The employees, with the exception of one, were very friendly. Preparation for 2 takeaway dishes took about 10 minutes.
Unfortunately, the packaging wasn't ideal; the sauce had leaked out of the bag.
The food was okay. Definitely doable for the price.
I was there today with my friend and it was super tasty, but I can't understand any of the negative reviews. Absolute recommendation will come more often from now on!😋
Chic atmosphere with room for improvement
Our evening in this restaurant was a rollercoaster of impressions. The ambience is definitely upscale, which is also reflected in details such as serving the cutlery with white gloves. That's exactly why we had high expectations, especially for a smooth and well-organized process. Unfortunately, there were some weaknesses that spoil the overall impression.
When we made our reservation we were offered a slightly raised table, but it was given elsewhere, so we had to sit at a normal table. The waitress resolved the issue with the boss.
There was also a small stumbling block when it came to water: we ordered still water (“the spring”), but were served a filtered version of the local tap water for over 4 euros - which didn't quite meet our expectations. Unfortunately, this is now practiced almost everywhere. The situation was kindly resolved by the manager of the house by bringing us a bottle of medium from a well-known brand, but a clearer offer would still be welcome.
We would like to highlight the cuisine positively: The appetizers were really excellent, a big compliment for that! The appetizers—squash and root vegetables—were so delicious that we momentarily forgot about the conversation. This is where the great potential of the house becomes apparent.
However, the main course took almost 45 minutes to arrive. Meanwhile, guests who arrived after us were served earlier. The long wait was a shame because we wanted to eat early. So the evening dragged on much longer than we had planned.
The attentive and very friendly waiter as well as the quality of the food clearly speak for the restaurant, but the price-performance ratio (€130 including tip) does not quite add up to the organizational weaknesses.
Our conclusion: a restaurant designed for modern fine dining with great culinary potential, but with some organizational details that still have room for improvement. We hope that our criticism is received constructively and look forward to your next visit with curiosity!
Very tasty, varied, high quality sushi. Service also friendly and uncomplicated; The only negative thing is that tables (ours and those around us) are not wiped down and they look the same.
Very tasty, seasonal cuisine. Chestnut soup with goose praline, venison goulash. Great! Always super pleasant service. Good price/performance ratio. We always like to come!
Was a guest today,
There is no WiFi as advertised on the homepage. But that's not really an issue. I ordered a normal kebab with everything! I have to say it was very weak, mostly iceberg salad, a few onions!! Not a single tomato or coleslaw, etc. The amount of meat didn't convince me either. The competition in Ingelheim is now big! The price of €6.50 is OK. I won't be a guest again.
