The food was very good. Unfortunately, the wrong fries were brought with my order (no problem, it can happen). When I then asked for the correct ones, I had to pay the full price, or rather, I was overcharged because I was also charged for a burger. When I complained about this, the restaurant manager explained to me why the price was correct (which was simply wrong). In my opinion, it's unacceptable that, if the restaurant makes a mistake, you, as a customer, have to pay the full price for a portion and then overpay. It's also inconvenient that we weren't given (or even offered) any receipt to show where the problem with our order was. It's also a shame that when the cutlery is brought out for three people, they don't even bother to count to see if there are enough cutlery (there were only two place settings).

Super-delicious burgers, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Our dog got a separate bowl (and even drank from it, which is rare). We're thrilled!

Ordered through Uber Eats: definitely not recommended. Arrived cold and soggy. Two portions of fries – one of them half-raw. A disgrace for the price. Very poor value for money. The driver couldn't find the restaurant and drove to a parking garage and waited there. The order wasn't in a warming box because "there were so many to deliver that there weren't enough boxes." It might be okay for delivery, but not for delivery.

The staff at the restaurant are excellent and friendly. They are really great people. A close-knit and integrated team. I work in food delivery and whenever I come there, I am always welcomed with the warmest welcome. Their food is very wonderful and excellent. I highly recommend it. I wish you all the best.

I've never eaten at Want Beef before. Now, five of us spontaneously stopped in. The food still has room for improvement. The patties were undercooked here and there, which might say so in the description, but since when do they make burgers without lettuce? Well, for a total of €112, I didn't think the price-performance ratio was good. The staff was very nice, but the concept needs to be adjusted here as well. You order, pay, and the staff brings you the food. The ambiance is very appealing, but the service leaves something to be desired. Overall, it's "so-so," unfortunately.

We ordered online for delivery with some friends, and the burgers and fries were truly outstanding. The buns were good, the patties were cooked well, and there was plenty of sauce on the burgers. The fries were also cooked to perfection, and the salad was delicious. Considering the food was delivered, it was truly impressively delicious.

We visited Want Beef yesterday and were able to dine thanks to a B-My voucher, which saved us from financial disaster. Service and atmosphere: The service was first-class and very attentive. However, a major drawback was the poor ventilation inside, which forced us to sit outside. Fortunately, this was possible and made the meal more pleasant. Quality and value for money: The burgers were good quality and very tasty. However, the price is disproportionate to the service offered. The prices are far too high for what you get. For the same money, you could get a burger and an alcoholic cocktail at other burger restaurants with table service and a more relaxed atmosphere. Conclusion: The burgers were okay, but not outstanding enough to justify the high price. There are definitely better alternatives in terms of value for money.

I'd like to point out upfront that for the average consumer, the location could be fantastic, and perhaps it was just my specific case that caused such a poor result. I, however, had to wait almost 30 minutes for a dry double-patty hamburger with nothing else. I ended up getting one with sauce, which I had specifically canceled, and for such an establishment, two truly pitifully dry beef patties. I've honestly seen random grill stands with three times the volume at a fair that did a better job. Due to the long wait, I unfortunately didn't have time to improve my order in any way, as I had to be at an appointment less than 10 minutes later, so I gorged myself on the burger, which, as expected and therefore canceled, tasted absolutely horrible (I'm not a fan of sauces in general, but that doesn't mean it's necessarily bad), and not even the meat could save it, as it was absolutely dry and almost undetectable in its own flavor. Maybe everything else in the shop is fantastic, and I'm aware that my order is rather exceptional. But I specifically checked in advance whether that was possible, and especially for a shop with "beef" in its name, I didn't want the meat to be such a disappointment. Unfortunately, they won't be seeing me again.

A typically American-style burger joint. When we arrived, we were seated immediately. The service was very friendly, and there were plenty of free tables. The place was generally very clean, and the food came quickly. The milkshakes are really great; both the standard and the sweet potato fries were very good. Unfortunately, my cheeseburger was a bit spicy, which I couldn't quite understand. My companion's Farmer's Burger was probably better in that respect. All in all, a very nice and uncomplicated joint, and the price-performance ratio is decent.

I ordered a burger and a Coke for delivery. The burgers arrived cold, and the two Cokes were forgotten. Since the delivery person didn't speak German, a complaint wasn't possible. I couldn't reach anyone by phone either. Once, never again!

The location is perfect for a relaxing break... The burger is a dream—my son only wants to eat there now... The fries are a taste sensation. The homemade drinks leave us wanting more... We'd love to come back...

The food is very tasty, but when ordering online, requests like "no walnuts" are unfortunately ignored. Pretty thoughtless and dangerous for those with allergies! Hopefully, this won't happen again.

5 stars – Highly recommended! I went to Want Beef Koblenz with my brother after a long airsoft exercise – and what can I say: Everything was simply fantastic! The food was amazing, perfectly seasoned, fresh, and exactly what we needed after such a day. The drinks were spot on – ice-cold, delicious, and simply perfect. And the milkshakes? Absolutely amazing! We've rarely had such good ones. It really got us back on our feet. We'll definitely be back!

The meat, sorry, but that's not acceptable. Lots of fiber in the meat and lumps of fat in it. Never again.

