Wir sind immer wieder begeistert! Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich, der Service immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Essen überzeugt jedes Mal mit hoher Qualität und toller Präsentation. Besonders die Lage am See macht den Besuch zu etwas Besonderem. Ein Restaurant, in das man immer wieder gerne zurückkommt – absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren am Sonntag das erste mal hier. Volle Punktzahl. Sehr schöne Location - innen wie außen. Am kleinen Trappensee gelegen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute sortierte Karte. Feine Speisen. Gerichte teilen als Vorspeise kein Problem. Lachs auf den Punkt, Gemüse knackig frisch. Dessert war auch sehr, sehr lecker. Wenn wir wieder mal in Heilbronn sind, dann auf jeden Fall auch dort. Weiter so!

Sehr gutes Essen. Leider gibt es keine Soße. Will wohl kein deutsches Restaurant sein. Die nennen das Jus. Hat keinen Stern mehr eingebracht. Aber vielleicht ein anderes Klientel...

Waren zu zehnt um die Mittagszeit dort. Schneller, freundlicher Service, das Essen war schnell und gleichzeitig da, alle Speisen (Rostbraten bis Salat) perfekt angerichtet und sehr lecker. Hafermilch-Cappucino und Espresso zum Dessert waren ebenso schnell wie top. Die Preise sind gehoben, passen aber zum Ambiente. Wenn wir im Sommer mal wieder in Heilbronn sind , kommen wir wieder um die Terrasse am See zu genießen.

Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne hierher! Das Essen ist einfach top geschmacklich auf einem ganz anderen Level. Das Ambiente ist super schön und lädt total zum Wohlfühlen ein. Wir waren am Sonntag bei Ihnen essen und insgesamt waren das Essen, das Ambiente und der Service wirklich sehr gut. Wir haben den Abend grundsätzlich sehr genossen. Beim Verlassen des Restaurants haben wir jedoch beobachtet, dass alle anderen Gäste eine Tulpe als kleine Aufmerksamkeit erhalten haben, nur wir leider nicht. Das fanden wir sehr schade und ehrlich gesagt auch etwas enttäuschend. Gerade weil der Abend ansonsten so schön war, hat uns dieser Moment beim Gehen überrascht. Solche Gesten sind eine nette Idee, aber unserer Meinung nach sollten sie entweder allen Gästen oder keinem überreicht werden.

Schöner Abend bei sehr gutem Essen im gemütlichen Ambiente. Ich hatte das Pfeffersteak das perfekt gebraten war. Lediglich die Tomaten als beilage hätte ich lieber ohne Stiel serviert bekommen.

Hatte einen schönen Fensterplatz. Im Service stimmt alles, ein großes Lob an Alle! Unser Essen (jeder bestellte sich ein anderes Gericht) hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen immer wieder einmal hier vorbei. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren letzte Woche dort und fanden es echt toll. Das Ambiente ist schön und angenehm. Der Service ist hervorragend und man kann mit dem Wirt auch lachen. Sehr freundlich und auch aufmerksam. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Sie hatten zwar leider nicht das, wofür wir gekommen sind. Das soll aber dem ganzen kein Abbruch sein, denn Lieferprobleme können passieren. Die Gerichte die wir stattdessen ausgesucht haben, waren trotzdem sehr lecker! Einzig ein paar Spätzle mehr hätte ich ganz toll gefunden. Kommen gewiss gerne wieder.

Tolle Lokation und gute Küche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der überragende Service. Nett, kompetent und immer da wenn sie benötigt wird. Komme gerne wieder.

Ann-Katrin hat uns vorbildlich bedient. Das Essen war wie immer sehr fein. Wir kamen zu Lehrzwecken mit einer Schülergruppe inklusive Benimm-Coach. Der Tisch war für uns vorbildlich gedeckt worden. Für die Gruppe war es ein besonderes Erlebnis gehobene Gastronomie zu erleben. Vielen Dank, dass Trappensee-Team geholfen hat den Abend perfekt zu gestalten.

Wir waren Samstag dort essen. Es war ganz nett aber nichts für öfter. Das Ambiente ist ganz gut,es ist alles etwas laut gewesen. Der Service war am Anfang des Abends leider etwas schwierig. Der Kellner hat so einen gewissen Unterton. ...z.B....ich hätte gerne einen lieblichen Weißwein, er antwortet:Haben wir nicht..... ????Fertig ist er.... wie wäre denn eine Empfehlung für einen anderen Weißwein.??? Naja es gab halt nur kurze, knappe Antworten. Das Essen war auch nicht schlecht. Wir haben ihm dann gesagt das es nicht mehr heiß war.Da hat er auch nicht wirklich reagiert drauf. Aber dann später waren wir mit er Bedienung sehr zufrieden. Denn es gab einen Wechsel. Und die Dame war super nett.Und hat noch einige Sachen empfohlen, die wir gerne angenommen haben. Alles in allem ein netter Abend mit anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten.

