Delicious, home-style dishes. Excellent service. Good value for money, too.

Our food was served after 2 minutes: everything drowned in sauce. When I asked if it came from the microwave, the lady reacted very grumpily; supposedly everything comes fresh from the stove. The question then is: How many days has it been on it? We cannot recommend the restaurant.

We weren't there often, but we enjoyed being with you. One of the last inns in the region where you could get authentic Thuringian cuisine in an authentic ambience. It's a shame that the death of inns is progressing in favor of "national" property managers and that the identity of the Rennsteig is once again falling victim to greed for profit.

The ambiance is authentic, the food was okay. It wasn't busy, and the service was only subtly cordial.
