When I'm in my hometown once a year, I eat at least twice in this wonderful restaurant. Once with mom and once with my girlfriend. The visit to Magdeburg has been even more worthwhile for me since the restaurant opened. The Mizu is a must and if you don't go, you're definitely missing out. Thank you, dear Mizu team, for your delicious food and friendly service. Until summer 2025 🤗

After my email requesting a table reservation was NOT answered (even though the email address is listed on their homepage as a contact option), I went there in person. The desired day and time AND my telephone number were noted. In the end, the restaurant was closed on my birthday, so I and my company found themselves in front of a locked door. I was neither informed that it was closed that day nor was I called ahead of time. Something like that just doesn't work at all. After finding the many negative reviews here, especially about the quality of the food and the service, I am glad that we spontaneously went to Mr. Pan am Fuchsberg - great food and always friendly service. I will definitely neither visit this restaurant nor include it in my selection in the future.

Definitely recommended, even for larger groups. There is a room for children to play if they get bored while eating. Rich selection of food at the buffet. Inexpensive selection of starters, main courses and desserts. All very tasty.

Asian snack bar with lots of dishes, you sit comfortably, everything is very clean. You can sit inside and outside. Prices normal level. Service very very friendly! Food is prepared quickly, freshly and in front of you.

I ordered three different sushi sets to go from LOU on May 17, 2025. Two of them—Hot Salmon Roll and Nigiri Unagi—were fine, but the 104th rainbow roll was an absolute disaster. The condition of these rainbow rolls was not only unappetizing, but also worrying. The ingredients looked old, gray, and unloved, the fish had a strange odor, and the crab sticks were broken and inedible. I only tried a small piece of the crab stick—completely tasteless. I immediately discarded the rest for safety reasons. I emailed the restaurant twice—with a photo and receipt—but never received a response. As a customer, I expect at least a response or an apology. Instead, I was completely ignored. This is not how you treat guests. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.
