A very nice ice cream cafe on Gravensteiner Platz. Only the taps and flushing water in the toilets need to be repaired more quickly. They still aren't. 5/18

Ice cream is delicious but the service can really be improved. Before you place your order, you are first told where you can't sit and what doesn't fit. As a customer, I simply expect a certain level of friendliness that I unfortunately miss here. In general it has to be said that with ice cream to go you are not allowed to sit down even if there are 10 tables available, a very interesting attitude towards the customers. Overall, it's only enough for 3 stars because the service and attitude take away the stars.

A chic, easy-to-reach ice cream parlor right on Gravensteiner Platz. The facility is modern and offers plenty of space and the person is super nice. Unfortunately the pizza dough was rather hard and chewy. The Straciatella ice cream was okay and the woodruff ice cream was a bit disappointing in terms of taste. All in all, the location, staff and ambience seem to be the best thing about this cafe. A pity.

Super delicious ice cream, nice staff and beautiful interior. You can also sit outside and relax and if there is nothing free, the Gravensteiner offers plenty of seating. The bubble waffles are particularly recommended!

My absolute favorite ice cream parlor! Great varieties and great staff! Most of the time it's full and you have to wait a bit but that doesn't even bother you! I really enjoy being there!

The ice cream is good, BUT: Why are there no more classic food/drink cards???? You can only view everything with your smartphone using the QR code. It might be cool for everyone who can't put their cell phone down even in a café, but are you excluding everyone who doesn't have a smartphone or can't or don't want to use it? What about the residents of the retirement home across the street, children or people with disabilities? I also like to leave my phone at home... Can you please change that again, I think clear menus are part of good service! I often travel with a group of people with disabilities, they need real menus with pictures to choose from and they can't use a smartphone, so we can't come here anymore...

Ice cream is delicious. Vanilla not so much. A matter of taste. I had a banana split. You could choose 3 scoops of ice cream, cream, 1 banana and the sauce...€8.50. Expensive. But in these times, no wonder. Many people where I could see tended to just order scoops in a cup to sit in. After a certain time... there was a long line to take away. Patience is required. We were there for about 15 hours.

Tasty ice. Friendly service. Price-performance ratio is right. Addition March 16, 2024 I was at the San Marco ice cream parlor today, unfortunately there are no longer paper ice cream cards available. You can only place your order using your smartphone and if you don't have a smartphone you will be provided with a tablet. I don't think that's okay because there are people who can't handle a tablet. Alternatively, there should at least be a few paper ice cards available.

Sorry, but the ice cream delivered is definitely not enough for THE price. Every ice cream supplier in Frankfurt delivers more. Disappointing!

Sehr schöne Eisdiele in toller Lage und sehr gut zu erreichen mit der U-Bahn. Das Eis war köstlich. Sehr sahnig, cremig und geschmacksintensiv. Auch die Bruschetta mit Mozzarella war sehr lecker und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Bedienung war auch sehr sehr freundlich und hat uns schnell bedient und sich sehr gut gekümmert um uns. Diese Eisdiele ist zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Eiscafé mit großer Terrasse direkt am Gravensteiner Platz. Das Eis schmeckt uns super und man bekommt auch echt große Portionen. Wir kommen sehr gerne ins Eiscafé

Durch Zufall während einer Fahrradtour nach Frankfurt hier vorbeigekommen und habe einen Eisbecher gegessen. Ich fand das Eis sehr gut. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Eis ist selbst gemacht und der Service ist super. Kann ich euch nur empfehlen,es ist direkt am Gravensteiner Platz, nicht weit weg von der Straßenbahn.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung und sehr leckeres Eis mit großer Auswahl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Eiskugeln im Vergleich zu anderen Eisdielen in FFM eine respektable Größe haben. 😀

Das Eis ist sehr lecker, sodass ich oft hierher komme und nicht die nächstgelegene Eisdiele besuche. Allerdings kommt es bei unterschiedlichen Bedienungen zu enormen Größenunterschieden der Kugeln.

Immer wieder gerne. Bei der Hitze eine Kugel Limette-Minz Eis gegessen. Sehr erfrischend.

A small shop with bigger seating capacity and lots of options for Ice-creams, and for shakes and snacks too. All Ice cream flavors are very tasty, cakes and Tiramisu are super delicious and fresh. Ice cream shakes were interesting for me. Kids have there own ice-cream menu where they get couple of famous characters made of icecream. One can sit inside or outside. On a sunny day, one can expect a very long waiting time. Even to order there and take away, one have to stand in long queue. But all this waiting is worth. One can also order on phone and pick up the order later. This can avoid waiting in the queue. During winter, they also put up tents and serve hot Wine/Glühwine too. Shop is generally open on everyday from morning till around 20:00. Closing time varies during the winter. Also shop is closed for 2 months (December and January) every year. During Corona time, they also implemented ordering on table using QR code, which they are continuing even now.

nette, freundliche, dezente Bedienung, nicht aufdringlich, gutes Eis, im Sommer prima draußen zu sitzen, Kinder können spielen während die Erwachsenen Eisessen oder kleine Snacks verzehren

Sowohl das Eis "to go" als auch die Eiskreationen am Tisch sind fantastisch. Der Service ist prima, flott und freundlich. Immer wieder gern.

Zusammen mit 3 Freunden habe ich vor ca. 2 Wochen dieses Eiscafe besucht. Das Eiscafe befindet sich neben einem kleinen Einkaufszentrum im relativ jungen Stadtteil "Frankfurter Bogen". Das Eiscafe ist funktionell eingerichtet, wie viele andere Eiscafes auch. Also Gemütlichkeit kommt weder seitens des Eiscafes noch seiner Umgebung auf. Das ist aber nicht Grund meiner Kritik. Ich liebe Speiseeis und verspeise dieses weltweit. Aber das, von San Marco angebotene Eis ist wirklich so schlecht, dass es eigentlich nur für Laufkundschaft z.B. auf einem Volksfest oder Jahrmarkt angeboten werden sollte. Zur Gewinnung von Stammkundschaft ist der Geschmack dieses Speiseeises sicher nicht geeignet. Meines Erachtens kommt das Eis aus einer Eisfabrik und hat wenig natürliche Zutaten. Es schmeckt sehr künstlich und ist absolut übersüßt! Sollte das Eis aus eigener Produktion stammen, dann hat hat sich der Produzent aber absolut keine Mühe gegeben! Ich habe übrigens Schokolade, Vanille und Malaga verspeist, wobei Schokolade mit Schulnote 3-4 noch am besten war. Auch meinen Freunden fiel der künstliche Geschmack der Eiscreme auf und sie konnten zum Teil nicht mal die einzelnen Eissorten geschmacklich unterscheiden! Unsere Bedienung in diesem Eiscafe verdient übrigens eine ganz andere Bewertung! Die Kellnerin war sehr nett und auch schnell, sowie außerordentlich hilfsbereit! Bedienung: Note 1 Eiscreme: Note 4-5

Eis leider von schlechter Qualität. Schmeckt sehr künstlich und unnatürlich süß. Leider nicht zu empfehlen!
