We went here for lunch during a short break and were very satisfied. The location and ambience are great, as are the owners. The food was great, we would come here again and again
Happy to have finally found a restaurant that was open on a Friday afternoon... We sat down at this lovely spot on the market. Waiting... Waiting... Two waiters are present, but obviously not "responsive". Well, then you just go straight there, ask politely if you can place an order... You get the answer (a possibly humorous one) NO... It goes on in a similar way. Other guests are also amazed at the way the young waiter treats guests. Luckily the food was really good and the female staff was very friendly. The trainee in his second year of training may need an extra lesson in service and friendliness. This is not only important at work, but is helpful for every situation in life.
absolutely great! Nice ambience with comfortable seating, friendly and smart service, very tasty food (3 course menu) without any big frills but lovingly prepared and well combined.
Clear recommendation
Impossible! Came from out of town and wanted to have lunch here. I specifically found out about the opening times on the restaurant's homepage, and then here we are in front of closed doors?! Until the beginning of April, without any notice on the Internet?! Thank you for nothing, once and never again!
Really nice old rustic restaurant. Wonderful ambience. You have the feeling of eating with your grandparents.
We haven't been there for a long time but it still feels like coming home.
Thank you very much for this wonderful evening.
the food is average, the service is even worse, the man does not speak English and refuses to at least try to understand you. we ordered one pizza and one drink together, at first he brought two drinks, but that wasn't such a problem, but then he also brought two pizzas, and when we wanted to return the second one, he didn't discuss with us at all and said we had to pay for both.
We tried a number of Asian bistros in Meißen and were mostly disappointed. Since we often shop at Kaufland on Niederauer Straße, we tried the Asia Bistro there. The No. 68, duck with noodles and vegetables and sweet/sour sauce. This dish convinced us 100%. It is excellently prepared by the friendly owner. This snack bar is now our absolute favorite when it comes to Asia. We only buy there. I can absolutely recommend the snack bar.
Dance into May at the small market organized by the Kleinmarktschänke today until midnight.
The food was very good. The black beer goulash was super spicy. The asparagus was cooked to perfection and the quality was very high.
We wanted lunch, there is only Easter menu, ok we'll take it. Dumplings with Burgundy roast and green beans, surprisingly we also got dessert. Canned compote 👎Mixed fruit. We then paid €18.50 for it.
The restaurant is mainly intended for the residents of the retirement home, but we only noticed it when we entered the restaurant.
The pizza was way too greasy. The fat was dripping down... the white wine wasn't great either... it tasted like a simple discount wine... a friend had lasagna... the price for the small portion was too high... unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend this Italian restaurant...
