Since the previously really tasty burgers arrived cold despite the short distance from us, I wanted to pick them up from the stand myself this time. But I just can't manage to visit this place when it's open. Also this Sunday I stood in front of the closed stand from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (regular opening time) in vain. No notice - no sign - nothing! It seems like a gamble to get something to eat there?! I've lost my desire for their burgers...

We came for dinner today based on a recommendation. Especially from Fürth! Unfortunately a total disappointment. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, we were freezing, the toilets smelled extremely bad! Not a place to feel comfortable. The burgers were the worst we've eaten in a long time. Very dry buns, the patties looked like they had already been frozen. Only with the gluten-free burger did they make an effort to implement our wishes. But fries and sauces were not gluten-free. Overall, we waited quite a long time for food. All very unsatisfactory. Only the staff deserves praise! Conclusion: If you like great burgers, you should choose another location!!!

Very nice atmosphere, great service. But the food left a lot to be desired. The burger was red, directly raw ground meat, we complained, asked them to please return it and they gave us back the same thing we delivered. We couldn't eat it, and when we reported it, the employee's attention was fantastic, but they didn't even (even though they saw the burger uneaten) give a discount on it. We would only come back for the beer and potatoes. There are better burgers in town, or at least you won't die from eating raw ground beef.

A pure disaster. We ordered for pickup and the order was also accepted by the restaurant. After the status was set to ready for pickup, we went there. The order has not yet been processed and was informed that it will take a moment. After repeated inquiries to various employees and now more than 45 minutes of waiting time at Hans im Glück for the order to be “ready for pickup,” it was then canceled. There was no apology, only the excuse that they had actually deactivated the pick-up orders for that evening. That doesn't work at all. Wait 45 minutes on site and then leave without eating. Understaffed or not, but then say so right at the beginning or don't even accept the order.

I think the quality of the hamburger is also the highest in the region. The price is super fair. Funny that so many people go to the competition.
