Food poisoning - We were at the Block House Ahrensburg last Tuesday evening. It was quite crowded and the food took a correspondingly long time to arrive, but the service was exceptionally friendly. When the food was served, I noticed a strange, slightly foul odor. I didn't say anything else, as I was the only one who noticed it so strongly, and it was also crowded and hectic. Besides, I wasn't expecting a food hygiene problem in a restaurant like this, which we've been going to for years, and blamed it on the crowded room. We now know: The smell probably came from my husband's rib-eye steak (medium). He had already noticed a slightly bitter taste while eating, but trusted that the food was being prepared properly. Then, tonight, I woke up and realized: severe stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting all night long, and chills. We were about to go to the emergency room. Since we've eaten exactly the same vegan, home-cooked meal up until today, that's a pretty clear sign that the beef really wasn't up to scratch. We're really disappointed and angry – something like that might be to be expected at a takeaway, but certainly not in an upscale restaurant where a steak costs almost €30. Since I noticed the smell while it was cooking, it should have been obvious during preparation that the meat was spoiled. This shouldn't happen. We certainly won't be coming here again and have learned to trust our senses, no matter how fancy the restaurant claims to be.

The delivery service is evaluated. The food tasteless and really bad. Delivery time just ok. All in all, rather below average.

sehr gemütlich und gastfreundlich. Ideal für grössere Gesellschaften. Speisen und Gerichte sind frisch und sehr geschmackvoll zubereitet. Ein extra Raum für Fussballevants befindet sich im abgetrennten Extrabereich.

Best pizza delivery service at the address!

The worst Asian restaurant for miles around. Rice is cold and unsalted. Food looks like it's broken. 41 Unseasoned. Too expensive and unfriendly. Questionable atmosphere. Stay away from this place!

Price performance is right here, for a delivery service. You can also eat there on site. Food tk but well prepared.

We've ordered there several times, but always burgers. The burgers were tasty, the fries were sometimes a bit sticky and the portions of fries were much too large. However, the orders were always delivered promptly. So so far it's okay. Now we ordered pizza for the first time and it was absolutely NOT possible! Whoever made the pizza knows nothing about making pizza, sorry! There was a fat layer of mozzarella on the pizza and you just chewed on it in your mouth. The Serrano was obviously baked in the oven and was therefore very hard and dry. All in all, this pizza was inedible and ended up in the trash, which we were really sorry about but it just really didn't work. :( I think we'll think twice about ordering here next time, we were very disappointed.☹️

Ich war früher Stammkunde, leider lässt jetzt die Qualität der Speisen sehr zu wünschen übrig,die Currywurst sehr wabbelig und viel zu teuer. Für normale griechische Gerichte in einem Imbiss 20€ zu nehmen, nein danke!

In diesem sehr schönen Restaurant (nun La Favola) weht ein neuer, sehr positiver Wind! Die Speisen sind ausgezeichnet, Sonderwünsche werden gern realisiert. Die Speisen sind original italienisch, also nicht eingedeutscht. Das ist uns wichtig. Der Service ist aufmerksam und zurückhaltend. Sicherlich ist es sehr schwer, ein abgewirtschaftetes Restaurant (ex Osteria, ex Bella Vita) wieder aufzubauen. Dem neuen Wirt scheint das aber zu gelingen. Wir waren nun schon zum 4. mal da, und konnten beobachten, dass die Gästezahl steigt. Schön, dass Ahrensburg wieder einen sehr guten Italiener hat! Preis/Leistung moderat. Genre Mitte bis gehoben.