War leider nicht wie erwartet. Mein Fleisch war kalt und zäh. Service etwas durcheinander, als ich kam hat sich keiner um mich gekümmert und mir meinen reservierten Tisch gezeigt. Aber schönes Ambiente und vielleicht wird es noch was..

Dieser Ort ist für mich zu einer kleinen Oase der Ruhe und des Wohlbefindens geworden. Hier wird nicht nur köstliches Essen serviert, sondern auch das Wohlbefinden der Gäste im Mittelpunkt gestellt. Jedes Gericht wird mit Liebe zubereitet, und die Atmosphäre umfängt einen vom ersten Moment an. Es ist so schön, aufmerksames Personal zu erleben, das sich wirklich darum bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Nach einem solchen Abendessen verlässt man das Restaurant nicht nur satt, sondern auch rundum gut betreut. Ich werde ganz bestimmt wiederkommen und kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Herzlichkeit, gutes Essen und echte Gastfreundschaft zu schätzen weiß.

Wir hatten in einer grossen Gruppe reserviert dennoch die Vorstellung es müsste klappen. Leider wurde schonmal ein Platz zu wenig eingedeckt und der Umstand dass eine Person mehr mitkam wurde eher als störend empfunden Essen war durchwachsen manches sehr gut manches Fleisch sehr zäh Erfreulich ist dass man Beilagen nachgereicht bekommt Service augenscheinlich überfordert was zur Folge hatte dass nachgeforderte Beilagen es nicht in einem zeitlich adäquaten Rahmen zum Tisch schafften Reklamationen werden lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen Hohe Getränkepreise Sehr schade dass man hinter den Erwartungen zurückbleibt bei einem so tollen Ambiente

Sehr schönes Lokal, gutes Essen und freundliches Personal

Wir waren an Weihnachten am 25.12. hier Essen, es gab ein Menü, wo man vorher eine Anzahlung leisten musste. Das ganze Essen, der Service und die ganze Organisation war eine einzige Katastrophe.. Wir waren 5 Personen und zwei davon haben Rostbraten gegessen und mussten diesen jeweils 3x reklamieren, weil er innen komplett Roh war.. Zudem ging es einer Person nach dem Fleisch schlecht.. Des Weiteren war der Burgunderbraten zu zäh und allgemein war alles viel zu stark gewürzt, fast schon versalzen. Zudem mussten wir am Anfang in einer Schlange draußen in der Kälte warten. Pure Massenabfertigung! Einmal und nie wieder!!! Wir sind dermaßen enttäuscht!!!

Das Essen hat durchweg gemundet. Besonders erfreut hat mich, dass die Bedienung nach dem gewünschten Garungsgrad meines Rostbraten gefragt hat und die Küche dies optimal umsetzten konnte. Zudem war das Ambiente sehr edel - entsprechend waren natürlich auch die Preise gehoben

We were very disappointed with the Christmas menu. It was completely unacceptable value for money. We were charged €55 for a three-course meal, but instead of the high quality we would have expected at that price, we received pre-packaged, ready-made food. This started with the over-seasoned instant soup, made with pre-packaged, not homemade ingredients, and the mini Maultaschen (Swabian ravioli) were half-raw and cold. The problems continued with the main courses. Two of the main courses were no longer available, even though we had made a reservation early. The salmon, offered as an alternative to the winter cod, tasted okay, but it wasn't what we paid for. The advertised vegan roast beef was also unavailable. The Spätzle (German egg noodles), already a small portion, weren't homemade but came from a wholesaler's bag, and the cheapest kind at that. The dishes in general didn't meet our expectations, especially for a special menu. The chocolate mousse for dessert wasn't a mousse at all, but a simple pudding. On top of that, the drinks were overpriced. Furthermore, we were seated in a drab little side room and missed out on the music and atmosphere in the main hall entirely. All in all, a wasted evening, except for the price. A real shame. Even the very friendly and attentive service couldn't make up for it. Sorry, never again.

Wir haben ein Igloo mit Fondue essen gebucht und waren total begeistert. Für uns war alles perfekt. Essen war lecker und der Service bestens. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir, dass man vom Restaurantbetrieb und den anderen Igloos überhaupt nichts mitbekommen hat. Man sitzt im kleinen Kreis in einem warmen Igloo. Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis und wir kommen sicher wieder.

