Very tasty, fast delivery, would be happy again

Despite our express request, pizza wasn't baked through, quite the opposite. An herb butter was missing and the supplier insisted that we hadn't ordered any herb butter, but we ordered it twice. Very disappointing!!!

I can only judge the delivery service, waited over 1 hour, paid 40 euros and received rubbish. After we called the restaurant to report the criticism, my husband, who is a trained chef, was disabused of the fact that he had no idea, was very cheeky, unfriendly, shamelessly unapologetic and that he was a professional, a trained chef and all the rest have no idea. Only the boss himself. Even our dog didn't want to eat the pizza rolls.

Absolutely great, pizza was still hot despite the distance and even arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste, even the salad was absolutely fresh.

Delivery service always tastes very good

Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a pizza and Nutella Canzone. But it came as ordered with the requested toppings, tasted good and the staff were very friendly. You can do it if you have the time.

Because of an honest review on Lieferando, my little brother is called and disturbed. 2 pizzas are in the trash can because they just didn't taste good and were very poorly made. Very unfriendly and rude. Not recommended

Best firenzi pizza on the face of planet earth

If you want a pizza for 10-15€ that fills you up but doesn't taste good and 5 mozerella sticks from the store for an outrageous 5.50€, this is the right place for you. My tip Tk pizzas cost significantly less and even taste better.

Today my food finally tasted good again! I order quite often and have been a bit disappointed lately. So no matter what you did differently today, please don't change it. Keep it up!

Ordered there for the first time, everything was OK, salad was fresh, fries could have been a little crispier, Hawaiian schnitzel was also quite OK, just that certain something was missing 😀. The delivery arrived on time, nice delivery person. Will order again.

I ordered a pizza on a Tuesday evening. Delivery took over 1.5 hours, driver was nice, no apology or service thoughts. Pizza was cold. Never again

The stated delivery time was 55 minutes. After a good 30 minutes, the 4 pizzas were delivered by a very nice lady. All pizzas are well topped and any special requests were taken into account. Very tasty❣️

Burgers are simply great, pizza is great and the wraps are the best

Habe Jez schon öfters da bestellt und war immer super zufrieden keine Ahnung wo die ganzen negativen Bewertungen her kommen arbeite selbst in der gastro und weiß das es nicht immer leicht ist aber dennoch gibt man immer sein bestes ! Macht weiter so euer Essen ist echt gut 💪🏽

Beim bestellten Burger Menü wurde das falsche Getränk mitgeschickt und für 1.50€ anstandslos erstattet. Allerdings bewerte ich hier das Essen, Service ist mir eher egal... In diesem Sinn: der Burger war ok, ungefähr auf McDonald's oder Burger King Niveau aber mit fast 20€ inkl. zwei Portionen weicher, ungesalzener Pommes viel zu teuer. Das falsch gelieferte Getränk wäre vermutlich das Highlight gewesen. ;-) Nächstes Mal dann doch lieber ein hochwertiger Burger in der Trierer Fußgängerzone oder was anderes woanders zum Liefern bestellen

Zuerst!! Die Lieferung geht so schnell, einfach klasse. Habe einige Speisen schon mehrfach bestellt und diese waren jedesmal super. Macht weiter so!!!!!!!!

Sehr leckeres Essen was mit viel Liebe zubereitet wird. Lieferzeit schneller als angegeben, Weiter so!

Ich habe gestern Abend eine größere Bestellung getätigt und war aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen etwas misstrauisch. Allerdings wurde ich positiv überrascht!! Das Essen wurde mir bis in die Eifel (in der Nähe von Irrel) innerhalb ~40-50min von einem sehr netten Herrn geliefert. Es war eine größere Bestellung mit 3 Pizzen, Burger und Nudelgericht. Wir waren alle restlos begeistert! :) das Essen war frisch, der Burger hausgemacht und mit frischen Zutaten, die Pizzen waren ordentlich belegt (vor allem mit leckerem Käse) und der Rand war schön knusprig. Preislich gesehen war es ebenfalls gut! Wir werden wieder bestellen und bedanken uns für das mega leckere Essen :) PS: leider wurde der Burger so schnell gefuttert, sodass ich kein Foto mehr machen konnte

Essen schlecht gewürzt, Pizza 0815, Nachtisch hat geschmeckt wie aufgetaut aber nie gebacken. 1 von 2 Pizzen war ganz okay, hatten zusätzlich ananas bestellt, die gabs nur nicht.
