Friendly staff and delicious food

Disastrous service. Food was cold, even simple Vienna sausages. Mulled wine was the only option advertised on one of two chalkboards, but it wasn't available. The staff was completely overwhelmed. If possible, eat before or after your visit to the zoo. The visit to the zoo on March 18, 2025, which is otherwise highly recommended, was left with a sour taste by this "gastronomic" facility.

I'll put it that way. Did ice cream was Tippi Toppi. My two friends also really enjoyed their food. Huge thanks to the dynamic team this evening, the service was impeccable and you really delivered. I'm very surprised. When we wanted to go scootering, my friend asked the nice lady at the counter if we could have the scooter stand, which her colleague unfortunately said no. We were in Mayrhofen for one I ate pizza there. The staff is very friendly and the pizza was very 👍

I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER HERE SO FAR every time I'm passing through here in Magdeburg, BUT: Today is the LAST time I ate here. The restaurant closes at 7:00 p.m. and it happened to me for the second time today that I didn't get a plate to sit down at 6:30 p.m. A very Asian lady told me “I finally want to call it a day”. In order to maximize profits, the sauces are thin as water. I will NEVER eat here AGAIN.

Unfortunately, service is a bit incomprehensible in terms of language, but the sushi we ordered was very tasty.

I can't say anything against the food. Longer waiting time okay. When asked, the order was delivered after almost 90 minutes. Unfortunately, a part was missing and the staff seemed annoyed or overwhelmed. I called and was told that something was missing... well, after I got a loaded answer, they just hung up. Mistakes happen, but I couldn't allow myself to be angry with customers during my time in the restaurant. First and last time ordered.

Super nice lady. Fast and tasty. A currywurst with fries was ordered. Sauce is rather sweet and sour, which I like. Fries were hot and crispy, fresh from the fryer. Price is rather high due to the location.

Wir trafen uns heute zum Frühstück im Galeria Kaufhof in Halle ! Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön ,man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Halle ! Das Frühstück selber war lecker ! Nur der Service ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig ! Brötchen und Croissant 🥐 waren Mangelware . Brötchen wurden zwar noch nach gebacken,aber Croissant waren scheinbar nur 6 Stück vorhanden ! Wir waren gleich zur Öffnungszeit da , hatten aber kein Glück ! Mein Mann nahm sich zwei Kiwis und da wurde ihm gesagt ,er hätte die Deko zerstört ! Muss schon mal sagen , für 11.90 Euro könnte man schon etwas verlangen ! Es gab auch die Aussage ,da müssen sie eben für 6.90 € woanders frühstücken gehen ! Ich kann es mir nicht vorstellen , daß sich Galeria Kaufhof Restaurant leisten kann ! Wir waren auf jeden Fall das erste und letzte Mal dort !

Been there several times. Rat traps are always visible outside! Food itself is okay, but: in 1 out of 5 orders everything was right. There was always something missing with the other four! Today it was the sauce on the MC Rib!!! Since we always eat at home, we can only check it sporadically on site. So if you have a lot of money and/or like surprises, you are welcome to go there. The employees are internationally diverse and some of them do not understand the issue.
