Half an hour waiting time for lukewarm burgers and fries with no love

It was OK. The wait time was a bit long. Otherwise, normal McDonald's standard.

Always one or more products forgotten during service. Service a little long. Very expensive iced coffee, only ice cubes in the cup (it was the forgotten product)... Undrinkable!

Out of 10 orders, 10 times there was a problem, 4 times something was forgotten, 4 times something was mixed up, onions on the burger despite ordering without onions. Money was deducted online once when ordering in the app and then the order was refused to be issued. Apparently the money has since been refunded via an accountant or something. If you want money for sauces then you shouldn't forget them every time. In total there were probably 20 packets of sauces that were missing...

The cleanliness of the tables and especially the toilets leaves much to be desired

It's a good Macdonald with a great amplitude. This is a good Macdonald with a big time span.

This Getrey Jr. MC DONALDS is the worst joke yet... Nan is cheated out of his money and as if that wasn't bold enough, part of this very expensive order is also missing. And not only that, the "food" is cold, the meat patty is missing from a burger, so I didn't order vegetarian, irony... And if you call to complain about this, you get a stupid answer..." then they check their order themselves when they receive it "...So what a disgrace Staff should be fired, this “restaurant” should be closed, demolished and hopefully a decent restaurant should be opened. So it's better to go to Burger King a few meters further on the east side, where you get reasonable service and exactly what you order and pay for with top service So people avoid getrey jr mc donalds 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Just for the sake of your wallet and your nerves

Tables are hardly or not cleaned at all. Even if you sit there for an hour you won't see anyone with a rag

I waited over 30 minutes for an order. This is no joke, a small takeout order takes 30 minutes at a McDonald's. My two year old son waited 30 minutes for his Happy Meal and the toy (book) I paid for wasn't put in after that wait. Disgusting pace and quality of work!

Very bad experience for the children 2 happy meals 2 coffees lasted an hour and a half. Very unfriendly, strange answers when you ask about your order as there are people who have been waiting for 2 hours

Please be prepared to wait a long time.

Deplorable service, cold chain not respected, uncooked nuggets to escape

The service is deplorable or even non-existent. The food doesn't deserve better. An endless wait. I advise against it.

Staff totally overwhelmed, orders take forever to be ready, then you get things that you didn't order, or things are simply left out (you order 8 chili cheeseburger snackers and only get 5), the petty is forgotten for the burger, etc... Unfortunately it's pretty bad, it's a shame...

You get that for €2.29... Ridiculous.

Offers table service via the MC app and then simply leaves the food at the front to be picked up until it is cold! The operator then portrayed me as a fool. Impudence!

Mc Drive Anbindung top aber der Mitarbeiter am Mc Drive hat echt übel ,,gestunken“ . Man will gar nicht wissen wie lange keine Körperhygiene betrieben wurde . Von HACCP hat die Filialleitung anscheinend keine Ahnung . Wäre gut wenn mal das Lebensmittel Überwachungsamt einen Besuch abstattet:)

Different from branch to branch. While I never have any problems in St. Ingbert, there are always problems in Saarbrücken dudweiler, like today. This time the big Mac was missing from my order via the app. Normally I check directly in the EM parking lot today, not because I'm under time pressure.

You get what you expect....the coffee at Mc is one of the best for me. Always happy... sometimes in a cozy restaurant or sometimes to go. There's always a lot going on during peak times, but the service is still relatively quick thumbs up
