Had a very tasty experience, indoor and outdoor space available, preparation was quick and service was friendly. You order at the counter, payment by card is possible. The selection is large, and in addition to classic burgers (including vegetarian ones), various types of fries and finger foods are available as side dishes, as well as an extensive selection of dips. The portions were reasonable and the food was freshly prepared. With the Farmers Burger, the buns were fluffy, the patty was juicy and hearty and the bacon was crispy! Even the fried egg was perfectly soft-boiled.. For the fries, I would recommend the vegan aioli instead of the chili cheese sauce (it looks tastier than it actually is). Clear recommendation, gladly again!

I've actually always been very satisfied here, now I've pre-ordered via the burgerme app, 1.5 hours in advance and the food just doesn't come. After I called the first time, I was told it would be there in 2-3 minutes, the app said delivered now, I then called again and was apparently at the headquarters with someone very rude who told me to give people a little time?!? Then please work on your app so that it doesn't show it has been delivered when it hasn't been delivered and give people time, I think it's relatively rude if you pre-order. Addendum: Customer service actually contacted us directly, very friendly and no standard answer. They apologized and I received a voucher, so the service was given 5 stars.

I received an expired drink from October 19th, 2024 and when I asked, the employee called me and assumed that it wasn't right! It's outrageous to the point where it can't be done anymore. I will never order from you again.

No idea what was going on there, but it was closed when we arrived. Unfortunately I can't say much about it, the kids were disappointed and sad. We couldn't see any signs why it was closed and when it would reopen.
