Cowboys Burger Saloon in Koblenz

We were there at lunchtime and received very friendly service. Despite our complicated (toddler-friendly) order, everything came as ordered and very quickly. The Smash Burger was delicious and the fries were nice and crispy. The ambiance could be a bit more creative, but that's a matter of taste.

The burger was cold, the arrangement on the plate was unfortunately very imperfect, the coleslaw was unfortunately the same as the one that is also available in the net, and the order was taken very late and incorrectly, so the wrong thing was brought. The chair connected and we waited for over three quarters of an hour until we were allowed to order.

So, we went to this restaurant – it was so moderately full. The first thing that strikes me: The store is supposed to have a cowboy vibe, but what's going on? SIA – Chandelier at full volume. It just doesn't fit. So we stood in line and wanted to know if there were still tables available. And then I see two people get up and get the menu themselves - a bit strange when you consider that there are two waiters running around in a shop with maybe 15 tables. The waitress then just stared at the guy who got the card for three minutes. I don't know if she's having trouble concentrating or what, but we were standing there waiting and she was completely gone. Then I asked the other waitress if there were any tables left and she was like, “No, sorry, we’re full.” I then ask her if I can come back in half an hour and make a reservation, and she's like, "No, we don't make reservations for two people." I was out of it - good service is more important to me than great food.

Unfortunately, unfortunately We love going to Cowboys Ordered and picked up again yesterday It was a disaster!!!!! The burgers are packed unprotected in paper and carelessly "thrown" into the bag...the fries in a box behind. fries with chili con carne in an outer packaging (which would actually be ideal for the burgers) were placed sideways in the bag.... We got everything squeezed and mixed up out of the bag It was disgusting, sorry. We have asked exactly THAT several times in the store to change or pay attention to it. It was noticed however Nothing will happen except blah blah blah, so let's talk about this... maybe something will change now The burgers are great in the store. A disaster to take away or order

The shop has little American saloon character. The burger is good, but nothing more. The fries are far from crispy. But the service is good.

As you can imagine from the name, hearty and large burgers await you here, but I was surprised by the really delicious side dishes and such fast service that I was already ready to pay after 30 minutes. With the cheap prices, this will be my go-to place for burgers next time I visit Koblenz.

Uppsala the cowboys and cowgirls were probably celebrating there. The service was somewhat reserved, but the quality of the preparation was better. I hope everyone will be at the rodeo with my next order and not just looking at the campfire.

The food here is always delicious and worth your price. But the service, especially the red-haired woman with glasses, is super unfriendly and cheeky. First we were moved next to the toilet stairs, after we waited at the table for 10 minutes and then the drinks were slammed on the table without a thank you. When there was a small change in the fries, there was an extremely bitchy reaction and complaining. So all in all, the food is delicious but the service is very unfriendly

We've eaten here three times now and the food is really great. However, the waitress with glasses and red hair is a disaster, I haven't experienced anything so unfriendly and disrespectful in a long time. First we have to wait forever for her to even notice us, then we are put in our reserved seat, something to eat is taken (I made a promise and ordered normal fries instead of sweet potatoes and asked if that could be changed again), then I'm suddenly asked in a whim if I couldn't think about something like that beforehand and not say it straight away and then she starts to move us to another table because she remembered that this table would better suit the size of our group. So if you don't have friendliness you shouldn't work as a waitress in a restaurant like this! And this isn't the first time this woman has been so rude. I would think about whether it would be right for me.

Delicious burgers at fair prices.

The restaurant made a decent impression, but the menu only came after a wait of about half an hour, well after another half hour of waiting we just left because somehow no one in this shop feels obligated to serve the customers.

Visited the Cowboys Burger Saloon again after a long time. Unfortunately, the restaurant has developed negatively overall. The pungent smell of the deep fryer was particularly annoying. The ventilation system may be defective, as nothing of the sort has been noticed during our previous stays. But now it was so bad that when you left the restaurant you felt like you had been standing at the deep fryer all day. The service staff was friendly and took the order quickly - however, requests for changes were apparently not noted or only insufficiently noted because the dish was not served as ordered. The burgers themselves were okay, but nothing more - a shame!

Wonderful food 💫💫💫 A+!! All the burgers are super tasty, the ones we ordered were huge, and we had been looking for something like this here in Europe for a long time! Something big, tasty and worth the price! The fries are the best I have ever had. The service from the staff is perfect! Even though some of the staff didn't speak English, they were super polite and one of the cooks who spoke English came to serve us, super kind! Simply our best meal in town! If we visit this city again, we will definitely go back to Cowboys Burger!

