Unfortunately very long waiting times

Normally I always give the two big fast food chains a wide berth, but sometimes you can't avoid eating something quickly when you're hungry, the emphasis here is on quickly. It is advertised that it can take 3-5 minutes from ordering to serving, which makes me laugh out loud, and for me it was only a long chicken that I had to wait 20 minutes for. I wasn't the only one with such a long wait, even though it was relatively empty at the time. As if that wasn't enough, there was a customer in front of me who was missing half of her order, I think 4x fries and 1x curly fries, dude, that stuff costs money so something like that shouldn't happen, if she hadn't checked it would probably only have been noticed when she got home and then proving that will be difficult. My conclusion is that my fears have come true once again and I probably won't go into one of the two big fast food chains anymore, because something happens every time.

It's been a long time since I was here again today and the service was never as polite and helpful as it was today and even very quick, even though there were only two of them The managing director should think seriously about not scaring them away again when he finally has good employees. Just take your time. Maybe chat less and work more. Don't get me wrong, you like to have fun at work, but throwing around expletives and constantly appearing annoyed is not the real thing.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken nugget burgers.

During my payment process the card reader failed and unfortunately card payment was not possible. So that the food didn't have to be thrown away (€60), I suggested it come back the next day. It had already been 15-20 minutes. Of course the food was no longer fresh, the fries were soggy... the next day when we paid there wasn't even any compensation or let alone an apology. Moral of the story I would have been better off going home without food. Thanks for nothing... So please, every restaurateur can do better!

I picked up a Doppelwoper at the DriveIn yesterday. There were already 2 cars in front of me waiting for their food. After “already” 10 minutes the food was brought out to us. When I unpacked the Wopper, I was stared at by a miserably assembled burger that had nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with the advertising shots. I won't eat here anymore, McDonald's is also nearby.

4 take-away menus waited about 0.5 hours, drinks were soaked after just 1 minute, fries were almost cold when I checked the order, citizens hammered into the bags and weren't really warm anymore, I didn't feel like going in anymore and that should redo the order, Took another 0.5 hours Let's see if we. Get something again PS the order terminals are too deep and placed far too one after the other for me

Nothing has changed in terms of the stupidity of the employees. They are simply unable to process an order correctly.

There seems to have been a change here. (New franchisee?) It's now really great. I've been there three times since it seemed "new" and it's always very clean and, at least so far, it's been "freshly" prepared. The preparation could be quicker but freshness has its price. Please keep it that way!

Absolutely wrong decision to eat there. We had the Long Chilli Cheese menu twice. The burgers couldn't have been more different. One roll was so greasy and soggy that you couldn't even pick it up without crushing it. In terms of taste, it was a complete disaster. Waiting time for both menus was over 10 minutes!!! Unfortunately, system catering and fast food principles are not understood.

Just got a King Jr Meal. The drink was missing and also the toy! When I called the store to complain about the order, a very unfriendly lady answered the phone. She explained that they had to check their order on the spot and that they would never let a guest leave without their drink. She assumed that I was lying and became quite cheeky. Incomplete order. Recommendation to check every order carefully. Complaints would be rejected in an unfriendly manner. Here it is suggested to the customer that he is lying. The staff lacks sensitivity. Eternal waiting!!! There's not much to say about the food, just typical BK.

You currently wait 30 minutes in the drive, the boys can't keep up and with hardly any visitors! Unfortunately, a permanent condition is therefore not recommended. We could throw away the cola because the paper cup started to burn out from waiting forever

Food is always warm and delicious EVEN on the late/night shift. There is a gas station nearby, a vacuum cleaner for the car and a few Assi's.

I've been back to Citizen King for a long time. I have to say, they did it! The citizens taste much better, not so off the shelf. Ordering is done on the touchscreen, it's a bit confusing but it's pretty quick. The only negative thing is the waiting times. There were 3 people in the store, nothing going on and that took a long time... Wonder what would happen if the store was full?

