One star is still too many here!!! Ordered food at 5:16 p.m. and said delivery time was 20-35 minutes. Called at 6:30 p.m., the lady was very friendly (deserved her job) and asked me to be quiet. When I replied in the same tone, she became even friendlier. Your statement is that Lieferando doesn't know when their drivers leave. Shortly after less than two hours the order was canceled. Audacity!

-Disappointing experiences- The delivery time was far too long - waiting over an hour is unacceptable. In addition, an ordered product was missing, the ham pizza rolls only had ham in them if they were lucky and the supplier didn't have an EC device with them, even though it was specified. Very frustrating!

We ordered from this pizzeria and were extremely disappointed. It came packaged with fried potatoes and packaged with schnitzel. There were two mini schnitzels with half an egg and not even a small handful of fried potatoes. Plus everything was cold. The price/performance ratio doesn't fit at all. My question to the owner and staff...would you eat this yourself? I don't believe! If I could I would give zero stars. We hope that we don't get stomach/intestines. Otherwise we would have to deliver it back to the pizzeria. It's a shame that you can't book back what you paid. The portion that was delivered doesn't even fill my tooth!

Anyone who still orders from this store doesn't deserve it any other way. How you can support this place is incomprehensible. All the good reviews are either bought or created by their own fake accounts. The owners previously operated BurgerMix at this location, but the name no longer exists. Very very funny story. Do yourself a favor and don't order there anymore.

Very bad service, food arrived incomplete, completely leaked. When I asked for a new one the driver said “he delivered it to you perfectly”. Will never order there again. Very bad service.

What a cheap scumbag. Drivers drive in cars that are not TÜV-relevant and only people who are too lazy and incompetent but who beat up innocent passers-by. I would definitely contact the public order office so that your carts stop blocking public parking spaces and filthy with oil.

The food came on time, but the delivery person didn't bring anything up. Instead, he pressed the bell again and again until one of us made his way to the front door. A NO-GO

Delivery time was supposed to be 30 minutes, but it took 90 minutes. After 1 hour I called and was told that the driver was on the way. Well, it definitely took another 30 minutes. Pizza arrived cold and Coke arrived warm. Pizza ended up in the microwave dissatisfied. Because the pizza was warmed up in the microwave, it looked more like a cheap frozen pizza. Therefore unfortunately only 1 star. If it had been delivered warm it would certainly have been delicious. The first and last time, unfortunately.

Once and never again, the food was warm but for the price the quality was a disgrace.

When I called and described it, there was only unfriendly service (I didn't get a refund) and the food was so cold you would have thought it was out of stock Fridge arrived. Would give 0 stars if only it worked. Save your money.

The food was all cold and some of it was delivered incorrectly. After calling there, the answer was really stupid! Apparently they're closed----> pffff you should take a look at the clock. Delivery person couldn't even give change! Conclusion: we will never order there again, the dirty place should close!!!!!

I pre-ordered my food in the store for 10:00-10:30 p.m. because I was at work and I wanted to eat my food warm. My wife should accept it when it comes. When I was home at 9:50 p.m. we were both able to wait for the order and did so Even after being delayed for over an hour, I called the store to ask if my order was still coming. I got the answer that it was on the way and would be there soon. After 1.5 hours I received the message that my food had arrived. I then called the store to ask what was going on and how it could be possible that my food was there even though nothing had arrived. An employee then told me that the delivery person had been there and rang the bell several times and tried to call me. I said no because this couldn't be possible since me and my wife had been waiting in the apartment the whole time. He then said that the delivery person was even in the stairwell and tried to ring my neighbor's doorbell. I asked if that was the case why he didn't ring the doorbell at my apartment door, let alone knock. The last statement from the employee was yes, the driver is now back and we are now closed. I then ended the phone call. Absolute impudence, you are coldly lied to here and the service is very unfriendly. I will never order there again and I hope that few people continue to order there and that this shop is finally buried.

Ordered food last night, which was very good and tasty. Definitely order here often. Delivery time was 10 minutes longer than stated, but you can live with that because they let you know in advance on the phone that it could take a little longer because they had a lot of orders. Driver was also quick and friendly.

