A real Heilbronn original. Good food, a nice selection of spirits, very friendly staff and an interesting location make a visit to the Backstüble worthwhile.

A bit cold atmosphere but delicious food

We celebrated my husband's birthday there based on a recommendation from friends. Had a champagne reception, dinner at the buffet and then dessert. Ms. Wahl had decorated the tables beautifully so that I didn't have to worry about anything. Food with meat, side dishes and salads were all delicious. Ms. Wahl responded to our wishes. Everything was super perfect. Thank you Wahl family. It was a really nice birthday. We will definitely recommend you.

Good home-style food in a rustic atmosphere. The furnishings from the 80s give the whole thing a charming and cozy atmosphere. Price performance unbeatable, wasn't there for the last time.

Beautiful and yet disappointing We were there yesterday on January 11th. with over 12 people in the Trappensee Restaurant by telephone reservation, which we made in mid-November 2024, we arranged to have dinner with the entire family at 6 p.m. First of all, it looked like our reservation hadn't been made, so it took a good 15 minutes until we finally had our table complete and we could all sit down together. It has to be said that the restaurant was very busy and it was noticeable that the staff and kitchen were overwhelmed. Guests kept coming and had to wait for a seat. When our food came after a long time, the food was only slightly warm and sometimes almost cold. The only thing that was a little warmer but only bite-sized (i.e. not warm enough) were the sauces. Meat and some side dishes got cold faster before the plate was half empty. It's actually a real shame because the restaurant is really nice. But it's no use if there's too much going on and many guests go home dissatisfied. My extra sauce, which I ordered twice, is still in the kitchen. Conclusion: less is often more. The food was good but unfortunately it was really too cold. Price performance therefore only 3 stars. In the summer we were very positively surprised by the beer garden and unfortunately yesterday the restaurant didn't surprise us but disappointed us. It was probably way too busy and stressful in my opinion. LG Michel

I'm a regular customer... Great service and delicious food BUT Lehners... I've already told two waiters/resses within 6 months in 2024... your Cola, Fanta, Sprite has little to no carbon dioxide!!! That's why I mostly drink beer...that's safe... Even changing the drink last time didn't help. Especially in long drinks and co. This is noticeable… and even more so when viewed purely. It's 2025... Today there's a bit more carbon dioxide in it again... I'm not the only one who can notice that... PLEASE URGENTLY CHECK and pull the simple comparison to an original Cola, Fanta etc. out of the bottle or change the supplier... I'll do that for that Lehners no longer advertise.

Great place with great view and food. We hiked in winter and there was fire. The food was also good, i found it little expensive compared to quantity. The parking lot is big behind restaurants. They also rent place for parties and wedding. The decoration of the rooms were very attractive
