Very good service. Excellent food.

I went to the Loft with my family. It's not that they treated us poorly, it's that we have never had such bad service. It took them two hours to bring us the food and when they brought it to us, they brought it wrong and argued when we told them about it. They changed it twice and the third time my partner refused to eat it because it was still bad. To make matters worse, they charged us for extra food, adding the most expensive thing they had (steaks) to our bill, and were reluctant to change it when we told them about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, especially for tourists, they will try to take advantage.

I had booked food for a group of 22 people. Buffet Berlin 2. Everything was prepared. There were no waiting times. The service was very good and competent. Everyone liked it very much. The food was rich and tasty. It was a beautiful evening. Thanks to all employees. Gladly again.

Especially recommended on Fridays because of the schnitzel menu
