Simply the best burger in the Mannheim area. Fresh, 1A quality. Fries very crispy and well seasoned. Has never disappointed us! Delivery on time to the minute (if ordered at a specific time), otherwise usually even earlier than expected. I would especially like to praise the nice supplier, super personable. He was with us a few times and has been asking nicely about the family ever since. I've never experienced anything like this from a supplier, so I would like to mention it here in a positive way.

We ordered online and the order went through without a problem, even with the note that it was “approved” by the restaurant. According to Google, the restaurant was open. The money was deducted immediately. We waited in vain for our order for over 1.5 hours. End of story: The owner made a mistake to take his delivery service offline on the holiday. Mistakes happen, no question BUT if you notice the mistake the next day, you can at least apologize for the inconvenience. Nothing like that came back! The order was canceled without comment and the money was transferred back. Unfortunately, behavior like this shows extremely poor service. We won't be ordering here again. Too bad!

Nice service, burgers but mediocre. The taste was pretty bland and the meat was unfortunately relatively dry. In addition, despite there being few guests, we had to wait a long time for our food.