We were there at Christmas. Unfortunately, the food was rather disappointing. And we paid so much money for it... the veal cutlets were good. But the Burgundy roast was a complete disappointment. The meat was tough, and the sauce wasn't good either. It definitely wasn't 100% homemade. You could taste it. Very spicy... A real shame. I'd rather cook it myself.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Speisen waren geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich. Super freundliches Personal. Ambiente ansprechend.

Zur Weihnachtsfeier mit Büfett im separaten Raum. Essen war lecker. Der Service war leider echt schlecht. Getränke bestellt, kam nichts, mehrfach nachgefragt, mehrfach kam man mit dem falschen, dann eine Flasche, aber ohne Glas gebracht und nach über einer Stunde kam dann die erste Getränkebestellung, nachdem wir nun schon die Getränke hatten. Buffet war aufgebaut und eröffnet, aber man hatte vergessen Schöpfkellen und Co dazu zu legen. Der Service hat leider so gar nicht zum Rest gepasst. Trotzdem fünf Sterne in Summe, vielleicht war das Personal alle neu?

Very, very average cooking that any housewife could manage. It didn't impress us at all! But for people who have absolutely no idea about good cooking, it's surely the ultimate! Tested and not recommended.

Our team from the Heilbronn University Computing Center had the pleasure of experiencing a team-building cooking event at Trappensee Heilbronn, and it was absolutely fantastic! The head chef and her team had meticulously planned everything and were with us throughout the evening, making us feel completely at ease. We received a warm welcome, and the event ran smoothly and was thoughtfully organized. A particularly nice touch: the owner of Trappensee was also there and greeted us warmly and kindly. We had booked an igloo with cheese and meat fondue. The food was plentiful, and the side dips were very tasty.

It was our first time there and we were completely satisfied. Very friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely!

Today it was great, especially the steak.

Great location in a beautiful setting. I was there on a sweltering hot day for a wake after the funeral. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests, the service staff was unable to provide sufficient quantities of drinks for direct orders, and in some cases, even "the drinks ordered." In the meantime, after a change of tenant and renovations, I returned to the restaurant with a larger group and was completely satisfied. The food was very good, and the service staff were courteous and prompt, even though the restaurant was full. Only the acoustics could be improved. Conversations over long distances were sometimes a bit difficult. Therefore, I have updated the review to reflect the new circumstances. The restaurant is definitely recommended in the meantime.

We celebrated our wedding in September at the Amalienhof in Beilstein, with Lake Trappensee as our culinary partner. We were extremely satisfied. The communication both before and during our wedding was excellent. Thank you to Ercan, Fatmir, and the entire team. You made our day unforgettable. We lacked nothing; all our wishes were fulfilled. We celebrated our civil wedding at Trappensee, and everything went smoothly. We were allowed to arrive at the restaurant by Trappensee a few hours in advance as a private party. Everything was beautifully set, we were able to put together our own menu, and personalized menu cards were printed for us. The day before, we also brought flowers to the restaurant, which were lovingly arranged by the team. A spontaneous cake order was also handled without any problems. The food arrived promptly and at the same time for all 25 people. Everyone enjoyed it very much, and the quality was excellent despite the large group.

We went out to dinner in Trappensee on a Saturday evening, and a wedding was taking place in the adjacent room at the same time. It was quite loud at home, and the wait staff were busy at times, so we had to wait a bit longer for our drinks and to order. But the ambiance was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. We would definitely return for a better occasion (it's just too expensive for our everyday dining). You should definitely make a reservation in advance, but it's quick and easy to do online.

Easy to review: Four of us ate here, and all four of us were very satisfied – which is rare for us ;-) Maultaschen, truffle tagliatelle, corn-fed chicken breast, roast beef with onions. The fries were also nice and crispy. We'd gladly go back (should we ever come back to HN)

Both dishes were excellently prepared, the plates were beautifully presented, and the flavors were truly amazing. We especially liked the fact that you can order additional side dishes as you wish. For starters, we had the three-way spread, which was delicious – they even offered extra bread upon request. The prices are absolutely fair, and the value for money is excellent. We were given a lovely outdoor seat, where it was pleasantly quiet, and the staff were very attentive and friendly the entire time. An all-round successful visit – we'll definitely be back!

We've had our experiences with the restaurant. We now avoid it at Easter and Christmas. Last time we visited, we made a reservation, but despite the good weather, we only got a table inside. The outside area was full, and there were at least two weddings going on at the same time. After waiting half an hour, we hadn't even received a menu; our complaint was ignored by four people at the counter at the same time. We left then and won't be coming back. We don't need to be treated like that. The shortage of skilled workers can be used as an argument for many things, but ultimately, it's the customer who pays the bill.

