Without exaggerating and giving a realistic assessment: The food was totally dry, the meat was over-salted and over-seasoned. Tastes like warmed up. Good portions but not edible. Doesn't taste good. Unfriendly. Process quickly.

Very friendly staff, kebab sandwich was super tasty, lots of meat, 2 sauces of your choice. The third time I picked up food, I already knew how and with which sauces I would like the kebab. I probably ordered it there personally and took it with me.

I think it's a real shame that when you're there you always feel like you get fresh and hot food. As soon as you pick something up or use the drive-thru, it's usually cold or has been sitting there for a while and is tough! I drive home from there in a maximum of three minutes. That's why I'll only eat locally in the future - it's always hot!

A lot of employees: inside in the kitchen area, all very uncoordinated and loud private conversations early in the morning. Had to wait 25 minutes for a takeaway order. One burger was wrong and everything was cold. The order was then assessed and re-ordered. The employees in the kitchen complained about this. Next to me there were a lot of other guests in the restaurant and cars in the drive waiting for a very long time. Hardly anyone had anything to eat. An order received its food every minute or so. It was a Thursday evening. When I received the new order something was missing. I then wanted my money back. But that was only possible by filling out a piece of paper with my bank details. To do this, the receipt had to be attached, which the employee had thrown away in the meantime. I then had to wait a long time until a new receipt was printed. So I don't know when I'll get my money back. I was treated like it was my fault. There was no apology and no offer of redress. Rarely have I experienced such unprofessional and outrageous behavior.
