It was great, delicious, everything was fresh, my wife and I were happy to come back and have cocktails, thank you! And huge portions!! Thank you!!

Prices extremely high. Then the delivery took over 2 hours. The burger was simply slapped together and the onions thrown on without cutting. The fries are dry, soggy and simply don't taste good. In addition, neither the garlic dip tastes like garlic nor the aioli dip tastes like aioli. But of course there was no response to calls.

Great! Schnitzel really mushy under the stupid sauce. Fries wobbly and cold. Only the salad was appealing...

Feb 2025: unfortunately the quality is declining here too. We wanted to eat in the restaurant, but decided to take the food with us because of the dirty tables. Unfortunately, we then had a communication problem with a service person who unfortunately didn't speak enough German, but didn't ask back in English either. That would have made the whole thing easier. Nov 2023: Operation on the drive currently takes a very long time. It took us 15 minutes from lining up in the short queue (3 vehicles in front of us) to accepting our food. Little tricks are used so that this doesn't show up in the restaurant's statistics.

Have ordered several times and so far the food has always been good. Now I put together a pizza of my choice and it was really very tasty, hot, juicy and very rich in taste, the pepperoni was quite mild so even for people who can't stand spicy, I'll happily do it again and definitely recommended 👍🏽

Extremely unfriendly and snotty. Service is a foreign word. Please don't get the idea that you want two sauces on your meal. “There’s only one that belongs!!!!” Actually, such harmlessness should be boycotted.

Nach allem was ich da gehört habe, soll es in dem Laden letztes Jahr gebrannt haben. Auf jeden Fall wurde der Laden von der Polizei beschlagnahmt. Ein Polizeisiegel klebt an der Tür. Tja Pech gehabt sage ich nur. Ihr hättet euch ja Mal an die Hygiene Vorschriften usw halten sollen. Selber schuld.

Weder ein guten Tag noch ein Dankeschön . Meine Bestellung war fertig aber kein Mensch hält es für nötig mir Bescheid zu sagen . Der Laden hatte mal so gute und freundliche Mitarbeiter, warum der jetzt so schlecht geworden ist, ist schon bedenklich . Ich werde den Laden in Zukunft meiden . Die Burger waren fast kalt und laberig die chees Nuggets waren ebenfalls kalt . Schlimm, dass so etwas nicht auffällt.

The supplier was very nice and friendly. But we had to wait over 1 hour for our food. That eating was possible.

I don't know where to start... The good gentleman behind the counter, who likes to show off his gold watch and ring, no longer seems to need it. I stood behind a lady who was just placing her order and he was already there imposing on me with his unfriendly, snappy and snotty manner. After watching him prepare the 3 hot dogs that I had pre-ordered, I asked myself whether I wouldn't be able to get my fries quicker if I got in the car straight away and drove to Amsterdam... I've never seen anything so doleful and unmotivated in the service area! Since I was on the phone shortly before queuing, I still had the time in mind and after waiting exactly 13 minutes/not being noticed/not being able to place an order, I decided to throw my precious money into the cash register at another snack bar. When I read the reviews here, I think a change of operator would make sense. Too bad about the situation

The first order was ok. And also really tasty. We had croque. The baguette was crispy. We just haven't experienced this type of covering the part anywhere. Everything shredded small. Salad, cucumber...just everything. When I unpacked everything fell apart. Eating clean is impossible. Ordered again yesterday. Same game. It was a mess to eat, except this time everything was tough as leather. The baguette burnt. Totally rubbery. The chicken was fried to death and extremely dry. You couldn't bite through it at all. It was probably already cold and put through the pan again. Half of it ended up in the trash...it's a shame. Next time I'll prefer Croque from a Croque shop

Completely and massively overpriced ready-made meals!! Not just the fries, sauce, patties, the cheapest industrial cheese - nothing is homemade, the prices are outrageous. In addition, for 3 orders (yes we tested before this review) you wait 30 minutes or more longer than stated EVERY TIME, there is no telephone number or other contact options AND without asking me, the customer, calling, etc., the orders were placed at affenfelsen and gorillas simply summarized like that As a customer, I don't give a damn whether these two stores belong to one. At gorillas the delivery time was 40 minutes and it arrived after 1 hour 20, together with the order at affenfelsen, whose order was 55 minutes and which was also 15 minutes late. As a trained person with over 23 years of service and catering experience in many different areas, these are reasons enough not to give you another chance

Don't know why everyone is complaining about food for delivery service delivered to the truck in 15 minutes. Price performance ok so keep it up I'll order again

Don't order there. This was the worst meal I have ever ordered. The bifteki was totally over salted, you basically only tasted salt. The rice as a side dish was delivered completely dry. The only edible thing was the cola
