I actually ordered a Too Good To Go today with a pickup time between 3-4 p.m. Unfortunately, I found myself standing in front of locked doors when I got to the store. Of course I was very disappointed because I was left without food and drove through the city unnecessarily. The question then arises as to whether it makes sense to set a Too Good To Go if you don't open until 4 p.m. She doesn't seem to be reachable by phone either. I think it's all really a shame!

More expensive than I remembered, but also a very tasty citizen and TOP fries. Some high tables, but still comfortable.

We have ordered from Burgerme several times and have always been very satisfied with the taste of the burgers! Unfortunately the delivery area was restricted some time ago. We regularly order with a larger group (order value over 100 euros) and wanted to ask customer service whether the food could still be delivered (within Neumünster, although not in the delivery area) due to the higher order total. The employee at the headquarters very rudely pointed out to us that she couldn't do anything about it, that she couldn't contact the store in Neumünster and that it was clear that we weren't being delivered. After this rude statement, the employee simply hung up. Although we have always been very satisfied with the food and service, we will probably look for another supplier.

Give your dirty driver some change, otherwise next time he'll go back completely without any money... The last 3 times it said there was no change of money…. Are they doing this to get extra tips or do you send your drivers off without any money? Both sad...

If you are looking for a tasty fast food burger this is the place very friendly staff, good food and good milkshakes, my go to place when my stomach starts to rumble!
