Je n’ai jamais l’habitude de mettre des avis négatifs mais je suis obliger de dire la vérité dans ce restaurant l’accueille est horrible 0/10 le personnel manque de respect on demande la viande saignante il nous la fait bien cuite on demande des pommes de terres il nous ramène des frites je demande de la mayonnaise il amène en jetant sur la table je suis partir demande l’addition pour inviter les amis discrètement elle vient à la table et le dit devant mes amis la nourriture était horrible également l’accueille il ne connaisse pas du tout le respect ! J’espère que ce message sera transmis au patron parce que ça fait mal au cœur .

Mein Mann und ich haben heute 1 Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet!! Aber das ist noch nicht alles, ich habe den falschen Bürger bekommen dann endlich den richtigen jedoch mit der falschen Soße drauf obwohl ich 3 mal sagte welche Soße ich bestellt hatte dann die falschen Dips alles kalt einfach nur unfähig das Personal!!!!!!!!!

This store is really a disaster! ... When you order you have to be really lucky that you get what you ordered and, above all, what you paid for... Something is almost always done wrong and on top of that the staff is very unfriendly when you point out the missing things ....it is always the customers who ordered wrongly...! The biggest problem is communication!! No matter how clearly you speak German...they don't understand it properly...I wonder how you want to run a snack bar in Germany if you can't handle the simplest customer orders in German and you're constantly doing everything wrong...That We think food is good in itself and you can really eat it BUT.....