We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken and another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Due to this delay we missed a follow-up appointment. The meat was raw and not edible. Unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations

Burgers ok. The rest...Oh well. We were greeted with the menu handed to us and assured that we would be there shortly to take our order. We sat down at a table where the previous bottles were still there. And then we had to wait…even though the restaurant was only 1/2-3/4 full. After waiting for half an eternity and other guests who had arrived after us had already been served, we were finally able to place our order. We didn't have any special requests, but the ordering process obviously pushed the waiter to the limit of his cognitive abilities. And then it was time to wait again…..wait forever…..drinks didn’t come. After half an eternity after we thought again about whether we should just get up and leave, the food came. When asked about the drinks (one of which was wrong). Food was ok, but nothing special. Nobody asked for more drinks. When we paid, despite the sign saying that payments can only be made by card, the card reader didn't work and we paid in cash. Ambiance is so-so. Everything is quite cramped and a bit dingy. The pictures on Google are definitely much more flattering than reality. Probably the first and last visit for us.

It gets crowded on a Saturday and so the ambience might not be that great. If you're just getting to the peak, then the waiting times are appropriate. If you get the hang of it, it's a great choice. The burgers are excellent and of good quality. We were also very satisfied with the price-performance ratio.

The restaurant is quite small and not really comfortable for my standards. But the food is very good. We had a Bud Spencer burger with fries and a chicken burger with fries, both with sauce and a very tasty peach iced tea. In total we didn't pay €38. Price performance unbeatable because the food was really very good.

As an American visiting Germany we were surprised to see this place. It was late on a Sunday night and not much was open. Last thing we wanted was American burger! Especially only being in Europe for 3 days. Much to our surprise it was awesome. Everything was great

The Burger is tasty but the service was very unfriendly and unrespect. The price for Chuck Norris in the menu was 10,50 but in the bill was 16,80e. And even did not discount for the menu oder. I tried to ask the staff for the explanation only for the price but they ask me have to wait till the people getting all order. The restaurant was my favourite place to go but from now not anymore

We were looking forward to delicious burgers after a long bike tour and apparently we found what we were looking for. However, after barely two minutes of sitting, the menus were thrown onto the table in a completely careless manner, and when we ordered our food we were complained about and made it clear to us that we had too many questions and special requests. The only question we were asked was well done or medium rare. Unfortunately, a completely pointless question as the burgers arrived absolutely fried. Delicious in itself but we felt a bit like we were in Karen's Diner. Unfortunately only 1/5 stars for the super unfriendly service. There would be more in it...

For the third time on the Internet it said "Pickup available in 20 minutes" and then, after you had finally chosen everything and paid, you received a pickup confirmation of at least 60 minutes. Fool! Burgers taste good Edit: now the burger of the month is really bad and without variety. 6 months in a row with mushrooms or sucuk or both together. The service also got worse in other ways. The contact remained friendly, but there was gossip in the background. Even during a call, outrageous comments could be heard in the background. Overall, I haven't been going here for a long time.

Thank you very much for this beautiful burger yesterday, my toilet was blown up by your damn burger and thanks to the raw meat I have salmonella poisoning. Not recommended if you don't want diarrhea.

We generally enjoy being here. But on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. during the summer holidays, business seems to be a bit slow. Few guests for the time between lunch and dinner is always a financial limit. Do you keep the restaurant open or close until 5 p.m.? We are happy about the continuous kitchen. But today we have to complain a bit. The cowboy fries were not freshly prepared. They were tough and wrinkled and completely over salted. The beef patties were good, but unfortunately completely over salted. The honey mustard dressing on the good, fresh small side salad was too much and too intense. Sharp acid and also too much salt. If it is a ready-made sauce, I would be happy to dose it myself in the future. Conclusion: Good and friendly service with good food under the awning on Casinostrasse. Please always prepare fries fresh, we are happy to wait 10 minutes longer. And too much salt destroys everything. It is better to offer dressing and spices for dosing and seasoning. At €35 for two people it's a bit annoying. Best wishes

Cleanliness is a top priority in the store. Tables and chairs are sticky. The stairs to the toilet are covered with a layer of grease. The tiles have never seen detergent. Even the menu is sticky. I would prefer not to give a point. The friendliness of the staff is a given. They immediately put together two tables for us.

