A really nice ambiance and atmosphere. We didn't have a reservation, but we were quickly seated and served well. I had the Sauerbraten, which I found a bit too salty. The homemade strawberry-rhubarb lemonade, however, was very tasty.

Unfriendly service, lacking commitment. Not recommended…

The food is good, but there is still a little room for improvement. Soup was a bit small. The service is also a bit lacking. If you drank a Diet Coke and then ordered water, you didn't get a new glass. The bottle was not opened and poured either. But the atmosphere is very cozy. I can definitely recommend it.

Sunday lunch, delicious Franconian dishes and generous portions. The homemade iced tea was also excellent, and the warm nougat cake with vanilla ice cream was a perfect finish.

On May 1st, we had dinner at the Schwenksaal. They've recently started serving oven-baked pizza. The pizza and toppings were good, the atmosphere was very quiet and pleasant, and the prices were reasonable. It's a great idea to set up a "pizza to go" station right next to the bike path and across from Röhrensee, where you can pay in cash or with PayPal. Something new! One suggestion I would like to see is for smokers to be separated from non-smoking guests. Especially when smokers don't take small children into consideration! Otherwise, everything's great!
