We had a delicious meal. We chose the hamburger menu and it was delicious. It was well-seasoned, and the iced tea was huge and delicious. The service was also excellent. Highly recommended if you're in Koblenz.

Super friendly service and extremely delicious food. Fair value for money. Highly recommend both vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as animal-based options. Even the fries look and taste very good. The thirst quenchers are obviously freshly prepared – and come with melon, lime, or orange slices. It's definitely worth choosing a set menu here.

The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine, the service is good and friendly, and the ambiance is debatable. A highly recommended restaurant.

It was a very nice evening, and everything was excellent. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the expensive portion of fries with garlic; for 7.50, I expect more than a small bowl that looks like just a side dish.

A large selection of burgers, etc., and I'm especially happy that I can also get vegan options here. Unfortunately, my Lillet wasn't served very nicely; it looked more like a soda because of the glass. A woman of Asian descent who brought us our drinks was unfortunately extremely unfriendly. She left the drinks at the table and passed them around instead of placing them neatly at everyone's seats. Fortunately, the woman who served the food was very nice.

This is a perfect example of how fast service should be. Perfect serving. Great menu. Food really good. Loved it here. The loaded chilli fries are amazing. The burgers come with different buns so its always your style and taste.

The patties were paper-thin and therefore very dry. The brioche bun wasn't steamed or anything, it was warm and dry. This was my first and last time at Hans im Glück, a chain that advertises itself as exceptionally high quality and fails to deliver. The staff is nice, but this blanket, informal address is a terrible trend that I don't like at all. No matter what kind of restaurant I'm in, I want to be treated with at least a modicum of respect.

Unfortunately, my burger only tasted of truffle mayo (in keeping with the spirit of the times) and was cold. The fries were quite hard, and neither of us liked the Virgin Stormy. It's actually my favorite drink (at least the alcoholic one). The dessert wasn't very impressive either, as I had to wait a long time and got a warmed-up brownie instead of a cake. The atmosphere was nice, but the bench was dirty and the floor was sticky. It was also loud. The only positive point was that the staff were really friendly and accommodating to all my requests. Many people recommended this place to me, but I wasn't convinced. For me, it's not worth another visit.

Overall, it's okay, but in my opinion, you can get much better food in Koblenz for the same price. I probably won't go back again.

I picked up an order from you today at 9:40 p.m. and there was an employee outside. I asked if you work here and he told me no. Then the employee just goes inside. I went in and told the other employee I have an order to pick up. He said, okay, you can just wait there, but I asked the first employee what I asked him. The chicken burger at Hans im Glück is a true delight! Succulent chicken fillet, perfectly seasoned and grilled. 🍔 As for cocktails, the Big Red Apple is an absolute hit! The fruity blend of apricot brandy, Jack Daniel's Fire, cinnamon, lemon, sugar, soda, and cranberries offers a refreshing and exciting complement to the chicken burger. 🍹 Overall, super delicious food 🌟

The food at Hans I'm Gluck is always delicious. The staff, however, isn't as friendly or fast.

If you want to eat good burgers 🍔, this Hans im Glück branch is a good place. The burgers 🍔 were great, the fries 🍟 were perfect, and the sauces (especially the orange mustard sauce) were perfect. The homemade lemonades are also not to be sniffed at. The service staff are very friendly and accommodating. The interior is very attractive and cozy. The price is a bit higher, but the quality is good.

We're very familiar with the chain, so we know we can't go wrong by stopping by. The atmosphere is pleasant, and in our case, the young lady who served us at our table deserves special mention. She was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and helpful. You feel truly welcome as a guest. The food was excellent, as expected, and vegetarians and vegans also get their money's worth. For the price, it's not worth it if you want a decent burger. Very friendly and attentive staff, great atmosphere, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. We spent €50 for two burgers and a drink. The burger was dry and the sauce was missing. I also ordered without tomato, but unfortunately, it was on the tomato. I think that's a matter of taste, though. If the food were improved, I would come more often; it's worth it for the good atmosphere.

There's plenty of seating outside, but the inside is very cramped and noisy. Seating is assigned during busy times. Perhaps make a reservation in the evening. The staff is hard-working and friendly.

One small criticism, however, concerns the cocktails: They could use more sparingly with the crushed ice. It's understandable that profit margins play a role in drinks, but when the glass is largely filled with ice, the taste suffers. After just a few minutes, the cocktail becomes significantly watered down and loses a significant amount of quality. Nevertheless, it was an all-round successful evening, and we would gladly return. A visit is worthwhile—especially for those who appreciate good food in a modern atmosphere.

There was an unpleasant odor in the air outside, which significantly spoiled our appetite. The burger bun seemed old, the meat was dry, and the fries were unfortunately cold. Overall, it wasn't a convincing taste experience.

That was really disappointing! The food, the bun was the cheapest ever, had no firmness whatsoever and was soggy and crumbly at the same time. The chicken in the burger was very good, though. The place was incredibly dirty; you sit on a dirty wooden box, and the worst thing were the felt table mats. I didn't even put my hands on the table because of everything that was in there! Dirty menus and everything! Really not recommended. Not at all, not one bit! The young waiter was great, though, and gave me a second espresso as compensation. Oh well.

I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys burgers. The selection is excellent and the ingredients are fresh. They also have a great selection of drinks. The prices aren't cheap, but they're certainly reasonable. The upper terrace in front of the restaurant gets a bit crowded, and with a lot of people, expect a wait of about 20 minutes, but that's not a problem. The staff was friendly and quickly corrected a mistake in the order.

Highly recommended. We reserved a table through the online reservation system. Everything was ready. The service was attentive and quick. The burgers were delicious, as usual. The fries and sauces were equally delicious. The delicious homemade lemonades are also a highlight. Everything was available as a set menu, and with starter and dessert, we stayed under €100 for four people.

