A great selection of food and drinks and very hospitable staff.

It's been a few days since we met up with dear friends at the Blechtrommel. The four of us had a delicious meal and felt very comfortable. Afterwards, we went to the Turmtheater... and where did we get a nightcap? Of course, at Schüne's in the Blechtrommel! Give it a try! Highly recommended. 😋😋😋🤗🤗🤗

I had dinner at the Blechtrommel last night. Unlike the currently uneasy autumnal daytime mood, you immediately feel embraced and well looked after. The core competency here is clearly meat preparation. Truly good old German cuisine – something you rarely find these days. I was amazed at the owner's knowledge of whisky. He's a truly excellent whisky sommelier. See you again soon. I'm looking forward to spending the pre-Christmas period with him.

No hello, no welcome, no "I'll be right there"... People were chatting to other people at the next table, we waited 15 minutes, and they didn't even speak to us, and then we left (even though we called ahead and announced our arrival). Only the ambiance and the central location deserve the stars. We'll never be back!!

The Blechtrommel isn't just a pub, it's an institution in Haldensleben! A meeting place for young and old for decades, it's stood firm as a rock! While all other bars, apart from a few restaurants, have closed and failed to survive the coronavirus pandemic, this place is doing well. The owner is constantly developing new ideas and concepts to inspire and retain his customers, all while maintaining stable prices. If you're looking for good conversation over a good beer and delicious food, this is the place to be! I'm looking forward to many more wonderful hours at the Blechtrommel!

The food was very good and plentiful. The entrance is right on the street and easy to miss. The owner personally attends to guests.

I visited the Blechtrommel in Haldensleben and I'm absolutely thrilled! 🎉 The buffet for just €19.90 is a real highlight – a huge selection, freshly prepared, and simply delicious. You can taste the love that the food is cooked with. I especially like that they constantly restock the menu and there's truly something for everyone – from savory to light, from classic to sophisticated. The non-alcoholic cocktails are also delicious, creatively mixed, and a great alternative for those who want to avoid alcohol without sacrificing enjoyment. 🍹 Add to that the cozy ambiance and friendly staff make your stay truly enjoyable. ➡️ My conclusion: If you want to enjoy a delicious meal in Haldensleben, you can't miss the Blechtrommel – absolutely recommended! 🙌

We were there last night with the whole extended family. It was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. If we didn't live so far away, we would go here more often.

We had a lovely meal and drinks here. The whiskey they recommended was delicious. When we went to pay, the gentleman started a story we couldn't understand about a cash register that hadn't been working for seven days. (We're not very good at German, after all.) We thought it was a joke and laughed a bit, but it clearly didn't go over well. He got a bit angry and said it wasn't a joke and that he couldn't laugh about it. Fortunately, the waitress quickly brought the bill so we could pay and get out of this awkward situation.

Yesterday, the three of us went to the Blechtrommel. The food was amazing. They catered to our individual requests, and it was absolutely delicious. Frank is still as sweet as ever, and we'd love to come back. I'd gladly drive 60km for that.

Super extensive kitchen, the barbecue evening was great, the food was soooo extensive and delicious..Everything was done right in the kitchen.🤓🤓🤓👍👍👍👍

Super tasty, just a bit of a long wait.

I spontaneously went to the Blechtrommel with my partner two days ago. We ordered a Mutzbraten (roasted pork), a mushroom pizza, a mochito, and a Fassbrause (a kind of beer). The wait was okay. In total, we were there for 1.5 hours, but we waited 25 minutes. I found this very manageable because the food was clearly prepared by hand (even the pizza, etc.). Everything tasted excellent. We really couldn't find anything to complain about. The price was around €40, which is very reasonable. The whole experience was rounded off by a very fitting, beautiful, rustic ambiance. We would love to come back and look forward to more great experiences at this restaurant.

Highly recommended! The owner is super friendly, the food is incredibly delicious, and the portions are more than generous. The staff is also very friendly – we'll be back again and again!

A lovely, rustic restaurant that also offers live music. We were there for dinner, received friendly service, and were completely satisfied. The food was excellent. The Mutzbraten is especially recommended. Everything is reasonably priced, too.

The food is so delicious. The very young staff is friendly and attentive.

We were in Haldensleben for the first time and were looking for somewhere to have dinner. We picked out exactly the right restaurant for us. The service really tried hard to do everything and was always extremely friendly. The food (we had Mutzbraten 4 times in different variations) was really damn tasty. We were able to taste new pizza variants from the chef, which were really, really good. Even though it wasn't on the menu, our son got a small Margherita pizza. The prices are absolutely right, especially for the quality on offer here. We would definitely like to come back. Many greetings from the Black Forest

We went to eat in the tin drum and were pleasantly surprised. The service is very open-minded and the first drink is at the table after less than 3 minutes. The starter arrives after a few minutes. The burgers we ordered are served to the table by the boss straight after the starter and are a real hit! Really super tasty. We would come back and the Definitely recommend the tin drum.

I was looking for a restaurant in Haldensleben for our family to have dinner. During my previous online search, I came across the tin drum. However, I wasn't able to look at the menu online. There was only one photo of the metro. Unfortunately, the site to reserve a seat didn't tempt me. It's a shame actually.

