We really enjoy ordering from you now because the food is really delicious. Had a really unpleasant situation for the first time today. The driver rings the bell, I press the button and he calls out “eat”. I say “at the top please” and he shouts “oh shit”. (Is only 2nd floor) Comes up and says it's only a stone's throw away, like I should get it myself. Um hello, I pay delivery fee. What was that? By the way, it was his first time here (older with a bald head). The others were always friendly! If it comes more often, I'd rather order somewhere else.

If I could I would give zero stars, unfortunately it's not possible. The employee was very unfriendly and told my friend stupidly, he was very grim, so now we come to the food, which unfortunately was a total disaster, it didn't taste good at all and the meat was totally cold and had been standing for several minutes so it wasn't fresh Unfortunately not recommended. Bad food is one thing but the way we deal with customers really needs to be improved.

I think the minimum order value is €15 plus travel is a bit excessive for one person and individual people in particular would order something online.
