Unfortunately I had the worst iced coffee I've ever had, it just didn't taste good and was carelessly prepared. My son's raspberry ice cream ball was good. There were no cards, the QR codes at the table don't work for the menu, there was only one man behind the ice cream counter only busy selling ice cream balls, had to wait in line for a long time to order our iced coffees to sit in the store . Everything in a paper cup is totally environmentally friendly and not inviting to sit in an iced coffee. Generally didn't look very inviting, we're very sorry, we won't be going there anymore.

I had a wonderful latte here with exactly the right crema. I heard the boss made it himself. Any luck? The ice cream flavors didn't look that tempting. The service was friendly.

Very tasty ice cream at an absolutely fair price, so you'll be happy to take an extra scoop. Fast service, you can sit both inside and outside with your to-go ice cream. And everything, including the toilets, is sparkling clean!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This ice cream parlor is an absolute disgrace. The seller was so unfriendly, the ice cream was really bad - all the flavors were totally over-sweetened and you couldn't taste any flavor - it was a real shame. Just because it's obviously the only ice cream parlor in the area, people seem to be able to afford anything here. Rarely have I had such bad ice cream and received such unfriendly “service”. By the way: only self-service service. Which in itself wouldn't be bad if the prices were adjusted accordingly... Unfortunately, this is not the case. Overpriced and self-service Better buy some ice cream at the nearest ice cream parlor. You're better off then.

Such a rude person at the ice cream sale - when it was said that a few more people were coming, he said "he had other guests, but no one was in sight." There was no friendliness and it seemed as if he didn't want to work. The next day he was very unfriendly again - not recommended Ice cream was ok, a bit expensive, but oh well

Overpriced, tiny scoops, no service, ice cream generally in a plastic cup! My “Amarena cup” sank into sauce and cherries, with double cream under and over the ice cream. It wasn't my taste. Even as a local, I won't go there again.

Our favorite ice cream parlor in the region for years. We spent many afternoons and evenings here. Good ice cream, the nice older gentleman behind the counter, real prices and portions. Everything has it's time. This was definitely our last visit. The portions seem to have been halved, the prices have increased again and the cream for spaghetti ice cream is now being charged extra. So for three (!) small scoops of pressed vanilla ice cream with a spoonful of sauce you pay 7 EUR plus cream surcharge. But it's only self-service - you can look for a seat. I think the latter is the business model of the future anyway. However, if you get the impression that you are paying for the non-service with smaller portions and higher prices, sorry, we're out of there. By the way, the restaurants around the ice cream parlor were full, the ice cream parlor was empty. A generational change/handover seems to have been a complete failure here.

I've never eaten such bad ice cream. Completely overpriced at 2 euros. Very small balls. Service unfriendly. I don't understand the 5 star reviews.

Very good ice cream and very large portions. We had 4-5 scoops and lots of side dishes, e.g.: nuts, chocolate chips, cookies and much more. The view from the window is especially beautiful. You look directly into the Ederseetal. 👍

Sitting for an hour and waiting for the ice cream... it doesn't work at all! The argument was that it was very crowded that Sunday because the weather was so good and almost no one came the days before...yes and what? It was Sunday, you could go to an ice cream parlor...to your horror, the glasses of iced coffee, spilling over, looked like S..., will be the first and last time...because after 1.5 hours Finally everyone at the table had an ice cream and unfortunately the mood was now in ruins... If you don't have any staff, you can hire some!

The ice cream is great but the price is very expensive. You only have self-service, which is an obstacle for people who can't climb stairs. There are also no parking spaces available.

No service, everything self-service... the leaning benches in front of the door are dirty... not a nice place... and the ice cream isn't worth the money... it's all plastic, the ice cream cups are disposable... oh well

The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly rude. No service at the table. I would rather eat my ice cream differently.

Not even worth one star. Unfriendly, cheeky and arrogant. The shop has to be closed. Regardless of whether you come with a small child or alone. The owner is always rude and rude, shouts at customers and insults them. What's more, the owner leans into people's origins and insults their origins. That doesn't work at all, a report is coming. It's a shame that there is such a bad ice cream shop in such a beautiful place. There has to be someone else. Ice cream tastes horrible. Not homemade, it's just an industrial product.

Unfortunately you have to give at least one star to be able to leave a review. I agree with the many bad reviews with the reason that the seller has no idea about hospitality🤦🏻‍♂️ It's a shame. It could be so simple 🤷🏻‍♂️

Leckere Eisbecher mit viel Phantasie und Können zubereitet.

Ein ganz durchschnittliches Eiskaffee, die Bedienung ist nicht schnell aber nett, das Eis ist auch ein normaler Durchschnitt, es ist okay....

Sehr lecker und fairer Preis von 1,20 pro Kugel. Große leckere Hörnchen. Fruchteis Laktosefrei. Man darf auch mit Kugeln Eis draußen am Tisch sitzen. Danke!

Eis schmeckt sehr gut. Jedoch sind die Kugeln unverschämt klein. Auf Nachfrage wurde nur gesagt, dass die Kosten ja gestiegen wären. Preise wurden erhöht und die Kugeln gleichzeitig sehr klein..

Eis war ganz lecker- aber Bedienung, Mensch der hinter der Eistheke für den To-go Bereich zuständig war, war sehr unfreundlich, teilweise schon sehr genervt. Egal wie sehr ich Eis liebe, aber aus Prinzip esse ich mein Spaghetti Eis zukünftig woanders.

Lecker Eis, schönes Ambiente draußen im Hof und gute und nette Bedienung.

Leuke locatie met heerlijk ijs. Voldoende keuze uit verschillende soorten ijs en bereidingen. Op het kleine terrasje in het oude en smalle straatje kijk je naar beneden richting de lager gelegen woonwijk. We werden geholpen door een zeer vriendelijke oudere Italiaanse man wat het Italiaanse ijs gevoel compleet maakte.

Die Bedienung war super langsam, so dass sich eine riesen Schlange gebildet hatte, die auch fast nicht kürzer wurde...zudem war da nur ein Mitarbeiter bei so einem Andrang einfach nicht nachvollziehbar...dann fehlten schon eissorten, so dass nur über Umwege die Standard Eisbecher zubereitet werden konnten..zu guter letzt gab es keine Glas Eisbecher sondern nur alles aus Pappbechern..zum Einen ne Umwelt Sauerei zum Anderen auch nicht schön, wenn ich vor Ort Eis essen will..

Sind von der Burg ein Stück Urwaldsteig und dann durch die Altstadt gewandert. Dann haben wir die Eisdiele entdeckt. Liegt in wunderschöner historischer und uriger Fachwerkstraße mit Schildern zu Stadtdaten und einem hist. Brunnen. Wir waren zu sechst und haben komplett verschiedene Sorten probiert. Alle waren hervorragend und preislich total ok. Giotto und Jogurette waren unsere Favoriten! War unser Waldeck-Highlight an dem Tag:)