Underground service! I ordered there for the second time today. The delivery was on time, but when I checked the order, the wrong pizza was in the box. I told the delivery man about this straight away and he was understanding and immediately took out the phone to call the order acceptance department to clarify it. After two minutes he hung up and apologized. Of course he can't help it and I told him that too. He said he would be back in 15 minutes. After a hard day, I finally returned to the apartment to wait... then the hammer came! About 10 minutes later, an audibly annoyed employee from order taking called me again. People asked again quite energetically and in some cases in a very unfriendly manner what exactly was wrong with the pizza. I objectively explained again why I had refused the pizza. There was no response and I then asked when the new order would arrive. An annoyed “30 minutes” came as an answer. The 15 minutes initially stated by the delivery man were now increased by another 15 minutes and I make no secret of the fact that I now replied, a bit annoyed and hungry, "Oh, really?" This relatively normal human reaction was probably too much for the lady, who ended the phone call with a completely unnecessary lecture by telling me that the pizza still had to be made! (completely obvious and not worth mentioning, although it initially took less than 20 minutes from the first order to delivery!) She then simply hung up... Completely flabbergasted, I called back and calmly asked if that was normal for customer service, the phone call to end it like that, even though as a customer you remained calm with an understandable complaint?! She started to justify herself again, annoyed and now even more unfriendly, and hung up on me repeatedly...I finally canceled the pizza. I can also put my €23 for the pizza into fast food elsewhere and I certainly don't finance unemphasized employees who don't have a customer-oriented way of working! Was definitely my last time! At least the young man who brought me the pizza was understanding and interpersonal. Maybe you should use him for that, it's always better for the customer than with such annoyed staff.

Ordered online and the wrong dish arrived. Of course, you can easily mix up a tomato sauce with a cream sauce. And the Rocula and cheese were completely forgotten. At least there were still 3 completely overcooked cherry tomatoes.😑 Waiting for over an hour and still being hungry.

I ordered beer and a pizza. That's exactly what I got - warmer beer than any outside temperature would allow and an ice-cold pizza with pubic hair on it (or long beard hair), WHICH WASN'T EVEN CUT! (The pizza - not the pubic hair... although he could do that too...).. God... the almost 30€ is a lesson and a reminder to me never to order there again. I have never come across something so disrespectful and disgusting.

After the time limit of 40 minutes the order still wasn't there. After 2 hours I canceled the food again after the food was delivered somewhere for the first time. Then I was called back by the staff who responded rudely and said I didn't want the food anymore.

Delivery came on time and the Hawaiian pizza was delicious. Fair prices.

There was no salt in the pizza, just sugar and not a little My casserole (I'm a vegetarian) had meat in it even though I specifically wrote no pork, no poultry or anything else I am very disappointed and will not order there again

The reviews in liegerando are fake. Beware and take risk. We ordered vegetarian pizza and Thunfisch pizza. The delivery took 1.5h and the quality was bad. They do not use fresh ingredients as they state.

Ordered and the whole bag was already sucked through the paper around the roll for 15 euros 99 too expensive never again !!!!! I wish I could get my money back because it came over an hour later Update call from them at 6:26 p.m. I had to let myself be insulted even though they were late and totally unfriendly and unaccommodating A week later and no refund or anything else, no matter what, lieferando noted the case, wrote to them there and put it on file. (Dough base too thin, cheese tastes terrible and the salamis were under the cheese (they belong on the cheese so they are crispy!!!!) 3. I will never order there again!!! And yes I became a DIVA!! I could have just cried. We ordered two pizzas, I ordered a large one with broccoli, mozerella and bacon. My friend wanted a small spicy pepperoni pizza with extra hollondaise. Delivery came relatively quickly but the contents were horrific. My pizza was now the small one, both the mozerella and the broccoli were missing, but there were a lot of jalapenos on it, which made it completely inedible for me. The spicy pizza was suddenly the big one with broccoli but no hollondaise, so it didn't suit our taste at all. So we called the store and they just talked their way out of it and initially didn't want to understand what our problem was and wanted to portray us as stupid. In the end, after I explained the whole thing 6 times and was forwarded to 3 different employees, I only received a sorry, that's just the way it is now. If we would have preferred to save the money, we would never order from them so cheekily again.

Got the wrong pizza, fries were the last thing

Biggest juice shop, I bought sauces to go with my order. These were not included. When I called, I was told that they would be delivered later, and when I asked how long it would take, I was told it would take a while. I said to the "boss" that I wanted my food warm, but he seemed stupid to me. I will never order from this juice shop again.

Disaster... After 1 hour, a completely wrong delivery is brought to us. After calling, the driver picked it up again and said ours was still in the restaurant. Now we've been waiting for over an hour until he brings it. Then it will probably be cold until he gets there. We will never order there again.

And if they haven't died, they're still waiting today. Ordered 3 times, the first time 10 minutes late, the second time 1.5 hours late and of course cold as a result. I would prefer not to give any stars at all... I paid almost €60 for the fact that the order was incomplete... I mean if you forget something here and there, it can happen, but if you forget the meat for two burgers, is that still okay? When I called I was called a liar and after a lot of back and forth I will now “maybe” get 2 new burgers… I will definitely never order there again!

