Die besten Restaurants in Gotha

We went there regularly before the restaurant closed almost a month ago. Now that it has “reopened” it’s just not nice anymore. The food and especially the service have deteriorated significantly. They brought us the bill but didn't charge us. After waiting 10 minutes we put the money on the table and left. When we arrived we were told that it would be very difficult today without a reservation. We were given the most uncomfortable table in the far corner and throughout our stay there were several tables left both inside and on the terrace. The food is no longer the same as before, in our opinion it tasted like a “cheap” version of the previous one. In addition, the portions were much smaller. It used to be just better there.

Super delicious food, you can go there again and again.

Warm meal despite the long journey, the food was fresh and plentiful and the delivery person was very friendly.

Finally a different kind of Asian cuisine in Gotha. A successful mix of Japanese cuisine mixed with other Asian influences. The food was delicious, the drinks were beautifully decorated. The ambience is interesting, the tables are an eye-catcher. When the restaurant is full, the service staff seems a little overwhelmed, but still friendly and committed. Be sure to pre-order in the evening.

The taste and variations of the subs are very good, they also feel bigger - in my opinion better than at Subway. Ambiance and prices typical.

The staff was friendly. You can sit comfortably in the next room. The toilet costs 50 cents extra which I don't like so much and now to eat. I had a cheeseburger with kebab meat. It tasted very good but the burger bun was clearly toasted for too long and was rock hard.

Wir hatten reserviert und wurden freundlich im Pagenhaus empfangen. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, aber es war für jeden etwas dabei. Sowohl lokale Küche als auch internationale Gerichte wie Pasta aus dem Parmesanleib. Zum guten Essen haben wir Wein aus Thüringen getrunken, welcher auch sehr zu empfehlen war. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Since the beginning of March, Valentino has been an Indian restaurant (Bombay Tandori) under the same management and service. The complete package was fine at Valentino (I was here regularly), but now as an Indian it's fascinating and you can actually recommend everything on the menu. Great place!

There were two of us there. The food tasted good. Unfortunately my beef roulade with red cabbage and dumplings was only lukewarm. My wife's pasta dish was forgotten in the kitchen and ended up being served after I had already finished eating. So that leads to this rating. It's a shame actually.
