Always check that everything you ordered has been packed. With large orders, something being missing was more the rule than the exception (more than four times already).

The slowest branch in the world... and I've been to quite a few worldwide. If I worked at such a leisurely pace, I'd be unemployed.

It's just those stupid kiosks again. Ordering with them isn't for me when you just want to grab a quick bite. Even better when the kiosks crash after you've placed your order and you have to start all over again. Thanks, you've finally broken my 11-year McDonald's slump. Thanks for that.

Never again. The meat was overcooked; it's no longer a fast-food restaurant. The price-performance ratio is nowhere near right anymore. It's a real shame, it used to be different.

The crispy chicken burgers were rock hard (like rusks), the lettuce was brown, the mayonnaise slightly gray, and the meat was dry and gristly! I'm sorry, never again! I advise everyone against ordering from here!

Nothing has changed regarding the employees' incompetence. They're simply incapable of processing an order correctly. They even become rude if you complain about something. October 26, 2025: New team, incompetence remains unchanged. Ordered three burgers with a special request, and none were processed properly. I was there for the first time yesterday. I wanted to quickly drive through the drive-thru loop and order something. There were two cars in front of me. I then stood in front of the ordering station. Since no one had answered after seven minutes, I assumed the terminal was broken and drove on to the counter. The second car was still there. After another seven minutes, it was my turn. The lady then told me I had to pay €10.80. When I then told her that I hadn't even been able to order because no one had answered at the terminal for seven minutes, and I assumed there could only be a defect, she briskly replied that it was just busy. I then told her that even if it was full, I could just give a quick message that things would continue shortly (then the customer is reassured and knows they're being noticed). There were two cars in front of me, and a glance into the restaurant showed that it wasn't very busy at 11:30 a.m. I then grabbed a delicious sandwich from the gas station next door. I lost a quarter of an hour, but I learned that fast food isn't always fast!

The wait was endless; we waited 35 minutes for our order. Absolutely unacceptable. Once and never again!!!!!!!!

I've been to many Burger King locations and I'm shocked. I had a chili cheese burger, and when I unwrapped it, it was dripping with grease. I've never eaten such a bad burger – no sign of crickets. It was bathed in grease and immediately thrown onto the bun. The worst thing is that afterward, you're left with a feeling: "I wonder if the burger was still good." No wonder the place is quiet, despite its good location right next to a large gas station. Last time I'll be at Burger King in Tönisvorst!

We have to drive from Mönchengladbach to Krefeld Hüls and back 3-4 times a week. Every now and then, we get something from this Burger King. We're always impressed. The fries are REALLY hot, and the burgers taste much better than the ones at the Burger King in Mönchengladbach. The staff at the drive-thru are very friendly. We're really very satisfied. 👍🏻

Everything as usual from BK, you can do it but you don't have to.

We just wanted to use the drive-thru for a quick bit, and we've been standing in the "waiting position" for 35 minutes after paying. I've never experienced anything like this before! Never again!!

Regular Burger King, food tastes quite good, restrooms are clean, waiting times are also limited, unfortunately the tables are not cleaned often enough and it is difficult to find a clean one to eat at (especially in the evening)

Everything was great. As you'd expect from Burger King. The tables were a little sticky, but that's pretty normal for fast-food restaurants.

At 11:40 p.m., you've been waiting for half an hour for the drive-thru to move forward. But nothing's happening. This location isn't recommended.

You know what you're getting. This branch is very clean and, as far as I can tell as a customer, well-run; even when it's busy, there aren't long waits.

Unfortunately the order was not prepared and served correctly. The clearing trucks were completely overcrowded, even though there was hardly anything going on.

Always one of the cleanest and fastest BKs I know.

1. The food was delicious as usual. 2. However, there were two errors. 1. The bacon ended up on the wrong burger and 2. the wrong milkshake was served (vanilla instead of strawberry). 3. Given that it was quite empty at the beginning, the order took a long time. 4. All the clearing trolleys were full, so it was difficult to dispose of your rubbish (others didn't even try and left the rubbish on the table.) All in all, we're thinking about visiting again.

The wait times at this "fast" food restaurant are horrible. You are the only person in the store and wait over 20 minutes for a menu. It appears that the drive-thru has priority service, forcing customers to wait in line at the back of the restaurant. SHAME!

