great central location, view over city square, historic building with large modern room, quiet; comfy bed, super clean, very friendly staff.

As always, very tasty food, fresh and regional, including old Holstein recipes. Non-Holsteiners will certainly be full and satisfied 😉 Service friendly as always. We were able to take matjes with us sealed. 👍🏻

Is the restaurant permanently closed?

We visited there during the week. A Greek restaurant with the charm of a train station bar in the front area. The food was plentiful and delicious. The price and quality are still right here. The service was also friendly and attentive. Oh yes, there was a small dog lying next to the counter, but that didn't bother us. ☺

Authentic ambience in a beautiful old inn. We ordered the typical Glückstadt food. Matjes. We really enjoyed it.

Delicious fosch rolls with herring and baked fresh, friendly, fast service. Gladly again👍🏻

We went there for dinner while on vacation with the family. Beautiful restaurant. Very classy and beautifully furnished. Service friendly and on point. The food was a dream. We had the shish kebab with fries or fried potatoes. Incredibly delicious.

Great shop with special beer specialties and delicious food. Unfortunately temporarily closed due to a lack of staff. Please open again soon.

Vorab: Dem ganzen Team die allerbesten Wünsche für dieses Jahr und - herzlichen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Silvesterabend 2024:)! Wir waren zu viert zum Abendessen dort und wurden herzlich empfangen. Dann genossen wir den schnellen, sehr freundlichen Service, der uns fachkundig auf unsere Bedürfnisse hin Empfehlungen aussprach. Ob Vorspeise oder Hauptgang: Appetitlich angerichtet, grosszügige Portionen und qualitativ hochwertige Fleisch- und Fischgerichte und Beilagen - alles perfekt abgeschmeckt. Kurzum: Es war perfekt! Leider erfuhren wir dann, dass es der letzte Abend mit diesem Pächter und Team war. Nicht nur für uns seeehr bedauerlich, sondern auch für Glückstadt ein Verlust! So far good. But the service is absolutely unreasonable when you as a guest complain that 5 guests have to sit and eat at a small table because an additional table is unjustifiably taken away. An absolute NOGO for me. Therefore only one star for me. And the other four guests who were there with me saw it the same way. I am writing on behalf of the other 4 guests. The store is dead for us.

Tomato soup was good, pizzas were ok, the dough was thick, I could only eat 2 spoons of tiramisu for dessert. The worst tiramisu I've ever eaten in my life. It had zero cheese and lots of whipped cream. It's a shame for the money we paid. When we criticized, we were met with harsh reactions.

A sentence with an X, that was probably nothing... Today the chef apparently had a really bad day. The burgers had far too much cheap cheese sauce, but otherwise lacked any seasoning. The fries were bland and only half cooked. The service, on the other hand, was very nice and accepted our criticism very friendly.

Leider sind die Öffnungszeiten nicht korrekt, geschlossen , obwohl auf der Website geöffnet steht . Was soll man glauben? Wieder und Wieder freut man sich auf die Pier53 , aber wann ?

I ordered the Hawaiian pizza for the second time and it was very tasty 😋 not a long wait and it was still very hot when it was delivered I would highly recommend ordering from them again and again Keep up the good work 👌
