I really enjoy going there with my friends. I get good service and the boss cooks excellently. I've often had lunch on Sundays.

The Bauhaus room with sauna was absolutely tastefully and superbly furnished. A capsule coffee machine was included, and a kettle was provided. From power outlets to bathroom and TV, everything was absolutely great. The beds were firm but not hard, and two different pillows were already provided, which could be changed if needed. The sauna, although small, is enough for two people. It reaches a maximum of 70 degrees Celsius, but with a steam infusion, it's really hot in the sauna room. You can pre-set the time. So, in winter, get out and straight into the sauna—perfect. Heating time: 2 hours. For breakfast, it was relatively expensive considering that not everything was always refilled. Most importantly, the coffee from the machine, even filtered in the pot, was a disaster, both in terms of taste and temperature. The brewing water from the machine was always significantly too cold, so even this water was too cold for tea. Espresso then becomes really sour. The filter coffee wasn't any better. The bread/rolls and other side dishes were very tasty, including salmon, other fish, various cheeses, all kinds of sausages, tomatoes, olives, and plenty of fruit, as well as jams, honey, and muesli. However, none of the products are certified organic! A lack of staff is probably also a problem here! The hotel's location is excellent. Parking is available in front of the hotel (paid during the week), in a parking garage around the corner for a few euros, or free within a 5-minute walk towards Wallstraße or the train station. Nevertheless, the hotel is generally highly recommended, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent and attentive service provided by the young lady at the reception! We're not deducting a rating for the lousy coffee, as everything else was perfect. It truly meets the standards.

As always perfect & flawless :) Special requests are happy to be accommodated, the food is varied and delicious. We would be happy to come back every time we visit Bautzen. The ambience is nice and the subtle music in the background creates a Mediterranean flair. Please continue like this :)

Really inhospitable. Sunshine may be nice, but no one wants to eat their food in the blazing sun. There are enough parasols, but you won't get one if pensioners have secured one, even though they didn't need the umbrella at their seat. It cannot be the case that you can only get a parasol with a reservation. The service should have simply picked up one of the two umbrellas from other selfish guests.

You simply have to know this place. Quaint, nostalgic interior. Great cook in the kitchen! Dishes to eat and sit down 😁

I can happily recommend it. There could be more choice of dishes such as dumplings, more frying etc. And unfortunately the serving took a long time, otherwise the food was very tasty. and the View of the Peace Bridge is bombastic

We stayed at the guesthouse over the Easter holidays. Our room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for sleeping. Otherwise, you're on the move. Everything was clean. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the center with its many small shops and restaurants. The owners of the guesthouse were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was lovingly prepared (including homemade jam).
