The fish is exceptionally fresh, the sushi is perfectly prepared and generously filled – you really get a lot of fish, not just rice. Everything tastes very refined, fresh, and high-quality. The presentation of the dishes is also beautiful and shows great attention to detail. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and cozy. We will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Phuong Anh Restaurant is a place where you don't just feel like a guest, but truly welcome as a person. The food is consistently excellent, freshly prepared, and classically Chinese. The sushi, however, deserves special mention: exceptionally good, expertly crafted, with precise flavors and a level of quality that easily rivals that of top sushi restaurants in major cities. This level of quality is anything but commonplace. The decor is traditional and charming precisely because of it. It feels authentic, cozy, and timeless – a genuine Chinese restaurant, like those seen in movies, without feeling contrived or artificial. What ultimately makes this place special is the combination of excellent food and a palpably warm and welcoming atmosphere. A restaurant you won't just visit once, but will happily return to again and again.

I was here with my children and grandma, and we were absolutely thrilled. We received a very friendly welcome, and this continued until the end of our visit. The lunch buffet selection was excellent and plentiful. After this visit, we knew we would return.

I was surprised to discover this restaurant and spontaneously stopped in because I was curious to see what the sushi tasted like. What can I say? It looks great, tastes great, and the staff is friendly. 👍 I'll definitely be back.

Was there with my dear girlfriend for my 50th birthday, ordered food at the table, everything was great and delicious and plentiful and the freshly tapped King Ludwig was very great, everyone was very friendly, highly recommended even if you have to drive 75 km, it's worth the visit

I'd rather not give it a star at all. Two teenagers arrived at the same time as us today. They sat down at the next table and still hadn't had any food even after an hour and a half, while we were already finished and had waited 30 minutes for our own bill. The two boys were simply ignored by the staff. Even guests who arrived much later had already received their food. We then asked the waitress why the boys still hadn't received their food and received only a rude reply. I have a son of that age myself and find it rude and cheeky how young people are treated here and how they are not taken seriously at all. As a mother, you sit at home waiting for your son, who just wanted to go out to eat with his friend, and you start to worry because they've been gone for so long, and all because young people are treated poorly in this restaurant. The atmosphere that evening was more like a McDonald's Drive-In than a cozy evening in a restaurant. The phone rang constantly, and people waiting to pick up their takeout orders were queuing all the way through the restaurant. It was incredibly hectic, loud, and not at all pleasant. This was definitely our last visit here. For this kind of behavior, I'm boycotting this restaurant and can only recommend the same to anyone with children/teenagers.

We've been to this restaurant many times now, trying out the sushi, cocktails, and ice cream varieties, and have been thoroughly impressed every time. Today we had Menu 7, where the chef prepared our meal with his own unique vision. As always, it was incredibly delicious and very fresh, and the wait was very short despite the high volume of guests. We'll be happy to come back and continue to be so impressed.

Highly recommended! The service was very attentive. It's a shame that dessert, such as ice cream, isn't offered like in other restaurants. Otherwise, perfect! The buffet is constantly replenished at the right time. Wonderful.

Excellent sushi and great experience! I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and absolutely loved it! The sushi was fresh, artfully prepared and of the highest quality. Each roll was perfectly balanced - the rice was the right consistency, the fish was buttery tender, and the combination of ingredients was simply outstanding. I was particularly impressed by the variety of selection, from classic maki and nigiri to creative special rolls. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was stylish and inviting. An absolute must for all sushi lovers! I will definitely come back.

It's a shame there was no lunch menu, just a buffet, which was very clear. The food itself was fresh and good. When asked to take our uneaten leftovers with us, we were told no. At the table itself we missed the drinks menu (prices). From 5:30 p.m. we could have ordered a normal portion from the menu. Not recommended for us

Discovered the restaurant by chance. We ate from the buffet. The food was very good. Everything you could ever want was there, and very plentiful too. The people were very friendly. The atmosphere was very Asian. it was great there. It's a shame that I can't eat there more often because I have to go back to Berlin soon. Highly recommended.

The sushi is surprisingly good and you can drink excellent schnapps from the Saale - Unstrut region for just a small thaler. The staff are very pleasant and friendly.

At the start when me and my family entered the restaurant i thought that we would probably have to pay up to like a 100€ for our food because everything looked so fancy, but surprisingly everything was pretty cheap. The atmosphere itself was ok although i have to say that it was for some reason very awkward, i can't really describe it. The food was also pretty good but i've had better sushi, i ordered some surimi maki and the surimi tasted very dry, but in general the sushi was very good.

The salad buffet is richer than the food buffet. There were 4 meat dishes on offer, 1 of which was vegan. Side dishes were pasta and rice and duchess potatoes, no fries. The soup was too sweet and no other ingredients were recognizable apart from the lots of eggs. We won't be visiting this restaurant again.

On weekends there is only a buffet or sushi menu. Both were great. Sushi mega draped, with dry ice for the “show fog”. Delicious. Price-performance very fair.

We were there for a birthday dinner. The majority of guests chose the buffet and found it to be good, although there were slight complaints about the selection. I ordered sushi and was absolutely thrilled. Great in terms of taste and an eye-catcher when presented! I can highly recommend this. I've also eaten à la carte there and found the food very good and sufficient.

We eat there with our family several times a year on Sundays. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly. The food is also super tasty and absolutely reasonably priced. Recently there is also sushi, which I can warmly recommend. A large selection and very tasty.

Haldensleben is a small, beautiful place for all kinds of day trips. We were there for the first time and had booked in advance in this restaurant. ordered a table. There was a small buffet to choose from, but it was completely sufficient and was constantly being refilled. What we really liked about this restaurant was the quiet and very relaxed environment. The staff is super nice and totally relaxed. Very polite and with the best manners. No waiting times, the guest is always the focus. The buffet was excellent and we all enjoyed the food very much. Unfortunately there is almost no selection of desserts. A pity. We missed that. But we still really liked it and we are happy to recommend this restaurant to Hanoverians and other city dwellers in conjunction with a trip to Haldensleben. It was a very nice evening meal. Wonderful, we had 3 courses and everything was on time. The starter came after 15 minutes, then the main course after 15 minutes and then the dessert after 15 minutes. The service was also very good. I would definitely recommend going there again 👍

Wir haben uns heute Gebratene Nudeln mit Ente und süß saurer Soße am Abend geholt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war heiß und wirklich gut verpackt. Jedoch war das Essen leider überhaupt nicht gut. Die Nudeln waren wässrig (?), fettig (?), das Fleisch zäh und schmeckte nach minderer Qualität. Ein Restaurant soll doch ein Ort für besonderes Essen sein… Das können Sie bestimmt besser, mit hochwertigerer Ware und richtigem Kochen.

Wenn ich meinen Bruder besuche, kehren wir dort immer ein. Wir essen vom leckeren Buffet. Das ist zwar nicht so groß, aber das wichtigste ist da, für mich. 🙂 Von Peggingsuppe, Ente, Reis,Gemüse.( wenn alle, dann wieder Ruck Zuck aufgefüllt) Es war sehr voll, aber eine sehr schnelle, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Also einfach nur top. Komm gerne wieder. Und der Preis auch super.👍
