Prices extremely high. Then the delivery took over 2 hours. The burger was simply slapped together and the onions thrown on without cutting. The fries are dry, soggy and simply don't taste good. In addition, neither the garlic dip tastes like garlic nor the aioli dip tastes like aioli. But of course there was no response to calls.

Simply bad. Waited more than 1½ hours for the food. The prices for such a meal are absolutely overpriced, fries are worse than at McDonalds, soggy and tasteless. The dip for the fries, in my case aioli, was simply bad. The onions on the burger were thrown on the burger uncut and the burger itself didn't taste good either. I can't recommend anyone to order there.

Waited almost 2 hours and then the food arrived cold and wrong. I should still pay full price! In addition, the food didn't taste good at all - the burger was completely soggy and the meat was dry. Don't order there!!!

Absolute impudence Delivery only after 2 hours and you can't reach anyone if you want to ask where your food is. Never again

We waited 1 1/2 hours for the delivery, suddenly it was considered "delivered" by Lieferando. Called on the cell phone number given in the imprint. on, cell phone was off. Opened a clarification case via Lieferando and hoped that they would clarify it, but they can't because they claim that we got the food. I called the landline from time to time and asked for a callback, but nothing happened. When I finally reached someone, they said that the delivery person had probably given the food to "the neighbors" and that I would therefore not get a refund!!! Now have to file a fraud report.

Everything used to be great, the food came hot and on time. A few months ago the first delivery arrived INCOMPLETE after over 90 minutes. Another 40 minutes later the missing fries arrived. Today I wanted to order there again and have already been waiting for over 80 minutes... Nobody can be reached by phone either. It seemed like it wasn't just "a bad day" back then. It's a real shame, it was by far the best burger in Lübeck and should now be avoided...

Again!!!! Ordered there for the first time and never again ....... One star only because I have to give it..... Ordered carbonara, what did you get, pepper cream sauce with ham.... Disgusting, way too much pepper.. ... Mozzarella sticks can be used as nails for the wall...... Sticky fries... No, never again and all for 35 euros... Don't do that to yourself!!

Lieferzeit anstatt 60 min nur 50 ! Trotz langer Anfahrt . Temperatur gut, Geschmack gut , Optik gut , Fahrer nett, insgesamt sehr zufrieden

Nie wieder würde ich hier bestellen! Wir haben 2Stunden gewartet und das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Laut Beschreibung sollten wir eine Carbonara mit Ei und Schinken bekommen.Stattdessen haben wir penne mit Sahne und Kochschinken bekommen. Das einzige wonach es geschmeckt hat, war Sahne mit viel zu viel Pfeffer? Wir sind unglaublich sauer und immernoch hungrig da man sowas nicht essen kann. Sollte man vielleicht mal ändern wenn sich viele drüber beschweren. Eine Frechheit für 10€!!!

Sehr leckeres Essen immer gut die Pizza

An sich ist das Essen ok aber die Pizza ist nun mehrmals in einem eher merkwürdigen Zustand angekommen.
