Burger King in Tönisvorst

A lot of employees: inside in the kitchen area, all very uncoordinated and loud private conversations early in the morning. Had to wait 25 minutes for a takeaway order. One burger was wrong and everything was cold. The order was then assessed and re-ordered. The employees in the kitchen complained about this. Next to me there were a lot of other guests in the restaurant and cars in the drive waiting for a very long time. Hardly anyone had anything to eat. An order received its food every minute or so. It was a Thursday evening. When I received the new order something was missing. I then wanted my money back. But that was only possible by filling out a piece of paper with my bank details. To do this, the receipt had to be attached, which the employee had thrown away in the meantime. I then had to wait a long time until a new receipt was printed. So I don't know when I'll get my money back. I was treated like it was my fault. There was no apology and no offer of redress. Rarely have I experienced such unprofessional and outrageous behavior.

We got chilli cheese nuggets and normal nuggets there yesterday and both tasted really old and stale, far from crispy. Rarely have I bought something so inedible from a fast food chain. Both ended up in the bin. Thumbs down.

Shit shop had to wait 35 minutes and then didn't even get the right food. That wasn't the first time that I had to wait ages. Never here again!

If half of the order is missing, I only checked when I got home

Unfortunately, it has now also become very slow. Employees talk more to each other than work. Citizens are ok, but the waiting time is absurd. If I don't go there anymore, it's a waste of my time Update 2024: just picked up and ate 2 burgers. Salad was missing, onion rings in the outermost shell, so tough as leather, sauce very acidic and one of the citizens consisted only of sauce. Bacon wasn't fried, almost raw. That was our last time at BurgerKing in Tönisvorst

This Burger King was renovated in spring 2024 and I think the result is quite successful. There are parking spaces right in front of the door, the connection is good and there is a gas station and a car wash right next to it. The parking lot and the entrance are wheelchair accessible and you can eat your food indoors or outdoors. A drive through is available and screens for ordering are also set up indoors. There are also toilets and overall these, as well as the whole Burger King, make a well-kept impression. Otherwise there's only one thing left: a Burger King.

I waited 45 minutes for my burger. Not even a menu or anything special. I saw 5 people messing around there. Nobody was working, when the shift manager came there was some movement in the place. Disaster.

Unfortunately you can only order at the terminal.

Clean....nice and friendly....but with long loose hair in the food area????.....it's not possible.....my husband had ordered a big menu for that.....just the cola was bigger 🤔🤔🤔🤔.....and €3 more?🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Nice branch, the food is great, there are often good offers with the Burger King app. Overall, it's always tasty and the store is very clean. Service can be improved, as can waiting times. The branch is nicely decorated but it was warm and stuffy.

Unfortunately, once again a complete disaster. Completely uncoordinated employees stand with 3 people waiting in front of the issue to hand out the oldest orders. Other orders will not be processed for this time. Ended up waiting 25 minutes for a simple order of 2 burgers.

30 minutes for fast food... Store full (after ordering) and the staff is more than calm. People don't even leave the store with food. Nothing gets finished. Not cleaned up and 30 minutes waiting time for a menu and two burgers. There was also an error in the order. Never had such bad chilli cheese! Underground!!!

Unfortunately very long waiting times

Normally I always give the two big fast food chains a wide berth, but sometimes you can't avoid eating something quickly when you're hungry, the emphasis here is on quickly. It is advertised that it can take 3-5 minutes from ordering to serving, which makes me laugh out loud, and for me it was only a long chicken that I had to wait 20 minutes for. I wasn't the only one with such a long wait, even though it was relatively empty at the time. As if that wasn't enough, there was a customer in front of me who was missing half of her order, I think 4x fries and 1x curly fries, dude, that stuff costs money so something like that shouldn't happen, if she hadn't checked it would probably only have been noticed when she got home and then proving that will be difficult. My conclusion is that my fears have come true once again and I probably won't go into one of the two big fast food chains anymore, because something happens every time.

It's been a long time since I was here again today and the service was never as polite and helpful as it was today and even very quick, even though there were only two of them The managing director should think seriously about not scaring them away again when he finally has good employees. Just take your time. Maybe chat less and work more. Don't get me wrong, you like to have fun at work, but throwing around expletives and constantly appearing annoyed is not the real thing.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken nugget burgers.

During my payment process the card reader failed and unfortunately card payment was not possible. So that the food didn't have to be thrown away (€60), I suggested it come back the next day. It had already been 15-20 minutes. Of course the food was no longer fresh, the fries were soggy... the next day when we paid there wasn't even any compensation or let alone an apology. Moral of the story I would have been better off going home without food. Thanks for nothing... So please, every restaurateur can do better!

I picked up a Doppelwoper at the DriveIn yesterday. There were already 2 cars in front of me waiting for their food. After “already” 10 minutes the food was brought out to us. When I unpacked the Wopper, I was stared at by a miserably assembled burger that had nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with the advertising shots. I won't eat here anymore, McDonald's is also nearby.

Made a little stop there this afternoon to eat something. Well, despite the low utilization, my burger was hand warm and the Fanta didn't contain any carbon dioxide. They are simply too expensive for such quality. Not recommended.

4 take-away menus waited about 0.5 hours, drinks were soaked after just 1 minute, fries were almost cold when I checked the order, citizens hammered into the bags and weren't really warm anymore, I didn't feel like going in anymore and that should redo the order, Took another 0.5 hours Let's see if we. Get something again PS the order terminals are too deep and placed far too one after the other for me

Always changing staff is a disaster at the moment

Nothing has changed in terms of the stupidity of the employees. They are simply unable to process an order correctly.

Decent fast food. Outside the city. Noticeably quiet during my visit. Staff experienced and friendly.