I've been looking forward to ordering something for a long time and then this. When I first called, they said it could take longer. But only after asking where it was, they just said it was on the way. It arrived after a delivery time of over 1 1/2 hours. I am totally disappointed with the price/performance ratio. Schnitzel with huntersose and champis and fried potatoes is just a joke. You can look for mushrooms in vain and the fried potatoes never saw the pan or 2 minutes maximum. The spare ribs are a disappointment, they look like they came from the deep fryer. Carbona watery and cheap cooked ham and definitely not spaghetti noodles but cheap substitute noodles. The only thing that looks delicious is the burger, but what's missing is taste, love and dedication. Regardless of whether there is a lot going on or not. We are not animals where you say eat or die, even for a delivery service that is subpar. I work in the industry myself and it was just sad. One of two desserts arrived and it was frozen. Just a disappointment and not worth recommending.

In 2 orders the cheese was forgotten on the Crunchy Cheese Burger. Now on my 3rd order from Pizza Newstyle everything was as expected. Can really recommend the burgers.

Just ordered via Lieferando. If I had known beforehand that newstyle Pizza was previously Pizza max, I would never have ordered. When I saw the packaging for Pizza Max, I felt sick even before I opened it. The food was cold and absolutely a disgrace... the fries were soggy, cold, the burger - well, at least the lettuce leaf was fresh... but that was all... the stomach ache was inevitable... and the salami pizza... I could have done it better myself.. It's a shame about all the money that ended up in the bin

I've never seen or tasted such outrageous pizza. Pizza is limp and uncut. Delivery service was unfriendly. Had to wait 2 hours.

Best zero stars. I ordered a Chili Chesse Burger, which came with a small salami pizza with onion rings and chicken nuggets. So completely wrong, I call and the driver comes again. This time at least with a burger but with a barbecue burger🙄. Honestly, do you want to rip off your customers? The meat was unseasoned and the rolls and fries were completely limp. The menu cost €16 for that price I demand quality!!!! And not some flimsy burger and a completely crazy driver who delivers the wrong thing twice. Once and never again!!!!!

I had a very annoyed employee on the phone who told me that the requested times were not transmitted via Lieferando. That shouldn't be the problem now. So keep waiting! At 9:15 p.m. I called again to ask where my order was. An employee told me again that the driver was on the way. When I was told that I had been waiting for my pizza for almost 3 hours, the employee replied that I had ordered the pizza for 7:45 p.m. Aha... So Lieferando's times are transmitted after all. And then the driver had been on the road with my pizza for almost an hour and I was told in an unfriendly manner that there was nothing they could do about the weather conditions. Owner tries to hide bad reviews by stating the restaurant is permanently closed. Fortunately, as an outsider you also have the opportunity to change that. Lieferando reviews appear to be fake. Food almost inedible. I STRONGLY recommend ordering from there!!!!!

Bestellung war pünktlich, Preis-Leistung ist okay aber das Essen war jetzt nicht der Bringer.. die Pizza war geschmacklich okay aber schlabbrig und lauwarm, Nudeln waren auch fast kalt und geschmacklich ziemlich fade.

Absolut enttäuschend! Nachdem ich voller Vorfreude eine Pizza bestellt habe und eine Lieferzeit von 20-30 Minuten angegeben war, musste ich anderthalb Stunden warten, ohne dass meine Bestellung ankam. Als ich telefonisch nachfragte, traf mich die Unfreundlichkeit einer Mitarbeiterin, die scheinbar genervt war und behauptete, den Fahrer anzurufen, damit er zurückkommt. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Eingeständnis der Verspätung - stattdessen nur schlechter Service und mangelnde Professionalität. Nie wieder werde ich hier bestellen!

Von unserem Nachbarn wurde dieser Lieferdienst ausgewählt und er brachte um 23:45 Uhr die Ware. Der Lieferdienst klingelte 10 Minuten Sturm aber bei uns, nicht bei unserem Nachbarn, der die Ware bestellt hatte. Da wir bereits seid 2 Stunden geschlafen haben, war ich maximal angenervt. Nachdem ich dem Lieferdienst klar machte in meiner Muttersprache, die er scheinbar nicht gut verstand, klingelte er einfach weiter bei uns. Parallel telefonierte er wohl mit meinem Nachbarn, der im unmissverständlich erklärte das er an der falschen Klingel schellte. Die Bewertungen meiner Vorredner über vorherige Lieferungen und Speisen sprechen da ebenso eine deutliche Sprache, das man diesen Lieferdienst besser nicht wählt. Grüße aus der Nachbarschaft im Mühlenviertel...

Das es Essen war wie immer gut, die Lieferung hat genau so lang gedauert, wie angegeben, kann nicht meckern.

Wir haben eine große Bestellung am Donnerstag für 14:00 gemacht. Super pünktlich. Pizza wirklich gut und noch schön warm. Gerne wieder
