Absolutely bad and unfriendly. We order with the information that the delivery time is 50 minutes, but after 2 hours there is still no food. No insight on the phone. Thanks for nothing.

We have ordered different things very often because we live nearby. In my opinion the delivery was here between 20-30 minutes. Nice drivers... delivery always hot. Salad nicely presented, dressing separately. Pizza and pizza rolls very tasty. Tried burgers for the first time yesterday and we weren't disappointed. Noodles were also good, only the spices were missing. Overall we are very satisfied.

The opening hours don't match those listed online or in the store. I wanted to pick up my ordered food, but no one was in the store; it was closed!

Food Brother at Kleine Beurhausstrasse 20 in Dortmund offers a selection of freshly prepared burgers that impress with their quality and taste. Particularly noteworthy is the “Supreme” burger, which offers a real taste experience with a juicy patty, fresh ingredients and a special sauce. The sweet potato fries are a recommended side dish and round off the menu perfectly.

The burger was simply a 12 out of 10. Juicy meat, fresh ingredients and a bun that held everything together. Highly recommended.

The ambience of this Hans im Glück is also very nice. However, I found it a bit cold, which didn't exactly encourage me to have a drink after dinner. We had previously chosen another seat because the temperature was more pleasant, but unfortunately it was in a cordoned off area, which we had no way of knowing because it was neither marked nor were we greeted. After 15 minutes, after we had almost finished our order via the QR code, we were then asked to move. Another 10 minutes later our order was taken. The iced tea and lemonade were great. The burger was also very tasty, but the fries and sweet potato fries were wobbly and too cold the first time and when we got them back after returning them to the kitchen, they were almost unsalted. There was no pepper or salt at the table and the service only appeared again when we asked to collect at the table. Failed on average for us. It wasn't full, there were enough staff there, but they weren't trained or didn't feel like it.

Well, overall okay, but there is still room for improvement. The food was OK, but not quite as good as I had hoped. The burgers tasted okay, but some were a bit dry. The fries weren't quite as crispy as they should be either. Delivery was quick, but unfortunately the burger wasn't really warm when it arrived. The service was friendly and the menu selection is really good, but overall I wasn't entirely impressed. It's fine for a quick lunch, but I wouldn't order again immediately if I'm in the mood for a really good burger.

We got there and we were met with a disgusting unpleasant smell. The shop was empty. The smell and the prices lost our appetite. We went to Subway afterwards, it was delicious.
