Queued for almost 40 minutes, the fries were totally sticky, the portion of food was totally tiny and overpriced, not recommended

I was there today for the third time in 3 weeks. again there is no ice cream because the machine is broken. It's constantly broken and annoying. Service was also very bad. wanted to tell me that the coffee machine was broken and didn't want to give me my money back. Then I wanted to speak to the boss, what can I say, the coffee machine worked of course. then received the wrong order especially since the store wasn't full. You won't see me again anytime soon. The food was also not freshly made so that the meat was very, very dry. I am so disappointed and angry. especially since it's not exactly cheap either. Actually you deserve zero stars

Fast, it's really something different. If you're hungry you have to bring a lot of time. The food is ok. But the staff really needs to work on the processes. I have never seen so many staff in a snack bar that sends so few eaters.

We were in Mayrhofen for one I ate pizza there. The staff is very friendly and the pizza was very 👍

So far I've only ever eaten box 7 and it's super tasty -

Crispy chicken not cooked properly, duck was old and hard. Vegetables were much too big and not fresh. They were also unfriendly, I can't recommend them!

I can't say anything against the food. Longer waiting time okay. When asked, the order was delivered after almost 90 minutes. Unfortunately, a part was missing and the staff seemed annoyed or overwhelmed. I called and was told that something was missing... well, after I got a loaded answer, they just hung up. Mistakes happen, but I couldn't allow myself to be angry with customers during my time in the restaurant. First and last time ordered.

Super nice lady. Fast and tasty. A currywurst with fries was ordered. Sauce is rather sweet and sour, which I like. Fries were hot and crispy, fresh from the fryer. Price is rather high due to the location.

Wir trafen uns heute zum Frühstück im Galeria Kaufhof in Halle ! Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön ,man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Halle ! Das Frühstück selber war lecker ! Nur der Service ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig ! Brötchen und Croissant 🥐 waren Mangelware . Brötchen wurden zwar noch nach gebacken,aber Croissant waren scheinbar nur 6 Stück vorhanden ! Wir waren gleich zur Öffnungszeit da , hatten aber kein Glück ! Mein Mann nahm sich zwei Kiwis und da wurde ihm gesagt ,er hätte die Deko zerstört ! Muss schon mal sagen , für 11.90 Euro könnte man schon etwas verlangen ! Es gab auch die Aussage ,da müssen sie eben für 6.90 € woanders frühstücken gehen ! Ich kann es mir nicht vorstellen , daß sich Galeria Kaufhof Restaurant leisten kann ! Wir waren auf jeden Fall das erste und letzte Mal dort !

Disgusting, nothing more needs to be said about it. That no one from the hygiene department came there yet. Otherwise he would be long gone.

The food arrived cold and we waited for two hours. I couldn't eat the schnitzel, and the burger wasn't great either, and for about €43, that's a disgrace. Never again, and to anyone who hasn't ordered from there, go to your local kebab shop instead; MC is a fancy place compared to that.