We waited 10 minutes and weren't even asked for drinks. Then we got up and went somewhere else. It was empty and nothing was going on.

Field report from July 6, 2025: We placed an order via Lieferando on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at 12:13 PM (main courses with side dishes for 3 people, order value of approximately €90.00). The order was accepted by the store within approximately 5 minutes. After the delivery date was repeatedly postponed for over an hour (after an hour of waiting, a delivery time of another 70 minutes was still stated), we contacted Lieferando's customer support. After another 15 minutes of waiting with Lieferando, the delivery was canceled at our request, and the food was to be prepared for pickup. When we picked up the food at the store, the staff stated that there was no order. The order number was also of no use. Direct contact with Lieferando was refused by the staff. Instead, they offered to place the order again on-site and pay again. Since we're not prepared to pay a second time, even when we supposedly never had an order in the store, we've abandoned our attempt to eat here at this point. Never again. Thank you very much...

I always enjoy Hans im Glück restaurants; the food was, as always, delicious and plentiful. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it's a bit expensive these days... so only on rare occasions... However, the waitress didn't give me change without asking. She simply pocketed the money, even though another colleague had served us and she only came to collect the bill. She left so quickly that I didn't have time to react. I was pretty annoyed afterwards. Maybe it was a misunderstanding... but it wasn't a pleasant experience!

The food is really, really delicious for the price. I highly recommend Hans im Glück. It's perfect for anyone who likes burgers, salads, and fries.

The two of us ate there on June 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., where we got a nice seat on the left. The waitress was very friendly and very nice. The food was delicious, and the price was fair.

Overall, it's okay. They often have special offers (like gyro burgers). Cocktails and burgers are OK. The beer table set with the benches bolted down makes sitting for long periods of time really uncomfortable.

We're visiting Koblenz and went there for dinner this evening with four small children. I can only say one thing: I'm absolutely thrilled! The service was so friendly, personable, and welcoming. They take their time and cater to your requests! It's simply a family-like experience. I don't even need to start with the food; it was fresh and so delicious - lots of choice, and I can only recommend the cauliflower wings. I used to love this place due to their burgers, sweet potato fries, overall menu and service. I don’t know what happened in the last year, but the quality of the burger, the brioche and the fries are simply not in the level like before. The worse sweet potatoes I have eaten in long time, they were semi burnt, not crunchy and not well made. Perhaps the quality of the fries were just too cheap. Similar case with the brioche, it was like still frozen, and the chicken burger was smelling weird. Indeed not what u expected from Hans and Gluck. 😭😭 I would say… they really went down with the quality and keep the price.

The Koblenz branch has a particularly large outdoor area for a Hans im Glück restaurant, so you're likely to always find a free seat. This is my second time here, and I've really enjoyed it again. Both times, the staff were very friendly and helpful during the ordering process. The food was delivered relatively quickly and, as always, was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the thirst-quenching drinks this time. The only minor drawback was the lack of soap in the restroom. For our group, which this time consisted of a vegan, a vegetarian, and an omnivore, this was exactly the right place.

Very disappointing! I went to Hans im Glück in Koblenz and had a burger with avocado cream. The meat definitely tasted like frozen meat – rubbery, lacking in freshness. The bread also seemed more like frozen, and the avocado cream was more of a ready-made, not fresh, mess. Overall, it's overpriced for what you get – even McDonald's tastes better. Unfortunately, it wasn't enjoyable and I absolutely don't recommend it.

The two of us quickly found a table outside on a Friday evening in good weather. If you're planning on having more people, I'd recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends. The food was delicious and the table always arrives relatively quickly. The staff has always been very friendly. It's a bit annoying that the menu changes regularly, and not every salad can be converted into a bowl for no extra charge. Overall, though, it's a great place, even if you're just having lunch or need a quick snack.

We used the delivery service. The food (in cardboard boxes) was only delivered in a paper bag and was therefore only lukewarm when it arrived - even though the journey was short! In total we ordered for almost 60€ for 3 people (3 burgers, 1 fries). The cheese and additional paid extra cheese on one of the three burgers was completely missing. All three of us weren't full at all and had to order a pizza from somewhere else. Conclusion: far too expensive and definitely too few/too small portions. Too bad about the money. We are disappointed and will not order from here again in the future. I only give the second star for fresh lettuce and a slice of fresh tomato on each burger.

The food and service were great. What was particularly great for us was that we were allowed to go into the restaurant with our dog. We were even provided with a quiet corner so that it was more pleasant for our dog. Finally we were even provided with a bowl of water. Thank you thank you!

I have visited Hans im Glück several times and each time I notice that the noise level in the restaurant is very high. Especially in the evenings (between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.) the volume is so intense that normal conversation is hardly possible. You have to raise your voice significantly to communicate with your companions, which makes the dining experience less pleasant. The ambience is modern and stylish, but, as is often the case in the area, quite narrow. The benches are only minimally padded and offer little comfort. This could be particularly problematic for people who are sensitive to close contact with other guests, as the seating is so close together that you sit almost back to back. Although the seating areas are separated from each other by decorative birch trunks, this offers little actual distance or additional privacy. The service was quick and attentive. The food was served quickly and warm. This time I decided on a vegan chicken alternative. Unfortunately, the patty was not convincing in terms of taste, as it hardly has any character of its own and tastes almost identical to the “Crispy Chicken” from Rewe. It was okay, but nothing special. On a positive note, the sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked, neither too soft nor too dry. However, I find it disadvantageous that a large portion only contains one dip, as this is not enough in quantity. However, the sauces themselves had a convincing taste and were well balanced. Overall the restaurant was clean and tidy.
