I was there yesterday and ordered a mug and what did I have to see?! An INSECT moved alive in my cup

I ordered a Stracciatella cup. And when I wanted to take the second spoonful an insect was hiding in my ice cream

Even though they were actually already closed, we still got some ice cream :)

Delicious ice cream, friendly service and relaxed environment, what more could you want! In terms of taste, I found both strawberry and lemon to be milder than expected but really tasty. I find the selection of varieties absolutely satisfactory! I think the prices are fairly humane and would initially not recommend any further increases, otherwise there could be fewer customers as there is competition in the immediate vicinity! Let's see how the competition stacks up! No way!

It is slightly more expensive than ordinary ice cream. I heard that it does not add coloring or additives.

Super leckeres Eis und das seid Jahren! Kaffee ist Top. Das Konzept spricht für sich! Siehe Bessungen Eberstadt etc. gleichbleibende gute Qualität.

Das schlechteste und langweiligste Standard Eis teilweise nach chemischen Aromen schmeckt und unnatürlich dank diverser Farbstoffe aussieht und außerdem für meinen Geschmack viel zu teuer ist und da macht es auch nicht aus das gesagt wird das Bio Milch verwendet wird,denn Bio ist nicht automatisch gut.

El mejor café que he probado en todo Darmstadt. Los helados están también buenísimo, pero sobre todo el servicio es muy amable.

Sehr sehr nette Bedienung und sehr leckeres Eis

Ich liebe wirklich Eis und auch die Eisdiele da Carlo, aber ich finde es eine absolute Frechheit wenn 2020 die Bällchen deutlich größer sind für 1,30 € und 2021 die Bällchen deutlich kleiner und 1,50 € kosten. Da hört die Liebe selbst bei mir auf und fair ist etwas anderes. Update: Danke für eine durchaus nachvollziehbare Handlung, aber ihr seid leider nicht auf meine komplette Kritik eingegangen. Den Preis zu erhöhen ist ok, auch wenn ich eine Erhöhung in den letzten 6 Jahren von 50% ein wenig hoch finde. Bei 150-200 Kugeln Eis im Jahr ist der Unterschied schon gewaltig! Parallel dazu jedoch die Portionen um einiges zu reduzieren, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar!