Als wir ankamen waren wir erschrocken...die Rutsche draußen war weg! Als wir rein gingen war auch die Spielecke für die Kinder weg . Einfach unmöglich. Wie Kinder-unfreundlich will ein Laden sein? Unmöglich! Hier kommen wir nicht mehr hin. Früher war es ein Highlight für die Kinder und uns. Heute nur noch Mist.

Typically Burger King. Less staff than the competition, so it can take 2 minutes longer. If you know that, it's not tragic. The taste is always the same. But a burger is also delicious every now and then!

Nach dem Umbau ist die Filiale super schön geworden. Auch das Essen hat sich meiner Meinung nach deutlich verbessert. Die Pommes sind knusprig und lecker, die Burger schön saftig. Eine klare Empfehlung. Der Hund durfte auch mit rein und bekam sogar einen Napf Wasser. 10/10. ☺️

Wir waren 3 mal hintereinander da... bis burgerking ist es bei uns ein gutes Stück...dann kommt man an ...erst gab es keinen Käse und keine pommes mehr...am MITTAG! ..Beim 2 mal gab es keine Burger Brötchen mehr ...und dann gab es keine pattys mehr ... echt nicht so toll.

Aktualisierung 08/07/2022 18:00 Personal (3 Mitarbeiter) ist überlastet, Bestellungen dauern ca. 15 Minuten mehr als üblich. Dazu Stau im Drive-In, warten auch auf die Bestellung... Insgesamt sehr stark nachgelassen, Pächter scheint es egal zu sein. Ersteintrag Mit den Self CheckIn Terminals geht es auch nicht schneller.... Mittlerweile wird dort an vielen Ecken gespart. Heizung scheint defekt zu sein da innen keine 19°C ... Personal ist auch nicht ausreichend vorhanden, so bleiben die Tische eben ungereinigt. COVID Kontrolle erfolgte auch nicht. Wartezeit von einer 1/4 Stunde und trotzdem war die Bestellung nicht mehr heiß. Bleibt abzuwarten wie lange es noch dauert bis geschlossen wird.

BK in St. Tönis hat echt aufgeräumt! Alles war sehr sauber. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und das Essen war heiß und schnell serviert. Nach über einem Jahr wollte ich ihnen eine zweite Chance geben und es hat sich gelohnt!

Was soll man machen wenn man Hunger hat. Normalerweise nichts für mich. Bin besseres essen gewöhnt

Waren heute im DriveIn. Hat lange gedauert, aber das wäre okay gewesen bei dem hohen Kundenaufkommen. Was nicht okay ist, sind ein kalter lappiger Burger, sage und schreibe 12 Pommes der der Tüte (hatten eine gr. Pommes auf der Rechnung), die Cola Zero nicht gekühlt und ohne Kohlensäure, die bestellten Beilagen einfach nicht dabei. Und das für ca. 28€ für zwei Personen. Man sollte den Inhalt der Tüte überprüfen, bevor man wegfährt. Leider standen einfach zu viele Autos in der Schlange hinter uns und wir wollten niemanden aufhalten. Macht keinen guten Eindruck.

Wir sind hier auf super nette Mitarbeiter*innen getroffen und haben uns deshalb als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.

Guter Service, man muss aber leider immer seine Bestellungen kontrollieren. Da des öfteren vorkommt das Sachen fehlen.

Alles entspannt das Essen kam auch schnell an und war warm, hat mich gefreut ein kurzen Stop hier zu machen :)

Der nette junge man and der kasse hatte ein super kunden Service, er hat fast sofort meine Bestellung angenommen und auch gemacht, es war wenige Mitarbeiter da trotzdem war mein essen in mindestens 7 minuten fertig, das essen war frisch und warm, noch nie so guten service👍❤️

Obwohl nichts los war in der Filiale, für einen Samstag Abend 22:00 Uhr. Dauerte es 29 Minuten bis ein Menue fertig war. Es scheint wichtiger zu sein privat Gespräche zu führen. Essen war frisch und heiss!

