Very nice service and a great ambience! The food was okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, you notice how the quality suffers because the shop is very busy and the food is prepared too quickly. I also have to say that the price-performance ratio is not good at all. The prices for the burgers are okay, but 8 euros for a portion of sweet potato fries is way too much! Overall, on average you get around 25 euros for a burger, fries plus a drink and for this price (or even less) there are higher quality burger restaurants.

Today we spontaneously celebrated my daughter's birthday there and had the most courteous and delightful service ever. Thanks for that ❤

Das urig, gemütliche Buger-Restaurant „Hans im Glück“ liegt zentral in der Koblenzer Altstadt „Am Plan“, einem ehemaligen Markt- und Turnierplatz. Das Lokal befindet sich in einer Fußgängerzone und kann daher nicht direkt angefahren werden. Es ist zu Fuß nicht weit vom Schloss und umgebenden Parkhäusern entfernt. Der großzügige Außenbereich sowie der überwiegende Teil des Gastraums sind barrierefrei und für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität problemlos zugänglich. Die Sanitärräume sind nur über Treppen erreichbar. Es gibt eine große Anzahl an Burgern, die auch bei veganer und vegetarischer Ernährung kaum Wünsche offen lassen, zumal die zusätzlich angebotenen Extras eine Individualisierung der Burger zulassen. Daneben gibt es eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Salaten, Fritten und Nachspeisen. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die hausgemachten Durstlöscher ohne Zuckerzusatz, welche die übersichtliche Auswahl an Weinen, Bieren und Aperitifs wunderbar ergänzen; wer will, bekommt natürlich auch seinen Kaffee und andere Heißgetränke; auch Cocktails mit und ohne Alkohol sind im Programm! Die Gerichte werden auf Porzellangeschirr von aufmerksamem und freundlichem Personal serviert; nicht nachhaltige Wachspapier und Pappverpackungen, wie sie bei Teilen der Konkurrenz leider üblich sind, sucht man hier glücklicherweise vergebens! Die sehr schmackhaften Burger sind groß, mit knack-frischem Salat drapiert und haben die richtige Temperatur. Die Wartezeiten auf die Bestellung halten sich in Grenzen. Die „Hans im Glück“ Kette hat eine ansprechende und übersichtliche Web-Präsenz; die Speisekarte ist online und kann sogar nach individuellen Vorlieben, Abneigungen und Allergenen gefiltert werden, was gerade für Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten besonders hilfreich ist! Zu den einzelnen Gerichten sind sogar die Nährwerte online abrufbar! Eine Tisch-Reservierung vorab ist ebenfalls online möglich. Die Preisgestaltung bewegt sich im üblichen Rahmen. Man bekommt qualitativ gutes und schmackhaftes Essen ohne Verpackungsmüll in ansprechendem Ambiente von freundlichen Menschen relativ schnell serviert. Das Lokal, insbesondere die Tische und Sitzplätze sind sauber; gleiches gilt für die sanitären Anlagen. Neben Barzahlung ist auch Kartenzahlung möglich. The rustic, cozy Buger restaurant “Hans im Glück” is centrally located in Koblenz’s old town “Am Plan”, a former market and tournament square. The restaurant is located in a pedestrian zone and therefore cannot be reached directly. It is not far from the castle and surrounding car parks on foot. The spacious outdoor area and the majority of the dining room are barrier-free and easily accessible for people with limited mobility. The sanitary rooms can only be reached via stairs. There is a large number of burgers that leave little to be desired, even for vegan and vegetarian diets, especially since the extras offered allow the burgers to be individualized. There is also a wide selection of salads, fries and desserts. Particularly recommended are the homemade thirst quenchers without added sugar, which wonderfully complement the clear selection of wines, beers and aperitifs; If you want, you can of course also get your coffee and other hot drinks; Cocktails with and without alcohol are also in the program! The dishes are served on porcelain dishes by attentive and friendly staff; Fortunately, you won't find any unsustainable wax paper and cardboard packaging, which is unfortunately common in some of the competition! The very tasty burgers are large, draped with crisp, fresh lettuce and have the right temperature. Waiting times for orders are kept to a minimum. The “Hans im Glück” chain has an attractive and clear web presence; The menu is online and can even be filtered according to individual likes, dislikes and allergens, which is particularly helpful for people with intolerances! The nutritional values ​​for each dish are even available online! A table reservation in advance is also possible online. The pricing is within the usual range. You get good quality, tasty food without packaging waste in an attractive atmosphere served relatively quickly by friendly people. The restaurant, especially the tables and seats, are clean; the same applies to the sanitary facilities. In addition to cash payments, card payments are also possible. So if you want to eat burgers in a different way, you've come to the right place!

