As nice as the girl serving was, as disgusting was the steak I ordered, I do not recommend it at all, the meat is very raw, smells bad and tastes even worse....

The Erfurt branch of Papa John's Pizza is no longer listed on the homepage. When I drove past it every evening around 7 p.m. for the last few days, everything was dark. Presumably the location has been closed, although the Papa John's Pizza advertisement is still up. Given all the reviews, it was only a matter of time before the branch closed.

We ordered and waited almost 1 1/2 hours for an extremely bad pizza. When we didn't give a tip we were called cheapskates. Customer service is different. Never again. Not recommended.

We ordered at 7:15 p.m. and it didn't arrive after 2 hours and no one answered the phone! Food was cold and they were almost closing time! Never again ! We had to go there ourselves to pick up our food!

Very bored staff, especially a young blonde haired woman... with a bun... Talks like: do it... Even though the whole store is empty... But she does the same to others... The food, well, you won't really give advice... You're not allowed to talk to your wife for a moment... That's where the lady really stresses out... Unfortunately, there's no high chair... Food, well, I've eaten better in other Subway's and if the service is good, the food in the store also tastes better...

We have never experienced something like this in many Asian countries...We only wanted one meal for the two of us and, understandably, we reordered it again. After an unfriendly discussion, the waiter showed us a bird...thank you for that! Duck was good...but unfortunately there was no sense of Asian friendliness among the staff!