We wanted to end the day in the Tin Drum and ordered two cocktails - Aperol Spritz and a swimming pool. We also had to wait a long time for this order because the waitress had to mix the cocktails according to the recipe, which is OK. However, we received warm Aperol and blue pineapple juice. We asked the waitress about it and she said there was vodka in it, but the rum was missing. This is on the menu, but her recipe doesn't include it and is therefore not mixed in. From where we were sitting, we could watch the drinks being made and nothing was measured, just mixed together at random. We were very disappointed because the staff didn't seem to be able to respond to and deal with criticism. It's a shame because we were hoping for more here, the ambience was promising.

We were served very tasty burgers 🍔 here. The service is very good here. Unfortunately a star deducted because we had to wait a long time for our food.

Nice place to talk, drink with good service. You can feel completely at home here. It is not a restaurant where you primarily go to eat.

A class reunion at Schüne is really recommended. Great cuisine, friendly service and a nice ambience, plus a relaxed and very pleasant host 😉 contributed to the evening being perfect. We thank you.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Es wurde frisch zubereitet. Auf die entsprechende Wartezeit wurde man hingewiesen.

Wir waren gestern in der Blechtrommel . Das Ambiente war schön, nette sehr junge Bedienung. Der Mutzbraten war lecker und hat meiner Begleitung sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Wartezeit war in Ordnung und die Preise fanden wir angemessen. Ich bin Allergiker und kann leider das Restaurant nicht empfehlen, da einfach zu wenig Wissen vorhanden ist. Die Allergieangaben in der Speisekarte stimmen nicht.

Mega, habe noch nie so viel Geschmack in einem Restaurant erlebt. Alles ganz frisch und mit viel Hingabe zubereitet. 👌🏻

Leider sehr lange auf den Service gewartet, bier dauerte ab Bestellung 20 Minuten, das essen kam unterschiedlich Vorspeisen hat extrem lange gedauert. Mein Mutzebraten war Kalt, der salat überhäuft mit Mais. Preise wären wenn das essen heiß gekommen wäre okay.

Hervorragende SpareRips und butterzarte Hähnchenfilets. Der Chef kocht selber und alleine, daher kann es zu Wartezeit kommen. Wir hatten nach 40-45 Minuten das Essen auf dem Tisch. Was für uns ganz locker im Rahmen war, zumal ALLES frisch zubereitet war. Selbst das Ciabatta 👍. Ich drücke euch die Daumen und werde euch immer weiterempfehlen

Super lecker, kriegt 5 sterne,Bedinung ist freundlich , kann das lokal nur weiter empfelen und die musik ist auch mega nice...war echt überrascht..und essen ist nich überteuert wie in andren lokalen.

Waren heute das erste Mal dort, haben uns erst gewundert warum das Restaurant um 18.00Uhr komplett leer war. Haben es trotzdem ausprobiert und waren zu 100% überrascht, das Essen war super toll, es gab überhaupt nichts auszusetzen, müssen es hier unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Der Service ist sehr angenehm und freundlich, das Ambiente ist rustikal/cool. Wir wünschen uns, daß das Restaurant auf jeden Fall mehr Gäste bekommt.

Mit Abstand das beste Restaurant in der ganzen Gegend! Rustikal, traditionell, regional. Vom Besitzer bis zur Tapete alles ehrlich und gemütlich. Große Auswahl bei den Getränken, frisch und gut gefüllt. Essen war absolut top Qualität - Fleisch ist zart (Hähnchen) bis butterweich (Mutzbraten), Salat knackig und das Gemüse frisch bissfest, die Soßen aromatisch und schön angerichtet. Ganz klare Empfehlung und keine 70 Seiten Karte mit Essen von der Stange. Service und Personal ist mit Herzblut dabei und hat alle Infos zur Hand. So geht Gastro! Ich würde immer wieder hier her kommen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Blechtrommel und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Ansprechendes Ambiente, lockere Atmosphäre, super nette Bedienung, schmackhaftes Essen (butterzarte Spareribs), große Portionen, vernünftige Bierpreise. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder und werden die Gaststätte auch weiterempfehlen.

Von der Hirtenpfanne mit Muzenbraten wären die Hirten auf Bethlehems Feldern auch satt geworden.

Super Ambiente mit leckeren und top gestalteten Essen.

Sehr gutes Essen dort. Waren zur Weihnachtsfeiertag da. Es wurde ja beworben mit Ente satt......leider war das ein Reinfall. Qngemeldet zu 18 Uhr. Essen kam dann 19 Uhr und für 14 Leute 2 rnten. Waren natürlich sofort alle und direkt nach bestellt. Das dauerte dann aber eine halbe Stunde und dann kamen noch mal zwei.Und gleich wieder nachbestellt....dauerte dann wieder ewig. Halb 9 bin ich dann gegangen .Wollte nicht länger warten. Beilagen gab es genug aber von den Enten hatte ich nur eine Keule und ein wenig Brust. Wenn man Ente satt anbietet, geht das so leider nicht. Schade eigentlich. Würde es Beilagen satt heißen, wäre es top gewesen.