The ketchup, majonese and mustard sit outside on the table all day long, the sun shines on it, it's not healthy for the people who eat there. I will never eat there and I know everyone.

Very tasty burgers and a good selection that doesn't overwhelm you. The vegetarian options are also very successful. Nice atmosphere and service, and the waiting times are also completely okay. There were some delays in delivery, but that was sorted out quickly and nicely. All in all very satisfied.

We were lucky to go to Hans after the Christmas market and didn't have a reservation. But we were able to take a seat outside. Every place was well equipped with a radiant heater. Service was super attentive, friendly and quick. Food was really tasty and so were the cocktails.

First the positive: The food and service were top and I will come back if necessary!!! Now something that bothers and annoys me: Unfortunately, people who choose to follow a meat-free diet, which is perfectly fine, are treated especially! My partner has celiac disease and is not allowed to eat any products that contain gluten. When I read in the memory card that there are vegan rolls, my head swells and of all places in a burger restaurant where there has to be gluten-free rolls at least sometimes! It would be nice to see more attention to intolerances and people who didn't choose to be sick.

We have been to Hans im Glück in Koblenz several times. Everything went great. Today we ordered via Uber Eats and there were delays from UberEats. We were informed about this directly by Hans im Glück. The branch manager apologized for this even though it was not his fault. The food came about 45 minutes later than originally expected. The food arrived warm and we enjoyed it very much. Hans im Glück added a little extra for us for the late delivery. Thank you very much for this and a big thank you to branch manager Christopher. We will happily visit this restaurant again. 👍👍👍

I was here at Christmas time and ate the Wild West with fries. Food was a 10 out of 10, you can even choose the type of roll yourself. I really like the atmosphere and the service was friendly and on the ball. Food came quickly and was perfect, I would love to come back.

The burger selection is great, there are even 6-10 vegetarian and vegan burgers to choose from. You can choose different burger buns and side dishes and put together your own individual burger and individual menu. Really great. We had a lovely evening.

Das Essen war ok, der Burger aber sehr flach und anders, als wir das kennen. Cocktail mit sehr, sehr viel Eis…hat man auch nicht so oft. Fazit: Ein 2. Mal müssen wir nicht hierher.

Die Sitzplätze im Außenbereich sind wirklich schön, für einen Sommerabend ideal. Das Essen wird auch recht schnell serviert, leider waren die Burger sehr lieblos zusammengeklatscht, geschmacklich ok aber kein Hit. Insgesamt stimmt meiner Meinung nach das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz.

The menu is manageable and ordering was relatively quick. Even before the drinks, the food arrived after just 10 minutes. A burger with fries+cocktail. Tastes good, but not out of space. The ginger cocktail is more of a medicine for a sore throat, needed a beer to rinse it off. Personally, I wouldn't order a menu anymore, I would rather order 2 burgers (more bread than meat) and a fries. Conclusion: you can do it, quickly, friendly, tasty, cozy, not for every day. For 2 menu with cocktail + beer ~55€

Great outside dining. Burgers as always very tasty. Still lemonade with blackberries and rosemary was too sweet for me personally. Got a really nice certificate gift for my daughter.

We would like to come again. As always, the food was really delicious and the service was also impeccable. We are happy that there is also a large selection of vegan food and it is really well prepared, our children didn't notice that they were vegan chicken nuggets. Thank you for your very nice kind of service, some people should learn a lesson from it.

Burgers at Hans im Glück are solid - you can feel a touch of system catering, especially in the waiting times. We were the first two guests at lunchtime and had drinks and food within a few minutes - which doesn't detract from the experience. The ingredients are still fresh, the drinks are creative and the menu is varied. The salads and bowls in particular are well made and very wholesome. The service, i.e. the individual service staff, was very friendly and attentive.
