Cowboys Burger Saloon in Koblenz

It was very loud, and we had to wait a long time for our order. But that's understandable—the restaurant was full, a fairly popular spot. The servers were friendly but very busy. I didn't particularly like the burger, but my friend really enjoyed it. The fries, on the other hand, were truly excellent.

We ordered takeout and asked how long it would take – we were told 20 minutes. The place was only half full, but we ended up having to wait 40 minutes. That's disappointing. For the food: Ordered a burger medium, but it was cooked well. It tasted okay, but it could have been a lot better. The fries were only lukewarm, and the coleslaw was swimming in liquid. Unfortunately, overall, not worth recommending.

We ended up here through the voucher book; friendly service, good food. Unfortunately, my burger wasn't cooked all the way through, despite the warning.

These were the best burgers and fries I’ve eaten in Germany! If you’re in the area, it’s worth visiting. The music is a bit loud, but there’s seating outside if that bothers you.

By far the best burger shop in Koblenz for years!

The food was very tasty; I ate there with a few friends. It was great. The quality and price are also reasonable. Compared to other, let's say, fast-food chains, this kind of burger place is a better alternative. You know that everything is top-notch. High-quality ingredients are used and processed. The service was super friendly and very attentive. The food took a little longer, but the wait was worth it. The atmosphere was quite nice and pleasant, so I would definitely recommend it.

Solid, good burger. The kids' burger with fries is almost as filling as a regular burger. The veggie meatball as an alternative definitely scores points. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant itself was unfortunately a bit too loud and hectic.

We were regular customers but today we found a maggot in our burger.

At first, we were greeted very rudely. The food was okay, but we specifically pointed out that we wanted our burgers cooked all the way through. As you can see from the photo, this wasn't the case. The ambiance is nice, but some painting would improve it even more, as the walls are already quite scuffed.

The smashed burger was very tasty - the Lucky Luke was quite dry. The restaurant feels very comfortable. However, the restrooms are quite old, and the women's restroom smelled very bad.

85-minute wait for two cold burgers We were back at Cowboy's last night (03/05/25) after years because, in our memory, they make some really great burgers. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case last night. We were greeted rather frostily by the employee; a dismissive, passive-aggressive attitude that would continue throughout the evening. A certain amount of waiting is part of the experience, but I don't accept a wait of 85 minutes for two burgers (it's not a made-up number; it was measured). Neither the size of the restaurant nor the rush that evening justifies a wait of this magnitude. When I asked one of her colleagues if it had been 60 minutes, the employee mentioned above snapped back: "Yeah, the others have to wait too..." In my opinion, something must be fundamentally wrong with the process if a customer of a burger joint has to wait that long for their food. After 85 minutes, the burgers arrived and were passively aggressively thrown onto the table because we couldn't tell who had which burger within a few moments. Could it have been because of the almost 90-minute wait? To no one's surprise, the burgers arrived not hot, not lukewarm, but completely cold. The lack of temperature, coupled with a completely soggy bun, only leads to one conclusion: the burger had been sitting for a while before it made its way to our table. All in all, it's a shame to have had this experience, as we were used to a different level of service and quality. Anyone who's read this far will realize: This burger place apparently can't even accept constructive criticism. Instead of deleting honest reviews, they should work on their service. I was back today after a long time. The service is so unfriendly. Practically nonexistent. No hello. You stand at the counter and get ghosted. After 10 minutes, I asked if I could get a table. The "server" mumbled something and moved on. Taking the order at the table took another 30 minutes. Please change the concept, like it is in Bonn. Order at the counter, pay immediately, and you'll be called when the food is ready. Save yourself this terrible service. Save the customers' nerves.

One star is too many!!! We are absolutely appalled and furious about this unbearable €63 order. The food was scattered all over the place in the bag, the coleslaw was inedible because the lid was broken, our fries were ice cold, and the sauce was sticking everywhere. When we called the restaurant, we were rudely and condescendingly fobbed off without any apology or willingness to resolve the issue. This is an absolute disgrace and a disrespectful, outrageous experience that has deeply disappointed us. We have never experienced anything like this before and will definitely never order from there again. Absolutely not recommended!

When I'm in the city near the Forum, it's always a good place for burgers that fill you up. Prices are reasonable and the lunch menu is also available until 2 p.m. for €10. The new burger “The Duke” and the big “Bud Spencer” are super good.

I've been there several times and have always been satisfied. The burger selection is good, and the meat is always cooked to my liking. The only thing that could be improved is the extractor fan. 😉 Definitely recommended.

The food was very tasty. However, the chicken wings would have benefited from a tray for the bones and perhaps a cleaning cloth.

I went to this store for the poutine fries. When my companion already had their food on the table, I was told they'd run out of gravy for the fries. Which I'd prefer instead. For better or worse, I had to get something else. When my halloumi burger arrived, it was completely cold. Not cold from the fridge, but refrigerator cold—all the ingredients, including the bun, were cold and hard. I NEVER send food back, but this one was uneatable. They remade it (my companion had finished eating by then; my food arrived later than his anyway). This burger was edible, but again, the halloumi was cold. Apparently, they only leave it on the grill for a few seconds, which is why it's only warmed on the outside but not heated through. Too bad. I ate it anyway. We explained everything. The employee was friendly. As compensation, we got two homemade desserts on the house. It was amazing! Still, I probably wouldn't come back. Because here again: Unfortunately, everything is simply too expensive for so much inconvenience.

We went with a group of eight colleagues to eat burgers, but when I saw them, I decided to go for a salad. Honestly, it's nothing special. But seeing my colleagues' faces, they told me there's nothing wrong with the burger. So it wasn't a pleasant meal. They didn't even provide cutlery. We agreed not to return.

Chili fries were nasty, never tasted chili like that. Need to get a better understanding of what good chili tastes like. Sweet potato fries was the only thing decent.
