Small ice cream parlor in the forest. Somehow all varieties only taste like cream. Quite expensive for that.

The first few times the quality was good. The last few times only disappointments. Lots of air, little taste. With the varieties: pistachio, cookie dough, tiramisu, you wait for something else to come. Vain. Just boring. The one in the picture is supposed to be cookie dough. This is frozen milk. Not more.

The coffee is pleasant: everything is delicious cake, ice cream, coffee but unfortunately the capuccino is often cold. Yesterday we ordered 4 capuccini. All were lukewarm, cold. The Italian girls behind the counter are always unfriendly.

ATM DOES NOT GIVE ENOUGH CHANGE! I'm currently there with my partner because we wanted to try out the ice cream machine. Not only did the card payment hang after a minute-long payment process and several cards were rejected, he also screwed us over. We put in a €10 note and we should get €3 back. It was also confirmed on the display. When I took out change it came out to €2.50. I find it a bit cheeky and impudent. After all, €0.50 is €0.50, and if the machine cheats someone out of €0.50 every time, it doesn't surprise me. Was the first and last time we were here. 1. You won't be deducted anywhere else and 2. the ice cream tastes better somewhere else and not as artificial, as another user has already written. 👎👎👎

Top quality! The ice cream tastes great and cools you down on the hot summer days, but the prices per scoop keep rising and rising every year. No matter how much the prices rise, the taste you leave behind will almost force you to go there again.

Very bad! The service from the gentleman with gray hair was very unfriendly and the nut ice cream didn't taste like a nut!!! And just because you accidentally sit down there with a waffle ice cream, instead of politely informing us that you're not allowed to sit there, you're insulted!

We were there after the carnival parade and actually wanted to eat a piece of cake and drink coffee. Two tables were still free, someone had probably thrown up at one of them, but none of the staff seemed to mind, so we sat down at the other table. I then briefly went to the toilet, but when I and another person wanted to go back into the restaurant, we were locked in the toilet. Luckily I had my cell phone with me and called my friend at the restaurant. She then told the counter and was told that the toilets were broken and there was no one there. Meanwhile, a drinks fridge had been pushed in front of the toilet door to give the impression that there were no toilets in the restaurant. After a discussion with the staff, someone was kind enough to open the door for us again. Sentences like “Why don’t you just go to the toilet here” and “We have bigger problems than checking to see if anyone is in there” were used. Later we also noticed at the next table that people were being told that there was no toilet. We then gave up the cake, paid for our coffee and left. It's understandable that it's not desirable for people outside to simply use the toilets, but simply closing them without first checking to see if anyone else is in them and then pushing a refrigerator in front of them is probably an impertinence. If I hadn't had a cell phone with me, no one would have heard us given the volume in the restaurant and then being shouted at... no thanks, then I'd rather spend my money somewhere else where I'm welcome as a guest.

Unfortunately I had the worst iced coffee I've ever had, it just didn't taste good and was carelessly prepared. My son's raspberry ice cream ball was good. There were no cards, the QR codes at the table don't work for the menu, there was only one man behind the ice cream counter only busy selling ice cream balls, had to wait in line for a long time to order our iced coffees to sit in the store . Everything in a paper cup is totally environmentally friendly and not inviting to sit in an iced coffee. Generally didn't look very inviting, we're very sorry, we won't be going there anymore.

The staff are very friendly, the service was great. I ate 2 delicious pieces of ice cream cake and recommended it to my friends there.