Super tasty burger in a cozy atmosphere. We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner and received a suitable recommendation when choosing the dips. The food came in less than 10 minutes.

Right next to the forum. It was well attended but we were served straight away. Staff was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long to eat either. Burgers were very tasty! Fries were also good. Very. Highly recommended if you like burgers.

People there are really nice, their food was just super delicious. I would prefer it. Although if you are a tourist it'll probably be harder to oder.

Four of us ate there during our lunch break. The food was excellent, unfortunately there was only one employee in the store. So the order was taken late and we couldn't order any drinks in between. Then we waited forever for the bill, only to be told we had to pay inside. A really cool shop with delicious food, but saving on staff is a no-go for me and you have to be able to afford a 1.2 hour lunch break.

I recently visited the Cowboys Citizen Saloon and was deeply disappointed. First of all, the drinks were served without glasses - who wants to drink from a bottle in what is supposed to be a saloon? Added to this is the extremely unfriendly staff who obviously don't enjoy their job. And if that wasn't enough, they didn't have any Hefeweizen on offer. This is simply unacceptable for a place like this. All in all, the visit was an absolute failure. Not recommendable!

Became too expensive! Not worth it.

I used to eat there more often and was always quite satisfied. Now I've been back for the first time in a while and I'm honestly disappointed. The order (to take away, but ordered on site) was very bumpy. My portion of chili cheese fries was small, as was my friend's burger. And unfortunately the taste of the dishes was far below expectations. Not really "bad", but not tasty either. For the price I would have expected more either in terms of quantity or quality (ideally both).

Burgers really tasty. Please delete the explanation for the online surcharge. I somehow don't feel comfortable when you tell me in the first sentence that you save thousands of euros and time with the service and then in the second sentence you say that you have to pay extra money for the service.

The service was great and friendly. My husband got the Duke and it was amazing. I ordered a regular cheeseburger. It was kind of dry but that is probably my fault because I asked for it to be cooked well done. The sweet potato fries were very good and the cowboy sauce was fantastic.

Food was very tasty, small but nice shop. We were served nicely and would love to come back.

I would even give only half a star for the service. The service is asleep, seems very listless and doesn't respond. Not being served 20 minutes after entering the store is too long for me personally. That was now the second time after the course that customers who came in after me were served beforehand, which is disrespectful. The young gentleman (the new waitress) should complete further training because customers can't be expected to do that.

Good solid burger shop. The homemade burgers tasted very good. The Cowboy Fries are also very good because of their thickness and taste great like potatoes. The ambience and service, as well as the menu, can be improved. But I recommend trying it out for yourself.

Unfortunately I have to rate the business poorly. I enjoyed eating there regularly when it was still one of the best burger restaurants in Koblenz. I intentionally use the past tense here, as it no longer even serves the simple standard. In recent months this business has degenerated into a snack bar, although the standards in the snack bar are probably higher. Since January of this year I have eaten in the restaurant six times and in six orders the meat was still raw, even though the order was clearly finished. Once when I ordered medium I got an almost raw meatball on my plate, it was raw from the outside even to me. The first two times I didn't think anything of it, it can happen, I received a few compensations and an apology from the friendly service. Unfortunately not in the last four times. Which was the last straw was today's service. Once again ordered a standard of the house and again the meatball was raw. Although I like eating meat, I find raw meat a bit disgusting. When I told the waitress this she just stared at me with her expressionless and confused eyes. Apparently raw meat is often distorted here because the waitress didn't know what to say or how to react. No apology, no compensation, nothing. I've simply lost my appetite. The most audacious thing was that I was charged for the entire menu, a whopping 23.80 euros for a meal that I couldn't eat all of and that was also raw. You shouldn't forget that you are paying for a service that was clearly not provided here, yet again, but you still have to pay the full price for it. It doesn't make sense to me. What's more, the houseflies were buzzing through the dining room. I really enjoyed going here. This was my last visit there today. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone in good conscience. There are plenty of other alternatives in Koblenz. If someone ends up in Koblenz, then avoid Cowboys Koblenz, it's overpriced and the burgers aren't what they used to be. Go to another restaurant if you don't want to be disappointed.

Extremely juicy and tasty burger. The chicken bacon is a matter of taste. Not my alternative. Ordered online to be picked up from the hotel room next door. Sweet potato fries were also very good and crunchy.
