Ordered for €14, probably not enough for Lilo's pizza, even though it was delivered within a 5 minute drive to Eschberg.
Called again, supposedly the order was out, but after 2 hours nothing came...
Not, absolutely not recommended, even though the minimum order value was met.
And it was actually around the corner in the Eschberg area.
So people avoid lilo's pizza.
There are better alternatives
Poor delivery - you order something and it doesn't arrive until 50 to 60 minutes later. First and last time ordered there can't be that the food isn't delivered on time 🫡🤨
Es gibt die Klassiker, alle super und frisch, es gibt auch super leckere Tartar Variationen vom Thunfisch oder Lachs. Es wird in diesem Restaurant an Thunfisch wirklich nicht gespart!!
Und es werden laufend auch warme Köstlichkeiten aus der Küche serviert. Zum Beispiel Spießchen, Nudeln, Wan Tans, Spring Rolls.
Alles sehr gut abgeschmeckt und lecker!!!
The delivery person was very nice, but the food was inedible. Burrito was already completely soaked with the sauce. The sauce was actually just seasoned cream with jalapeños. Fries were also swimming in the sauce and were therefore soaked. Unfortunately most of it ended up in the trash... :/

Ordering at the counter is forbidden!
Brazen profit maximization by saving personnel while foregoing the last bit of service.
But the height was the way a customer was served after me.
While I was waiting for my food, already slightly annoyed by the long wait, another customer came in and asked what was already ready at the counter.
He was told he had to order at the terminal.
He said he knew that, he just wanted to see what was already ready so he could order it at the terminal and then pick it up quickly.
Good idea, I thought to myself.
But only until he came back with the receipt and was told he had to wait until his number was called.
Mind you.
The stuff was already there. Ready for sale. It didn't get any better if it stayed there any longer. It wasn't part of any order that came before him. He specifically asked for that.
It's hard to imagine less respect for the customer and more outrageous inflexibility!
Accordingly, the first look and then the reaction of the customer were incomprehensible.
However, it seemed to me that this was an order from above and not based on the employee's limitations. This one was actually quite friendly. I had spoken to him briefly beforehand when I let him know my dissatisfaction with only being able to order at the terminal.
I realized one thing that day.
Both “fast food” 😒 and customer loyalty are different. Also overpriced. Why should I do this to myself again?🤷🏽
Personally, life is too short for something like that 🤙🏽

C’est une honte une tel organisation. Sans compter que la manager était cachée dans son bureau alors qu’à l’avant c’était la cohue.

Unfortunately, the counter isn't filled before 10 in the morning and is already looted after 5 p.m., so I've never seen it really well stocked. The other eat happy locations are somehow better. Nevertheless, I'm happy for every additional one because the food is really delicious and you can never have enough sushi sources. Service is difficult to judge, either there is no one there or the people don't speak German and avoid customer contact.