If only we had read the reviews beforehand. After a long wait, we received our takeaway order. I immediately noticed the small bags of fries, which I complained about because I ordered two large king fries. That's okay, the fries fell into the bag. Since I didn't want to argue, we drove home. There I weighed the fries, which were completely spread out in the bag. So 148 grams is 2 x large fries for €8.58? A kilo price of 60 € for fries? We also discovered that part of the order was missing. The 4 cheeseburgers available were poorly topped, the few fries were ok. I have to give the store credit for making an acceptable offer after a telephone complaint. However, I wonder how many customers who don't complain are essentially cheated on the amount of fries sold. It is no different when you pay for a service and are deceived into thinking you have received it. After researching online, you can easily find out what the actual size of the fries sold should be in each size. This is not a trivial matter but a serious problem. I would therefore advise not to go there or at least to check the order you receive very carefully.

I would like to give a big shout out to the employee Valdrin at Burger King. He was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted with a smile, and he also took the time to take all of my wishes into account when ordering. I was particularly impressed by his patient and courteous nature - you can immediately tell that good service is important to him. Employees like this make a visit to Burger King a really pleasant experience. Thank you very much, Valdrin, keep it up!

Ate at this branch on April 17, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The “quick restaurant” was hardly attended. Joking employees stand behind the counter with their hands in their pockets and using their smartphones, scratching their heads. Looked more like hanging around than working dutifully to me. I tried to sit at 5 tables and one of them was acceptable while the others were drunk and dirty. The dish rack was completely full and hardly any space left. Some employees were in their casual clothes, looks very unprofessional for this type of business. My wife and I also feel a little bit nauseous, probably from the cinema in our heads. I don't know why the manager of this branch doesn't take his reviews to heart. With my data he can check who was working at that time. But before people quit and there is a shortage of staff, it is better to accept the mess. There are a lot of fake reviews, but hey, this one is real, just go into this store and see for yourself. Or it would be BETTER not to go there anymore so that something changes.

It was the last time I was in this store. I was in the drive-in around 10 p.m. and ordered 2 Cokes and 2x menu. I said it was important that the Coke was Zero, that didn't work. Unfortunately, when we got home we noticed that one burger had been forgotten, the cola was not carbonated and the fries were too salty. All in all, for such expensive fun, it's now a very, very unsatisfactory experience.

Bad service and not so good food

Although there wasn't much going on, it took 20 minutes to process my order, which I placed at the terminal. There were no special burgers: 2 nugget burgers, 2 cheeseburgers, 1 chili cheese burger. Okay, then at least everything will be fresh. Puppy cake. All burgers were lukewarm and almost cold. The cheese doesn't run and is still a slice on top. The worst thing, however, was the view into the kitchen while waiting. The floor was dirty and there was food leftovers everywhere. It had definitely been a while since the last cleanup.

I was there on March 16, 2025 around 9 p.m. and will be the last time I visit this store. I waited about 30 minutes for my order. Cola tasted like dishwashing liquid and there was no carbonation in it. And besides that, my order wasn't complete. I was the only customer at the time. How can that be?

I bought 4 cheeseburgers yesterday The bread was so bad and the burger had so much ketchup on it that the burger only tasted like ketchup and the bread wasn't even tossed and the whole burger was cold So I can't miss it anymore

When you read the recessions, management doesn't seem to learn anything from them. We were there last night and at 9pm there were only 2 tables occupied. The boys can have fun if they have a lot of time, but then the place should be spotless. All! Tables were dirty, both clearing carts were full, we were able to get the last compartment downstairs. Nothing has been done for hours. Additional training would be useful. Basically, BK seems to have slacked off on eating. So be careful, Golden M is right in the neighborhood

Worst fast food place I've ever experienced! Just close 90 minutes earlier and let customers in drive stuck in switch. Another time, after waiting 30 minutes, I was informed that the main ingredient in my burger was no longer there - they just wanted to fob me off with it (that's not a bad thing, is it?). I was told a third time at the drive in counter that it might take longer today - 30 Minutes wouldn't be enough... crazy! Unfriendly and not at all focused on the customer. Really sad because we like the food itself.

It's the third time in 1 1/2 years that I've had the experience that you can't get any promotional products at this Burger King, so I probably won't drive by again. A fast food store without regularly changing promotional products is pointless to me. The small selection of classic burgers that you can eat here taste okay - just like in every branch.

Waiting time of almost 30 minutes and then my 4 mayonnaise packets were also missing. Not the first time something is missing. So you really have to check your order when it is handed out!

