My-Snaxx in Ahrensburg

All the employees are very nice. I can recommend my-snaxx :D

This was our first time ordering food here and we never received the food, I tried to tell them on the phone but the employee just hung up on me. I feel ripped off and will never order food here again.

The provider has changed its name, but everything has remained the same. I will continue to order here. The deliveries are quite fast, the burgers are delicious and the price is ok too. Only the fries weren't a hit: insulating paper reduces the quality immensely. It's a shame, but we could still work on that. However, delivery costs are now also new. It doesn't hurt, but I was surprised at over 25.00 euros. Still, always happy. 😃

The last time I ordered Lieferando from OK Pizza, a flyer from this delivery service was included with my order. I was surprised that a delivery service would advertise for its competitors. When I looked at the homepage and saw that OK Pizza and My Snaxx had the same management, I realized that it was not competition but a business expansion. Although OK Pizza already has a small selection of burgers in its range, they apparently thought it made sense to open another delivery service with a focus on burgers. In addition to burgers, the menu includes salads, wraps and other finger food as well as drinks and desserts. I decided to order my dinner from My Snaxx and ordered a "Grill Burger" (a bacon cheeseburger with BBQ sauce) and a "Crunchy Burger" (a chicken burger) with extra fried onions through Lieferando. The delivery was half an hour early. In principle, fast delivery is something positive, but if I order at a certain time, I also expect that this time will be roughly maintained. The burgers were filling, but somehow very compact, the buns were not soft. In addition, they weren't particularly tasty in terms of taste; I would have liked a heartier and juicier taste experience, especially from the "Grill Burger". I don't know if I will order here again.

Really bad food, it couldn't be more tasteless

We ordered a hamburger without cheese and a cheeseburger. Unfortunately, both citizens had cheese on them, the fries were cold, and the sour cream was unfortunately bad.

Food okay Delivery catastrophe: When the delivery was delivered, the supplier complained about the wrong delivery and so he had to drive again...

Just ordered lunch. Attached is the picture of the Italo Wrap, salad just soggy, you couldn't eat it. The salad at GardenBurger looked similar. I feel bad now

I was disappointed. The fries weren't crispy at all and the burger just tasted like grease.

Both burgers and side dishes were super tasty, hot and delivered quickly. Always happy again

Der Burger war super lecker, saftig, deftig und gut belegt. Nur zu emphelen! Essen kam heiß an. Zeit von einer Stunde absolut OK. Pommes natürlich nicht knusprig, aber da kann der Laden nichts für, ist halt geliefert. Schachtel war extra mit Löchern versehen. Ausreichend Soßen wurden mitgeliefert. Lediglich die Spare Rips waren jetzt nicht die Wucht aber OK. Werden wieder bestellen, vor allem Burger ;)

Burger waren ok. Spareribs nicht wirklich lecker. Bei den Pommes fehlte die Mayonnaise und die Verpackung war am Boden von den Pommes total verschmort! Nicht wirklich lecker 🤨

Essen ist zwar lecker aber Bestellung kam 1h verspätet und es gab nicht mal Rabatt geschweige eine Entschuldigung

Burger absolut super und lecker, Beilagen (geliefert: Süßkartoffelpommes und Onionrings) kalt und labberig, leider ungenießbar