Hatte echt nach dem Verzehr von zwei Rindfl.- Burgern absolute Magenprobleme- seit Team Wallraff, könnte ich mir pers. etwas davon zurechtreimen. Macht es halt einfach FRISCH, wie Euer versprechen, dann komme ich gern wieder ;)

Wartezeit im Drive ist Unterirdisch, teilweise bis zu 30min, wo findet ihr noch der Begriff fastfood seine Berechtigung (Aktuell warten wir 25min)

Ein Burger King wie jeder andere, ich benutze immer den DriveIn da auf der Durchfahrt. Aber der Whopper war wie immer einfach traumhaft. Für mich ist das kein Fastfood, sondern äußerster Genuss. Streetfood wie es sein soll. Kein Unkenruf erreicht mich in meiner seit 50 Jahren anhaltenden Wonne - den ersten gab's in Amiland. Kaum ein Restaurant-Teller-Burger ist da je mitgekommen. Ich weiß, das ist gegen den Trend - aber ein HOCH auf Burger King und den Whopper - ohne Zwiebel! "Ich liebe es!"

Ich war schon in vielen Burger Kings oder anderen Fast Food Läden, aber ich habe tatsächlich noch nie so einen zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter wie Ismail erlebt. Er hat extra nochmal für uns die Küche angemacht, obwohl schon geschlossen war! Ernsthaft, Mitarbeiter des Jahres!!! Ismail brauch definitiv eine Gehaltserhöhung! 🫶🏼

30 Minuten auf die Bestellung gewartet. Die Burger waren nicht heiss sondern lauwarm. Es wird sich nicht entschuldigt für die lange Wartezeit , da hat der Mitbewerbe euch was voraus.

Sehr zuvorkommend und klasse Service. Hat uns sogar mit den aktuellen Gutscheinen geholfen, die am besten zu unserer Bestellung passten.

Das Restaurant hat sich deutlich verbessert. Freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, verbesserte Geschwindigkeit und bessere Hygiene. Gebt dem Laden noch eine Chance.

Laden macht jeden Tag 3Stunden zu früh zu lächerlich nie wieder Burger King. Personall total unfreundlich und schickt einen um 12uhr weg obwohl der Laden bis 3 auf hat ekelhaftes Verhalten.

So eine missachtende und herablassende Bedienung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Bevor ich meine Bestellung abgeben wollte, hatte ich noch ein paar Fragen bezüglich des Menüs in Ihrem Restaurant. Anstatt mich in einem ruhigen und möglichst freundlichen Ton aufzuklären, hat die junge Dame genervt und pampig mir die Antworten durch die Zähne gegeben und in einem „Schumacher-Tempo“ das ganze Menü vorgelesen, so dass ich erstens keine Antwort auf die von mir gestellten Fragen bekommen habe, zweitens, das Gefühl hatte, als ob ich mich noch für meine Fragen bei ihr entschuldigen muss. Auf meine Bemerkung, dass sie in einem anderen freundlicheren Ton mit mir sprechen könnte, erwiderte die Dame in dem gleichen genervten Ton, sie wäre freundlich genug. In dem Augenblick habe ich meine Bestellung abgebrochen, weil mir der Appetit vergangen ist und habe sie darum gebeten, damit sie den Manager oder den Schichtleiter nach vorne holt. Mit einem herablassenden Zischen und rollenden Blick ist sie Richtung der Küche verschwunden. Nach einer Weile ist ein junger Mann mit ihr nach vorne gekommen, dem ich die Situation geschildert habe. Während dessen hat die Dame ihr freches Verhalten fortgesetzt. Darauf habe ich dem jungen Mann hingewiesen und diese Dame hat zu mir gesagt, dass sie mit mir überhaupt nicht sprechen wolle. Der junge Mann hat kein Wort weiter gesagt, ist wieder Richtung Küche verschwunden und hat mich in dem Saal einfach stehen lassen. Mit so einem für die Dienstleistungsbranche unprofessionellen Verhalten muss die Dame den Schweinestall misten und darf nie wieder an die Kunden rangelassen werden.

keins der "Gerichte" entsprach optisch den Werbefotos. Geschmack Bääh. Service mäßig. In dieser Preisklasse ist Mc. Dreck Mäck besser, aber auch nicht gut.