One of the worst Burger King branches, in my opinion. I've probably been a customer here 15 times. Sometimes the wrong food is put into the bags in the drive-thru when ordered. What is also negative is that the sauces are obviously being saved. The branch's latest failure is that they haven't had the burgers from the latest King Selection (Ruffy Burger) for 6 weeks. Employee's statement in the first week of this burger: "It's sold out". Further attempts, even now after 6 weeks, were in vain - the new burgers are not available! The burgers are at least fresh, and you have to take that into account.

We used to actually always be quite happy. This time we got food poisoning. None of the employees wore gloves.

Every time in the drive they say we have to wait longer because the chef is new and they are understaffed. Also always forget mayo. Cola is disgusting, food is cold and greasy. I wouldn't be surprised if there were rats there.

We waited 40-50 minutes for our food, which was still cold. When we finished loading our food at 1 a.m., 5 minutes later we were asked to eat faster because the employee wanted to go home. After a short discussion, we simply turned off the lights while we were eating, the whole of Burger King was dark, so we continued to eat our food in the dark. Incredible juice shop and the "manager" defends his incompetent employees and says the customers are to blame. This staff is an absolute disgrace. It's best to just drive over to McDonald's, there are more than 2 people working there.

A lot of employees: inside in the kitchen area, all very uncoordinated and loud private conversations early in the morning. Had to wait 25 minutes for a takeaway order. One burger was wrong and everything was cold. The order was then assessed and re-ordered. The employees in the kitchen complained about this. Next to me there were a lot of other guests in the restaurant and cars in the drive waiting for a very long time. Hardly anyone had anything to eat. An order received its food every approximately minutes. It was a Thursday evening. When I received the new order something was missing. I then wanted my money back. But that was only possible by filling out a piece of paper with my bank details. To do this, the receipt had to be attached, which the employee had thrown away in the meantime. I then had to wait a long time until a new receipt was printed. So I don't know when I'll get my money back. I was treated like it was my fault. There was no apology and no offer of redress. Rarely have I experienced such unprofessional and outrageous behavior.

We got chilli cheese nuggets and normal nuggets there yesterday and both tasted really old and stale, far from crispy. Rarely have I bought something so inedible from a fast food chain. Both ended up in the bin. Thumbs down.

This Burger King was renovated in spring 2024 and I think the result is quite successful. There are parking spaces right in front of the door, the connection is good and there is a gas station and a car wash right next to it. The parking lot and the entrance are wheelchair accessible and you can eat your food indoors or outdoors. A drive through is available and screens for ordering are also set up indoors. There are also toilets and overall these, as well as the whole Burger King, make a well-kept impression. Otherwise there's only one thing left: a Burger King.

I waited 45 minutes for my burger. Not even a menu or anything special. I saw 5 people messing around there. Nobody was working, when the shift manager came there was some movement in the place. Disaster.

Nice branch, the food is great, there are often good offers with the Burger King app. Overall, it's always tasty and the store is very clean. Service can be improved, as can waiting times. The branch is nicely decorated but it was warm and stuffy.

Unfortunately, once again a complete disaster. Completely uncoordinated employees stand with 3 people waiting in front of the issue to hand out the oldest orders. Other orders will not be processed for this time. Ended up waiting 25 minutes for a simple order of 2 burgers.

30 minutes for fast food... Store full (after ordering) and the staff is more than calm. People don't even leave the store with food. Nothing gets finished. Not cleaned up and 30 minutes waiting time for a menu and two burgers. There was also an error in the order. Never had such bad chilli cheese! Underground!!!

Normally I always give the two big fast food chains a wide berth, but sometimes you can't avoid eating something quickly when you're hungry, the emphasis here is on quickly. It is advertised that it can take 3-5 minutes from ordering to serving, which makes me laugh out loud, and for me it was only a long chicken that I had to wait 20 minutes for. I wasn't the only one with such a long wait, even though it was relatively empty at the time. As if that wasn't enough, there was a customer in front of me who was missing half of her order, I think 4x fries and 1x curly fries, dude, that stuff costs money so something like that shouldn't happen, if she hadn't checked it would probably only have been noticed when she got home and then proving that will be difficult. My conclusion is that my fears have come true once again and I probably won't go into one of the two big fast food chains anymore, because something happens every time.

It's been a long time since I was here again today and the service was never as polite and helpful as it was today and even very quick, even though there were only two of them The managing director should think seriously about not scaring them away again when he finally has good employees.
