I can't fault the food. The long wait was okay. When I asked, the order was delivered after almost 90 minutes. Unfortunately, an item was missing, and the staff seemed annoyed or overwhelmed. I called and pointed out that something was missing... well, after receiving a long, drawn-out reply, they simply hung up. Mistakes happen, but I couldn't afford to be rude to customers during my time in the restaurant industry. First and last time I ordered.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Waiting time for a Saturday is completely fine. However, when we took the crocs out of the packaging, we had to look at completely burnt halves of bread, which were dry and fairly firm to the bite.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star to be able to write a review. This is the biggest rip-off I know. Ordered food at 3:30 p.m. Supposedly delivered at 4:40 p.m., but at 5:50 p.m., still no food. When I asked what had happened, the lady responded in a rude tone right from the start. It was our fault, the driver was there, rang the bell, and no one opened the door for him. After I took over the phone call from my partner, I became just as rude as she was. At which point she felt insulted and threatened to delete me from her system so that I couldn't order anymore. Someone is really twisting the facts here. I wasn't offered any suggestions for improvement; they just hung up on me in a nasty way. Like kindergarten.

Kirschweg 8We ordered dinner, and the first delivery was on time. Unfortunately, one dish was completely missing. This was then delivered an hour later. Very annoying... There was no apology, neither on the phone nor from the driver. The chicken schnitzel was very, very small. Good value for money 👎🏻

Markgrafenstraße 9Nice restaurant, changing specials like schnitzel day. A very good selection of different dishes and drinks (nothing run-of-the-mill). It's a great place to linger. Unfortunately, there's one waitress (named Dörte) who didn't choose her profession. The Moaning Morty in Harry Potter is 1,000 times friendlier than this lady.
