Unfortunately, in recent months we have seen and tasted a continuous deterioration in the quality of juices and smoothies, which for us no longer bears any relation to the price.
We are particularly struck by the high level of waste. The last time I mixed a drink, almost always ¼ of the contents of the mixing container remained, which was then thrown away. I think, especially with the same juices and smoothies that are offered there, it should be possible to dose the ingredients more precisely so that not so much is wasted. Because I'm assuming that we as customers also pay for that...
The quality and cleanliness on site have also really deteriorated for me. The last three times the juices and smoothies we ordered weren't really that great, and today we decided to be the last customer there for a long time.
The “sunny mint” juice I ordered was far, far too warm, and was more reminiscent of a cooling hot lemon, and without actually tasting the mint.
The raspberry heaven didn't taste like anything, except initially like honey, only the color suggested a reddish fruit. The “mango rush” was just about okay, because here you could at least taste what it was supposed to be, even without knowing what was ordered.
The current dispensing of complete plastic cups with plastic lids and plastic straws, previously a paper cup, is a step backwards for us. Let's hope it's just a delivery bottleneck!
In terms of cleanliness: Yes, sometimes it is hectic, but it would still be nice if when you look into the back of the sales counter you would see a little more order, and the juicer + the space around it wouldn't look like it hasn't seen a wet rag since the weekend and there are leftover fruits there.

Unfortunately, prices are an issue for everyone, especially these days, and I know EVERYTHING is getting more expensive:
But... if I treat ourselves to 3 juices/smoothies for almost €21, I would also like the quality to be appropriate, and unfortunately that is no longer the case for me at Immergrün in Trier. What a shame!

You should find out about the expected number of visitors and plan accordingly.

Absolutely not recommended. No respect for time or adherence to the delivery date. Ordered food for 5:30 p.m. Driver arrived at 5:00pm after reversing the delivery due to it being early. Obenie still no delivery after 30 minutes.
The pizza is small with thin dough and no larger crust, more for small appetites. The price-performance ratio is not particularly attractive. This also applies to the service. The ambience is very nice, something special.
The food, despite the relatively small portions, was of good quality and tasty. In addition, the restaurant was also nicely decorated. Only when paying, the waiter said that the card reader was not working. We had no cash with us and the gentleman could not tell us where the ATM was. Then he also wanted one of us to stay in the restaurant while the other had to go find an ATM. When we refused and asked if we could at least try to PIN, the device worked without any problem! We did not have a good feeling about this and therefore do not recommend the restaurant.
