Everything perfect, gladly again

On January 4th, 2025 we had dinner with our friends at the Gasthaus Zum Kühlen Grund. The food was once again excellent and we all enjoyed it very, very much. Very good and friendly service. On behalf of all of us, we would like to say a big thank you for the wonderful time in the wonderful fireplace room. It was beautiful. Thanks.

Very courteous service, even the chefs make an effort to ensure the well-being of the guests: everyone is in a good mood, you can tell that they enjoy what they do. Exceptional types of fish, very tasty. On Fridays, the "fish buffet at the table" is recommended: 3 courses with more types of fish than you would otherwise get. Even if you can get "seconds" of everything: what was served to us in the first round was completely enough.

After numerous visits, never been disappointed. The food was always delicious, no matter what you ordered. Staff is always very friendly. And when paying there is always a fortune cookie, very attentive.

Very tasty food! They also work on Sunday. My base is nearby. I always order food on weekends! I order more, Doner, lavash and durum.. the food is very tasty.. You can eat from them, or you can take it with you...

I spent New Year's Eve at the Westphalian court. I didn't know the farm before, as I'm not from the area either. Overall I was happy, but unfortunately the audience wasn't what I had hoped for, but that's not the company's fault. Nevertheless, my rating is good, the food was tasty (points deducted because there was very little choice of "food & drink" for the price paid of €79), meat was a bit dry and the dessert was also so-so. Service was super reliable, polite, super friendly, always had a smile on their face and kept an overview!! The ambience was quite ok, for an older farm. I would have liked a little more decoration for the event and enough tables and chairs for all guests. Unfortunately, this was not the case. So we sat and ate in the pub next door, in a completely different room. The pub is small but nice. Totally nice with the fireplace, not everyone has that!! Unfortunately it wasn't on, but it didn't have to be, it was warm enough. The organized fireworks display at the end was also really beautiful and completely sufficient. Thank you for the lovely evening.