There seems to have been a change here. (New franchisee?) It's now really great. I've been there three times since it seemed "new" and it's always very clean and, at least so far, it's been "freshly" prepared. The preparation could be quicker but freshness has its price. Please keep it that way!

Absolutely wrong decision to eat there. We had the Long Chilli Cheese menu twice. The burgers couldn't have been more different. One roll was so greasy and soggy that you couldn't even pick it up without crushing it. In terms of taste, it was a complete disaster. Waiting time for both menus was over 10 minutes!!! Unfortunately, system catering and fast food principles are not understood.

Catastrophe! The store is completely empty and still 45 minutes until the meal is ready! That's not possible...that has nothing to do with fast food!

Just got a King Jr Meal. The drink was missing and also the toy! When I called the store to complain about the order, a very unfriendly lady answered the phone. She explained that they had to check their order on the spot and that they would never let a guest leave without their drink. She assumed that I was lying and became quite cheeky. You currently wait 30 minutes in the drive, the boys can't keep up and with hardly any visitors! Unfortunately, a permanent condition is therefore not recommended. We could throw away the cola because the paper cup started to burn out from waiting forever

The drive chest was an absolute disaster. The lack of speed and interaction with customers makes me think that the employees didn't understand the concept of fast food. Our order consisted of 3 drinks, we waited almost 15 minutes for this. An absolute disgrace.

Food is always warm and delicious EVEN on the late/night shift. There is a gas station nearby, a vacuum cleaner for the car and a few Assi's.

I've been back to Citizen King for a long time. I have to say, they did it! The citizens taste much better, not so off the shelf. Ordering is done on the touchscreen, it's a bit confusing but it's pretty quick. The only negative thing is the waiting times. There were 3 people in the store, nothing going on and that took a long time... Wonder what would happen if the store was full?

Als wir ankamen waren wir erschrocken...die Rutsche draußen war weg! Als wir rein gingen war auch die Spielecke für die Kinder weg . Einfach unmöglich. Wie Kinder-unfreundlich will ein Laden sein? Unmöglich! Hier kommen wir nicht mehr hin. Früher war es ein Highlight für die Kinder und uns. Heute nur noch Mist.

Ate fast food again after a long time. The quality is fast food according to standard. The price/performance ratio is underground. 5€ for a Jr.king in mini format (approx. 7-8cm¤) Definitely the last time Fast food.

Nach dem Umbau ist die Filiale super schön geworden. Auch das Essen hat sich meiner Meinung nach deutlich verbessert. Die Pommes sind knusprig und lecker, die Burger schön saftig. Eine klare Empfehlung. Der Hund durfte auch mit rein und bekam sogar einen Napf Wasser. 10/10. ☺️

Wir waren 3 mal hintereinander da... bis burgerking ist es bei uns ein gutes Stück...dann kommt man an ...erst gab es keinen Käse und keine pommes mehr...am MITTAG! ..Beim 2 mal gab es keine Burger Brötchen mehr ...und dann gab es keine pattys mehr ... echt nicht so toll.

Aktualisierung 08/07/2022 18:00 Personal (3 Mitarbeiter) ist überlastet, Bestellungen dauern ca. 15 Minuten mehr als üblich. Dazu Stau im Drive-In, warten auch auf die Bestellung... Insgesamt sehr stark nachgelassen, Pächter scheint es egal zu sein. Ersteintrag Mit den Self CheckIn Terminals geht es auch nicht schneller.... Mittlerweile wird dort an vielen Ecken gespart. Heizung scheint defekt zu sein da innen keine 19°C ... Personal ist auch nicht ausreichend vorhanden, so bleiben die Tische eben ungereinigt. COVID Kontrolle erfolgte auch nicht. Wartezeit von einer 1/4 Stunde und trotzdem war die Bestellung nicht mehr heiß. Bleibt abzuwarten wie lange es noch dauert bis geschlossen wird.

BK in St. Tönis hat echt aufgeräumt! Alles war sehr sauber. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und das Essen war heiß und schnell serviert. Nach über einem Jahr wollte ich ihnen eine zweite Chance geben und es hat sich gelohnt!

Was soll man machen wenn man Hunger hat. Normalerweise nichts für mich. Bin besseres essen gewöhnt

Waren heute im DriveIn. Hat lange gedauert, aber das wäre okay gewesen bei dem hohen Kundenaufkommen. Was nicht okay ist, sind ein kalter lappiger Burger, sage und schreibe 12 Pommes der der Tüte (hatten eine gr. Pommes auf der Rechnung), die Cola Zero nicht gekühlt und ohne Kohlensäure, die bestellten Beilagen einfach nicht dabei. Und das für ca. 28€ für zwei Personen. Man sollte den Inhalt der Tüte überprüfen, bevor man wegfährt. Leider standen einfach zu viele Autos in der Schlange hinter uns und wir wollten niemanden aufhalten. Macht keinen guten Eindruck.

Wir sind hier auf super nette Mitarbeiter*innen getroffen und haben uns deshalb als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.

Guter Service, man muss aber leider immer seine Bestellungen kontrollieren. Da des öfteren vorkommt das Sachen fehlen.

Obwohl nichts los war in der Filiale, für einen Samstag Abend 22:00 Uhr. Dauerte es 29 Minuten bis ein Menue fertig war. Es scheint wichtiger zu sein privat Gespräche zu führen. Essen war frisch und heiss!

Der nette junge man and der kasse hatte ein super kunden Service, er hat fast sofort meine Bestellung angenommen und auch gemacht, es war wenige Mitarbeiter da trotzdem war mein essen in mindestens 7 minuten fertig, das essen war frisch und warm, noch nie so guten service👍❤️