Our wedding at the Trappensee Restaurant was simply dreamy – from the planning to the execution, everything went perfectly! Even in the run-up to the event, we received professional, warm, and competent support. The team took plenty of time, accommodated all our requests, and made us feel like we were in the best hands. On the day itself, everything was exactly as we had dreamed it would be – if not even better. The food was an absolute highlight: From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was fresh, lovingly prepared, and tasted of the highest quality. Our guests are still raving about it! The venue itself is beautiful – stylish, with a great ambiance and a special charm that's simply perfect for a wedding. Many, many thanks to the entire Trappensee team – you made our big day unforgettable! We highly recommend you.

Spätzle from the bag in this price range is nonsense

Super nice place, friendly staff, and good food. We were there for an office event. It was a very nice day.

If you don't want to wait tables, you need to change jobs. With a consistent menu, you should know how the food is prepared; you'll be asking about allergies/intolerances... When you serve a dish, you check to see if there are any empty glasses so you can sell another drink. If you extrapolate that, the restaurant could sell a huge number of more drinks and generate revenue.

I'd come back for dinner. The service could be better. But you have to be happy that there are still places that do it. The table wasn't set for our reservation, but if that's not important, I'd definitely recommend it for dinner.

The restrooms are attractive and clean, with everything available even for small children/babies. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ However, some of the food was cold, came out too late, and didn't match what we'd eaten there before. Even for a planned wedding, where we had specified our food preferences in advance, I would have expected better organization from the restaurant. What a shame

Disillusionment – ​​an evening in the Trappensee Restaurant You would think that a restaurant that boasts a picturesque waterfront location and likes to bask in the glory of its reputation would also know how to properly welcome guests. But yesterday evening showed in a very sobering way: a beautiful location alone does not necessarily make for a good restaurant experience. We were – listen and be amazed – served personally by the operator. But anyone who thinks about special attention, warmth or professionalism will be disappointed. Instead, we encountered a fake friendliness that was more like a poorly rehearsed play than genuine hospitality. While conspicuous attention was paid to the well-heeled regular customers - with demonstrative warmth and small pleasantries - we were allowed to watch as our table gradually turned into a waiting room. Over 35 minutes passed before a simple salad and a plate of pesto pasta (from a jar, mind you) found their way to us. During this time we saw other guests already enjoying their second course - clearly there is a silent hierarchy here, and those who do not consume regularly are not regularly noticed. Of course, our drinks were long gone by the time the food arrived. Reorder? No demand. Attention? In short supply. At some point we asked to be allowed to pay ourselves - and were able to experience how people still waited for a tip. 😂 Not a single word was said about the waiting time, no questions, no regrets, no “How was everything?” Apparently the assumption here is that guests accept such evenings without complaint - and at best allow themselves to be blinded by appearances. But hospitality depends on more than scenery and calculated friendliness. Anyone who thinks that a restaurant can be successful through location and name alone is wrong. The demands you place on your prices must also be reflected in the service and the way you deal with all guests. Because hospitality doesn't mean making differences - it means consistently living quality. An evening that has an impact - unfortunately in the wrong way.

Wir waren gestern spontan im 1879 Trappensee Restaurant und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Tolles Ambiente, sehr guter, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service und super leckeres Essen. Wir waren begeistert und kommen bald wieder.

We reserved a table in the alcove for a birthday party. When we got there, they said, "We have five people coming here now, there are plenty of tables left." There was no apology that reservations apparently aren't important, or anything like that. No reserved sign. At the other table, the waiter came with a menu and walked away without comment. No "what would you like to drink?" No "hello," nothing. Used to be great under the old owners, now it's just a flop.

Service was a total failure. We got the map ourselves after 20 minutes. First order was taken after over 30 minutes. The waiter didn't know anything about the types of beer. The Wiener Schnitzel came with ketchup, no sauce. On one plate there was still a “skid mark” from the cranberries that were not part of the meal. I certainly understand overwhelmed service, but when guests are shown to the table and a card is not handed out or drinks are taken at the same time. Too bad.

Spontaneously came here to eat in the beautiful weather. Nice atmosphere to be able to eat right by the lake. The food was also great. The truffle pasta was great, but I wouldn't order it again in combination with the carpaccio - the combination of hot pasta and cold carpaccio doesn't go well together in my opinion. Then it's better to order both separately. But the taste is 1a. The dessert on the seasonal menu was also a highlight, especially the pistachio ice cream.

Excellent cuisine and great service. Nice and tasteful atmosphere.
