A super nice atmosphere and delicious food. We came here with the whole family, and everyone loved it. The food came quickly and was very fresh. Happy – rounded off with an espresso.

Burger joint/restaurant, indoor and outdoor seating 30 or more plus tables. Great location for some good all vegan eats along with conventional options too. There are homemade drinks and also your normal soft and tap drinks. The menu is quite extensive with appetizers, nonalcoholic drinks, and bowls, and of course burgers. We’ve been to this restaurant several times as a party of two or a big party of 10 or more people. Locally in STU it’s by far the best burger spot. If not the best it’s top three for sure. Not only do Kovas sell a conventional (beef/chicken) burgers but the vegan mock beef and chic burgers tastes just as good if not better. The staff are all friendly and speak English and German. Kovas restaurant is a staple and it’s a go to at least 15 to 20 times a year for my family and friends. We give this experience a five out of five. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We celebrated our civil wedding at Kovas last weekend and were absolutely thrilled! Special praise goes to Marko, who not only impressed us with his attentive, friendly, and professional service on the day itself, but was also a great help in the planning beforehand. The pre-wedding meeting with him was very helpful and well-organized, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy the moment on the day itself. The food from the buffet was of the highest quality. A big thank you to the chef, who delighted all of our guests with her dishes. Many thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable day. We would love to come back!

The appetizer, including the chicken, was simply amazing. The burgers were great, although ours were a bit lukewarm, but that was probably because it was very busy. The fries with truffles or jalapenos were great. Drinks were a bit expensive, but OK. The service was nice and friendly.

Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disappointing. We had to wait over an hour for our food, which was already quite long. When the food finally arrived, some of it was cold and the chicken was unfortunately undercooked. The staff was very friendly and tried to make the best of the situation.

We always enjoy going to Kovas Burger & Bowls. What's special is that every dish can be veganized without sacrificing any flavor. At the same time, the service is always friendly and courteous.

The food is and has always been delicious. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly on my last visits. Serving the wrong food and spreading barbecue sauce on my companion's clothing due to the basement's clumsiness was no reason for him to offer a discount or something on the house. It's a shame, because that would have put the matter to rest. So we won't be coming back for a while.

A beautifully decorated restaurant with super friendly and attentive staff. We had the bestseller platter for two, and it was loaded with various delicacies. Whether it was the burgers, which showed the attention paid to burger construction rather than simply slapping on the maximum number of ingredients, or the fries with their "special" cut and fantastic toppings. The side salad with blueberries and mangoes also distinguished this gastronomic experience. And the homemade lemonades and iced teas were all delicious, albeit very sweet. We'll definitely be back. We had reserved a table for four at 7:45 p.m., but by the time the food arrived, it was after 9 p.m. The wait was definitely too long, and the meat in the burger had already cooled. The burger tasted good, and the rest, well, I'd say interesting. Unfortunately, the very modern, minimalist decor made it very loud due to conversations from neighboring tables, and we could barely hear the friendly server, or him speaking to us. The only thing that helped was shouting loudly 🤣 For a relaxed, pleasant evening with friends, I would have preferred a quieter atmosphere; it was more like a pub noise. We didn't have any starters or desserts, one person only drank two Cokes, and three people drank one lime Aperol. NOT A CHEAP evening 🤨

We had a platter for 2 people, it was very tasty, we didn't manage to eat it all 🤣.. and Wonka's dream was the icing on the cake.. Definitely coming back

The four of us waited over 50 minutes for our burgers. The burgers taste okay, are in the price range of €20 and up, so they are quite expensive. Compared to other providers (e.g. Hans im Glück) they cannot convince in terms of quality and price performance! It is very disappointing that it is not guaranteed that the burger ordered will be served. I ordered a beef burger and was served a vegetarian patty. When I asked, the waitress insisted she was right and called it a meat patty. The waiter wasn't bothered by the fact that it was burnt. Since I often eat vegetarian food myself, I know that it was a vegetarian patty. The comparison with the beef burger, which was also eaten by one of the four of us, confirmed this. I am writing the review specifically to warn vegetarians or allergy sufferers to be particularly careful in this restaurant, or better yet, to avoid it. Service and customer orientation are also a foreign word here.

The restaurant is not recommended for allergy sufferers and/or people who follow a vegan/vegetarian diet! I ordered a burger with a vegetarian patty and vegetarian bacon. But I was brought a burger with a beef patty. The waiter was unhelpful and did not respond to my complaint. He claimed that he could see from a distance that it was a vegetarian patti. I have never experienced such unqualified and unfriendly service and it cannot be justified at these prices.

The food was good. However, nothing that will be remembered for a long time. Solid and good preparation without any big surprises. If you're nearby and just want to eat something, that's fine. But for a special evening I would go somewhere else. The atmosphere was very simple and not really comfortable.

Restaurant with potential. We were there for the first time. No parking problem. Nice ambience inside and out. Enough seats. We would recommend the 22' gin with alcohol-free blackberry puree, the lime mayo and the buttermilk chicken. There were interesting tastes. However, we didn't like that a homemade truffle cream on a taco tasted like goat. A hint would have been good. Nice idea with the avocado sticks, by the way. Something different. Definitely an interesting visit. I found the prices of the drinks too expensive. Almost €10 for a small glass. Prices of the food are okay. All in all, it's best to look at the menu beforehand. We can't say anything about the burgers.

Unfortunately, the good reviews here don't seem entirely authentic - free coffee in exchange for positive feedback seems to be the motto. The quality of the food couldn't convince me for the price asked - mediocre burger at a high price level. Service was OK but nothing special. Overall the visit was okay, but there are definitely better alternatives in the area. No need to repeat it for me.

Dear Mr. Kovac, I picked up an order from you on Easter Monday. According to your site, you get a 10% discount when you pick it up. They cashed in personally and left out the discount, which I only noticed afterwards. By chance you didn't include a receipt either. Thanks to card payment, it is still clearly traceable. It was my first time at Novas Burger and I absolutely loved it! The burgers are incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned and made with really good ingredients - you can just taste that quality counts here. Especially the [e.g. B. “Smoky BBQ Burger”] was a highlight! The fries were nice and crispy and the homemade sauces were also amazing. The store itself is cozy, modernly decorated, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here. I'll definitely be back!

A culinary experience from start to finish! From the starter to the main course to the dessert – simply outstanding. I'm a very discerning eater and am not easily impressed, but this restaurant definitely nailed it. The vegan selection is not only exceptionally diverse, but also tastes of the highest level. As a vegan, you often have to compromise on taste - absolutely not here! Everything was prepared with attention to detail and incredibly aromatic. My personal highlight: the tacos – a real dream! But the burgers were also fantastic, and the vegan cheesecake was the perfect sweet finale. A big compliment to the entire team – I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
