Croc24 in Magdeburg

I ordered a Croc with gyros and got stomach problems from it, so I sat on the toilet for several minutes afterwards...

The food is okay… but the prices are rather excessive for the quality… (€10 for 6 nuggets?) We waited 2.5 hours for the order, and then, among other things, 3 out of 4 Crocs were missing the sauces… We called the delivery driver, who initially tried to tell us we hadn't ordered any sauces, which was easy to say since we didn't receive a printed receipt from him… We quickly checked online and found that the sauces were included with every Croc… What a shame, that was the last time we'll order from them 👍🏻

I have no complaints about the food. The longer wait was okay. After inquiring, the order was finally delivered after almost 90 minutes. Unfortunately, an item was missing, and the staff seemed annoyed or overwhelmed. I called and pointed out that something was missing… well, after receiving a curt reply, they simply hung up. Mistakes happen, but being rude to customers is something I couldn't afford to do in my time in the restaurant industry. First and last time ordering from them.

I pre-ordered food again, and again it wasn't delivered on time. This was definitely my last order.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Waiting time for a Saturday is completely fine. However, when we took the crocs out of the packaging, we had to look at completely burnt halves of bread, which were dry and fairly firm to the bite.