We often go to Want Beef in Koblenz. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed last time. The portions were too small, there weren't enough fries on the plate, and the burger had very little sauce. The burger was very dry, and the meat was raw in the middle, and it didn't come to us hot. I don't understand why the food isn't always the same. Sometimes the food was very good. Unfortunately, the last time was very bad, so we wouldn't go back.

The food was good, but we had to wait a long time. When the food finally arrived, we were told we'd have to wait longer because they didn't have any forks. We ended up eating with our fingers. There were dirty dishes all over the tables, even though it wasn't busy. We couldn't even sit outside because it smelled strongly of sewers, and the air conditioning inside was so cold we now have colds.

We went there today just for the shakes and were sadly disappointed. They didn't match the pictures. The Oreo shake had literally just a tiny piece of an Oreo donut as a topping, and the Oreo Dream was missing the churros altogether. At least the Nutella shake came with the promised wafer. The shakes were also very thin in general.

We order from you very often and are generally very satisfied. Unfortunately, it has happened several times that the meat in the middle was completely raw - which is really unacceptable at this price level. We would be pleased if you could pay particular attention to this in the future.

Burgers are great and always made fresh. I go here regularly and can only recommend eating here. Another wish for improvement would be to include the sweet potato fries in the lunch menu, possibly with an additional charge of 1 or 2 euros. I think it's a shame that the lunch special only has normal fries. But otherwise great value for money, I can only recommend it.

Had a very tasty experience, indoor and outdoor space available, preparation was quick and service was friendly. You order at the counter, payment by card is possible. The selection is large, and in addition to classic burgers (including vegetarian ones), various types of fries and finger foods are available as side dishes, as well as an extensive selection of dips. The portions were reasonable and the food was freshly prepared. With the Farmers Burger, the buns were fluffy, the patty was juicy and hearty and the bacon was crispy! Even the fried egg was perfectly soft-boiled.. For the fries, I would recommend the vegan aioli instead of the chili cheese sauce (it looks tastier than it actually is). Clear recommendation, gladly again!

Only two small suggestions for improvement: At the beginning we weren't aware that we had to order the food at the counter, so we sat down straight away and waited. The location is great and you can sit outside. There are enough parking garages nearby.

Our first visit to Want Beef in the Löhr Center in Koblenz did not disappoint. Our attention was drawn to the voucher book and the chic interior design that we could see from the outside, so we went into the store on a Thursday afternoon. We each had a burger menu, one with the chicken or cheeseburger. We chose sour cream as a dip. Incredibly delicious fries! The burgers are quite solid, if nothing earth-shattering. Nevertheless, a detour is recommended! Just for the sake of the ambience. The service was friendly and the burgers arrived quickly at the table. We'll definitely be back!

Order via Lieferando. A delivery time of more than 2.5 hours is unacceptable. The food arrived cold and there was no accommodation from the store. 1x and never again...

We went to Want Beef Koblenz for dinner as a family of 5. Very nice and courteous service. The food and especially the fries were very tasty and the atmosphere is also very nice. We'll definitely come back.

We waited over 2.5 hours for delivery! When it arrived the fries weren't cooked through and were still cold. Unfortunately for me it was a total failure.

Excellent chili burger! I tried the Chilieese Burger at Want beef today and I loved it! The burger was a real taste experience: the chili was nice and spicy, but not too overwhelming, and went perfectly with the melted cheese. The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the brioche bread was super soft and fresh. The combination of the spicy chili, the tender cheese and the juicy patty was simply heavenly. I particularly liked that the chili was freshly prepared and not too mild - just the right amount of heat, which made the burger even more exciting. The fries that came with it were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The service was also great: fast, friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back to enjoy this delicious burger again!

Nowadays you have to be careful about bot reviews. Everything is freshly prepared, burgers are FRESHLY made by hand and taste very, very good. Delivery may take longer, but that is due 1. to the supplier ( Lieferando in most cases) and if not 2. because they have a lot to do because it also tastes great! Unprofessional service and dangerous conditions Our visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster and I cannot recommend it to anyone. During our stay, one of my children was electrocuted by a broken lamp in the seating area. This is not only unacceptable, but life-threatening. We reported this incident to staff, but the situation was handled completely unprofessionally and without any courtesy. Instead of caring about the safety of the guests, we were told, “This only happens when you play with the lamps.” A completely inappropriate statement! To make matters worse, our meal was canceled because the restaurant was unable to take orders due to a power outage. After this traumatic experience, we had to leave the restaurant hungry and in shock. No serious apology or redress has been offered, although we have contacted the operator - to date with no response. Service is at a shockingly low level and guest safety does not appear to be a priority here. If this post is deleted, I will share the story on Instagram and other platforms so that no one gets into this situation again. I can only strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.

The best burger I've eaten so far! The composition with the sauce is simply fantastic! (Cickenburger) The fries made from real potatoes also taste great! We've been to similar locations in different cities, but nowhere has it tasted as good as here! The staff are pretty nice too!

Hamburger patties are delicious. It is located on the street and has ample seating inside and outside. You order at the counter and when it's ready it comes to your table. If you want fries and salad with your burger, you have to order them separately.
