. Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und did Tische sind immer sauber.

Was will man erwarten von einem Imbiss für den schnellen Hunger. Es schmeckt und das ist die Hauptsache. Der Service ist nett. Essen ist vor Ort möglich, kann aber auch mitgenommen werden.

Mango-Curry mit Huhn und Gemüse sehr schmackhaft, duftet und schmeckt nach Mango. Viel Soße dabei und alles sehr heiß und frisch zu einem günstigen Preis. Der Imbiss und die Tische sind sauber, das Personal freundlich. Was will man mehr, bin satt und zufrieden und empfehle weiter.

Essen ist soweit ok , Ambiente... na ja ich sag nur freie Sicht auf die marktkaufkassen ....

Absolute Top Qualität. Komme sehr gern und sehr oft zum Essen her.

Essen ist absolut genießbar und die Portionen dem Preis angemessen. Wir holen während der Mittagspause öfter ein Curry oder eine Noodle-Box.

Geschmacklich Gutes Essen, Preiswert, empfehlenswert. Es ist keine große Auswahl aber es ist sehr Ausreichend auch Vegan.

Also ich finde es echt lecker. Verstehe manche schlechte Rezension nicht :) Ich komm gerne wieder.
