The food is sometimes pretty good, sometimes just decent. For me the potato salad was great, the baked carp fillet was very small and thin, but with thick breading so that you could only taste it. Overall still good, but not worth the price of €20. Overall, the prices are too high, even for a tourist resort. A beer €5.20. But you only get tiny gray paper napkins, for example, so it's not a high level. The waiting time was rather long, but still okay. The crowning achievement in a negative sense is the service (boss?). As a greeting, she asks them to hang two jackets on a hanger. Then she comments that it's not nice that several guests only order a starter and not a main course (perhaps understandable, but it's not appropriate). And later the same thing again, “it’s not nice that they didn’t order another dessert”. That doesn't work at all. The hammer: When paying by card: “give me the extra tip in cash”. All of this in a rude, snippy, cheeky tone. Therefore: Never go to this restaurant again! The sound makes the music and you can see from the prices and the comments and requests that only a decent profit is to be made here. About the ambience: it is a small, very nice room, at the next table a local woman (recognizable from the dialect) was talking loudly (disturbingly) with another table and also the waitress.

the food is average, the service is even worse, the man does not speak English and refuses to at least try to understand you. we ordered one pizza and one drink together, at first he brought two drinks, but that wasn't such a problem, but then he also brought two pizzas, and when we wanted to return the second one, he didn't discuss with us at all and said we had to pay for both.

Nice ambience. Just wanted a snack in the afternoon. But paying €75 for two small soups without bread, two pieces of tomato mozzarella and four drinks is really extortionate.

Great restaurant, not cheap but modern and cozy and excellent food and wine from Proschwitz. Professional service, historic building. We'll be back!
