The menu offers a pleasantly unusual selection. We opted for the fried herring with fried potatoes and the fisherman's breakfast. Both were good and delicious. The service was very nice, friendly, and quick. We felt welcome, even with our dog. The ambiance and the location on the lake are great.

The food was okay, nothing special, but good. Service was excellent. Reservations are essential, or come early to have a better chance of getting a seat. Price-performance ratio is a bit higher, but just about okay for the view. Overall, recommended.

This restaurant boat was the highlight of Potsdam. We were lucky enough to snag two seats on the upper deck, having stumbled upon it by chance. A truly wonderful location, with expansive views of the Tiefer See (Deep Lake), clearly a place to unwind with delicacies and enjoy the dawning evening. The other guests were consistently pleasant. Both the main courses, the grilled goat cheese with pomegranate-mango chutney, and the buckwheat pancake with spinach and feta, were delicious, as were the desserts, crepes, and waffles. Everything was lovingly arranged and delicious. The wine served with the meal was perfect. The boat itself is a true experience; below deck there are additional rooms and even a well-stocked library. The lower deck alone is worth a visit. The service was attentive, professional, and unobtrusive. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained. We would love to come back.

We reserved a table at short notice and were pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the summer weather, we were able to eat on deck. The furniture is rustic, but cushions and blankets are provided. The expansive view of the Havel River is priceless. The food was incredibly good and even more incredibly affordable. Very friendly service despite the large number of guests and the hustle and bustle. The restaurant area below deck is even better – quaint and cozy. The restrooms are very clean. We highly recommend it. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the hard-working team.

Unfortunately one of the worst schnitzels I've ever eaten... after I let the first one go back because it had probably just passed the deep fryer... after two minutes I got another one which was only dipped in briefly and then taken out again... or however the things are prepared there... the waiter then very kindly remarked that next time I'd get a coffee for free. I didn't understand why until the next time... By the way, the air was also very stuffy in there. If that doesn't bother you, you're in good hands there.

My girlfriend and I were there last night. And I immediately liked the rustic atmosphere. Good thing she had reserved, all tables were occupied. The food (Labskaus or Schnitzel) was very tasty. We'll definitely be back in spring or summer when you can sit outside with a view of the water.

I celebrated my 40th birthday in the great ambience of the ship's restaurant. The space was great for 40 people. We had more than enough space to eat and dance. The service was attentive and fulfilled every wish. Thank you for the unforgettable evening.

Very nice atmosphere, we were able to sit on the deck in the bright sunshine. Unfortunately there was only one waiter who was completely overwhelmed. We understood and were happy to wait a little longer, but the cake we ordered tasted as dry as if it were two days old. Therefore no recommendation from me.

Communication with the boss in advance was very uncomplicated and our wishes were always taken into account. A very special spot in Potsdam that you shouldn't miss. We were guests there on Saturday lunchtime without a reservation and were given a large table with our dog. The service was very quick, friendly and attentive. And the food is legendary! Large portions, extremely tasty and very reasonably priced compared to the surrounding restaurants. Absolute recommendation!

If you don't want to have a politically different group as your guests, you should think about whether you are working in the right area. And when you read here how bad some of the food is, you soon have to think that untrained amateur chefs are at work here. Which wouldn't surprise me either, as this whole area doesn't exactly leave a good impression. Typically left-wing dirty. There's just trash, stickers and ugly spray-painted walls everywhere.

I wonder why this place gets so many good reviews. It is apparently closed for half of the week. We arrived on Monday to find that the place opened at 4pm on.... Thursday. They may serve the best schnitzels, but they gave us no chance to sample. Pity, place looks inviting.

There were four of us and we were on board at coffee time. Apple strudel, crepes & drinks are highly recommended! Service very nice & quick. There is a lot to discover and marvel at. The icing on the cake is the wonderful view of the Tiefen See and Babelsberg Park!

Schade, hatten wir besser in Erinnerung. Die „ große „ Fischsuppe entsprach in keinem Fall jeglicher Qualität. Als Syltfreunde vermutlich zu sehr verwöhnt und das auch noch bei geringem Preis. Sämtliche Speisen sind in der Speisekarte hoffnungsvoll beschrieben aber kommen jeweils mit Einschränkugen dazu auf den Tisch.

Gutes preiswertes essen. Ich bin kein Vegetarier aber mir hat die Süßkartoffel Pfanne sehr gemundet, habe kein Fleisch vermisst. Gutes Essensangebot. Hoffentlich bleibt das so. Kläre Empfehlung.

Tolle Location für Partys. Waren am Oberdeck, das Essen war sehr lecker, die Bedienung nett. Habe leider kein Foto vom Innenraum gemacht, ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Preise OK. Kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Eine wirklich schöne und gemütliche Atmosphäre in einem historischem Schiff. Das Alter sieht man natürlich, wer sich dem bewusst ist, macht eine schöne Erfahrung mit einem herzlich agierenden Gastroteam.

Sehr schön gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe erfolgt. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Ich hatte ein Bauern Frühstück, es gehörte zu den leckersten die je gegessen habe. Der Beilagensalat war ebenfalls sehr hochwertig. Meine Frau war mit ihrem Zander auch sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier sehr gut.

Es ist einfach alles super auf dem Schiff. Essen, Trinken und das Ambiente. Weiter so. 👍👍
